My 11 yr old daughter had a severely sore back on a Sat. morning after a particularly heavy TaeKwonDo workout the night before. Since Able was open, I called them requesting an "emergency" visit. I was informed I would have to wait at least a day before she could be seen, because "we don't have openings for new patient exams today." I am going to assume the girl I was speaking to was inexperienced in dealing with people and that the owners would have handled my willingness to visit them in an entirely more acceptable manner. I would ask them to keep in mind that a client's first impression is usually given by the person who answers the phone. I chose to go elsewhere.

Had severe back pain in early September and visited and was treated by Dr. Aaron Puhl. After a few visits, was much better. He spent as much time figuring out what was happening with my back as he did treating, and sent me home with exercises. He did not push any treatments on me and was open to me seeing other health professionals. From the time I walked in the door, till I left, was treated very well; the rest of his staff is very helpful.

I've never done any chiropracting before seeing Dr. Sheppard, and at first I was super skeptical that he could help me at all with his weird voodoo hahaa. Buuut I'm no longer a skeptic at all. Last year he helped me gain back full function of my right shoulder (I had an awful pinched nerve), and the last couple weeks he's been working on my lower back/hips. I know for a fact I would not be progressing the way I am without his help. I'm honestly really thankful for Dr. Sheppard. It's so nice to get to the root of pain, and not just throw on a band aide!

I've gone to Bryan for many years and couldn't be happier with the service and level of care here! They truly care about YOU and what's best for your family, not their pocketbook. He and his wife went above and beyond for my family when we were in a car accident years ago --helped us with insurance and everything. He was excellent when my babies had colic, they have toys and stickers for the little ones and even send in a girl to vibe (like massage) your back prior to treatment for no additional charge. They are obviously dedicated to their profession and patient care.

The calibre of knowledge, skill and care are top notch at Able Body Health. I'm in weekly for massage, every 3 weeks for Acupuncture and 1x month for chiropractic care. I've been with Able Body Health for approximately 13 years. Myself, along with my 2.5yr old and my 6yr old children were hit by a car 24yrs ago as pedestrians. I was involved in a vehicle rollover when I was 16 and sustained a compression fracture in my T spine. My body is different every single day, so I really keep them on their toes. I have been through many different care providers over the past 25+years. My team at Able Body keep me functioning well enough that I am able to maintain a very physically demanding career in Healthcare. I would be lost without the care I've received at Able Body. I have seen Dr. Don Sheppard, I see Dr. Aaron Puhl for my chiropractic care, Dr. Christine Reinhart as my acupuncturist(also a chiropractor as well) Jody Killoran and Derek Pienkowski are my massage therapists. One of the things I really like, besides the obvious of helping me to feel and function better, is that they have evening and weekend appointments available! So they can work around even the craziest of my shift work schedule. I have literally crawled into their office for care as my back had jammed up on me, and I was ABLE to walk out on my own power. As far as I'm concerned the team at ABLE BODY HEALTH, is the best in the city. Check them out!

By far the most professional and courteous chiropractors office I have been to. I have a bulged disc that it touching my sciatica nerv I never had a chiropractic adjustment because it dosent help but I have gone for acupuncture multiple times and every time I leave feeling better than when I got there. Dr. Reinhart is amazing and she is genuinely caring about your issues I highly recommend that you give them a try you won't be disappointed. FYI I'm a very stubborn person and I'm not interested in trying new things but so happy I gave acupuncture a shot it definitely changed my life.

I want to warn people before they go to a chiropractor. yes they were very nice and seemed professional. I went in to see if they could help with my chest pain. They did there checkup and ended up trying to schedule me for over 20 more appointments. All I wanted was to see if they could help with my chest pain. The chiropractor beat around the bush a lot about being able yo help but wanted to see me multiple times a week. I tried one more visit where he began some readjusting and I thought I was going to be assassinated. As my neck and back cracked I was worried for my life and my ability to walk again. after the appointment, not only did my chest hurt more, I now had pain in my back. they are nice but before you go make sure you are aware of the history and practice of chiropractors.
