Dr. Gill uses active release on top of doing spinal adjustments which has really helped with neck and back pain due to tension. He's a smart guy and always tries to explain how the muscles in my body are interacting to trigger the pain I'm feeling. He also offers good tips on exercises that can be applied on my own to help strengthen my posture. I've been going to Accelerated Rehab for a year now. Although during busy times, they might run late from your scheduled appointment, It's a calm environment and I always get treated with respect and kindness when I'm here.

The worst experience I had from a chiropractor visit. I went to this place because of the good review I read about it on google. I went there for my lower back pain. But OMG, the day after treatment I couldn't leave my bed, I thought maybe because of the adjustment that happened so I need to give it a little bit a time. But not only it didn't get better, it got worst and two days later when I saw another chiropractor, I was almost paralyzed. I am not sure why the google rate for this place is high but honestly it was the worst experience I had and never go back.

Dr Gill is the absolute best chiropractor I have ever met. I have been going there about a year now. I have been seeing chiropractors for over 30 years. My past chiropractor had retired. Dr Gill takes great care to address my issues and the results are amazing.I had told a senior close family member that I had met the best chiropractor ever, they took a chance and went. They exclaimed "you were right, he is the best chiropractor " more of my family has gone and are all so happy with the results. Another thing is Dr. Gill teaches what to do when you are not in office to improve your posture etc.

Dr. Gill has helped me more in 2 months than my other chiropractor did in 20 years. I have a very hunched upper back. My old chiropractor said it could not be fixed and that's just the way it is with some people. He had me coming back every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Dr. Gill disagreed with that and made suggestions that I follow. Within 2 months there have been marked improvements and I'm confident for the first time that I'll have my posture corrected within another 2 months. In addition to his professionalism, he's a great guy that genuinely cares about your health and healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Gill! I started using a posture corrector. I wear it for 4 hours/day. I use it while sitting, and while exercising. My spine is straight for the first time and I have perfect posture for the first time in 36 years. I honestly never believed this was possible. Due to arthritis and bone spurs, I still have pain, but it has subsided considerably. I'm convinced that with continued use of the posture corrector and exercise, I'm going to be off my very expensive back meds. I'll update again in 6 months.
