Dr Canada has been very helpful. I've been to three other chiropractors in the last two years and none have done as much for my back and neck as Dr Canada. She not only explains what she is doing and why she thinks it will help, but she tries different techniques. With Dr Canada you are getting much more than just an adjustment, you are getting treatment. She tries things like taping, graston and massage to help with the pain. Other chiropractors just give an adjustment and send you on your way. I would highly recommend Dr Canada to anyone who has suffered an injury or needs help with pain management.

After car accident did all the insurance covered visits and was told and it was written in the discharge(?)/final visit paper sent to the lawyer that I was "pre-accident status". Funny, I still had pain, mystery? At least my insurance paid the chiro visits, right? Doc visit for an MRI showed surgery was needed for torn rotator cuff, torn bicep, etc., and yet I'm pre-accident status". Been a little busy with multiple surgeries and physical therapy. But good for anyone wanting someone to give a weekly cracking.

I can't recommend dr. Canada enough, I found her a few months ago when I needed an adjustment immediately as I was unable to work my job. She accommodated me into her schedule and put my arm and shoulder right back to normal and she is now my emergency chiropractor I go to. I just threw out my back and sprained my sacroiliac, I scheduled an emergency appointment with her and she has got me on the mend. She is able to fix and undo the havoc that my job and life puts on my body. Her entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm so grateful that I found this office and reccomend there services highly for anyone in pain.

Dr Canada and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. However Dr Canada uses a very intense and forceful style of chiropractic. After my adjustment from her I was sore for 3 days all throughout my back due to the amount of force she used (I felt worse than I did before the adjustment). I've been going to different chiropractors my entire life and have never had this happen before. If you are looking for a gentler approach to chiropractic care, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Having shoulder problems from a gnarly wipeout on my recent flowrider sesh, I was dealing with a constant pain and intense flare ups. It was more than a month of this dull, constant pain and, depending on shoulder movement, occasional shocks of extreme pain shooting through my entire arm. Dr. Canada made everything feel better. She adjusted my shoulder and back and did that butter knife thingy! I thought warm liquid caramel was oozing through my veins. I returned a day later feeling much better. The pain had receded nearly completely. On my second visit she gave me a neck and back adjustment and the only way I can describe how I felt: like the center of warm toasted marshmallow. No lie! I'll see her after my next flowrider wipeout.

Dr. Canada and Maddie have made my shoulder and neckso happy. A few years ago I hurt my shoulder so bad and the Dr. at the instacare just gave me pain pills and muscle relaxants. The pain was so bad that I was desperate to try anything. I had been to a chiropractor before where you were just another number and they all did the same thing to you so I was hesitant when a co-worker suggested Dr. Canada. However I was in SO much pain that I called in to see if she could help. I have been a loyal customer since. Within 2 visits my pain was so much better and I could move my neck and my shoulder. She is also a massage therapist so she knows how to work with the bones and the muscles so can do the full package. She doesn't try to sell you a package or tell you that you need to come in everyday or some mystical crap. She is based in SCIENCE and it's great. She has helped me out so much. So give her a try. And Maddie at the front desk is super nice and friendly.

I arrived in Salt Lake City, 1500 miles into a 5000-mile cross-country trip, with some persistent lower back pain. I emailed first thing my first morning, and Dr. Canada was very responsive, and worked to get me in during my one day in SLC. She used a combination of therapies (chiropractic, massage, heat, assisted-stretching) to provide immediate relief, and provided additional guidance on stretching, and treatment for my long term recovery. She followed up a few days later with a phone call to see how I was doing, and was willing to provide recommendations for other chiropractors in other places we were traveling, if necessary. Three days after visiting, I was able to go on a 2-hour horseback ride (in addition to the 1000 miles driving we put in between SLC and Wyoming). I visited in July 2017.

I've been to many different chiropractors in my life, and out of them all, Dr. Canada is the best. I went to her with knee problems (which I didn't really think was "fixable" by a chiropractor), but I can say now that my knees feel SO much better. I also found out that I had piriformis syndrome which I thought was something else. Again, she fixed me right up. She listens and explains everything in a way that is understandable to a lay person. She explained that their office has two full-time Doctors as well as a number of skilled LMTs. I booked with Adriana (LMT) and she provided what was probably the best massage of my life-- excellent pressure; if you like firm massages, book with Adriana. Angie, the business owner (and top notch Chiropractic Doctor), is an absolute sweetheart and funny to boot! She voluntarily took the time out of her day to give me some extra muscle tension relief with the Graston technique and I didn't even ask! Plus, our family loves supporting local Sugarhouse businesses! I didn't have an appointment with Dr. Carla (the other Dr. of Chiropractic that works there), but we met in the hallway and chatted briefly and I was once again impressed by the warmth and geniality of every team member. 11/10, can't recommend Dr. Angie, Dr. Carla, and the whole team enough!

I had my first experience with back pain this past week and didn’t know anything or anyone to call or get help and I came across Dr. Canada on the google machine. I am soo happy I found her. She is such an amazing gem. From the call to make an appt to the adjustment she mad on my back I felt cared for, I felt looked after, I felt as ease that she knew what she was doing. When I went in my pain was about an 8 and when I left I’d put it between and 1 and a 2 and we still have a couple adjustments to go. Thanks Dr. Canada you saved me????

So there have been times when my muscles are all knotted up because I have been out of alignment and she knew to give me little mini massage to smooth out the knots. Also, she is strong. My experience here has been amazing. My family has been going to Dr. Bach for years and it was so wonderful to find that Dr. Canada was trained by him! I first saw her last August when I had a lower back injury that left me literally unable to get into bed by myself. The staff was very friendly, but the adjustment itself was scary to me. My neck was in a lot of pain, with slight movements bringing me to tears. Dr. Canada was very quick and harsh with her movements and it was causing much more pain than I felt necessary. I left still feeling pain, which she said would eventually go away. I felt discouraged and spent $50 for my 5 minute visit (with insurance). I’ll be going back to The Joint Chiropractic where it’s cheaper, you don’t need insurance, and they are more sensitive to your pain.
