We get chiropractic care from Dr. Robinson and Dr. Kilgannon and we'd be in pretty bad shape without them. They're great practitioners and we have been their patients for years. The RMTs here are also fantastic. Having tried many similar professionals in Chilliwack, these guys are the best of those I've tried.

There are not enough stars for this review. I have been using Chiropractic services for many years to assist with fibromyalgia and mobility issues with good success. I was extremely faithful to my previous chiropractor in another city and would even make special three hour trips to see him. More Recently I have been seeing Sarah Les who is right in my area and I can’t even express how much she has helped me in a very short time. I thought I had the best chiropractor in the whole world before but Sarah really is the best. She knows just what to do to get the best result out of your treatment with her, and she cares. I am so much more pain free and was at a point where I had little hope of relief before seeing Sarah. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is having mobility issues or stress that is effecting the body. Thanks again Sarah.

Have had positive experiences in the past prior to the good 'ol COVID hitting. Usually the RMTs are booked up well in advance so best to book a few weeks ahead. Nadine was my RMT. Looking forward too booking in again as she is awesome

I was having neck pain from working at my computer. Dr. Robinson diagnosed me and performed some corrections. After doing the exercises he gave me and one more visit, my neck pain was completely gone. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Craig Robinson for pulled (and spasming) back muscles. He was very professional and also very personable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I left with a better feeling back and some stretching exercises to help with preventing the problem down the road. Overall, a very positive experience.

I visit both Dr. Kilgannon for my chiro needs, and Kim Sneddon for my massage needs. The building is a nice building, ample parking and a nice waiting room. Kim does incredible massage work. My only reason for potentially not recommending her is that sometimes she get's busy, and if more of you book her, I'll have less opportunity to get in. I'm sure that Restorative Health has a high standard for their RMT's, so any of the other people would likely be good choices too.

Amazing front staff - hardworking, kind, and attentive. Dr. Vanessa Forstbauer has been my naturopath and has gone ABOVE and BEYOND in all aspects and i can't thank her a million times enough for all of her hard work with research and care. She always makes sure i'm comfortable and cared for and has created an excellent treatment derived specifically for what I need with acupuncture. Also, Amanda Saarich has been a huge lifesaver and is a truly compassionate person with incredibly valuable knowledge in mental health care. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My wife booked an appointment for me two days ago. The RMT and appointment time was written on the card. I showed up today for my appointment and was informed by the receptionist that they have no record of my appointment. I showed her the card. She shrugged and said they have no record. DAHHHH Unfortunate that incompetence at the reception reflects so negatively on the entire office. Go somewhere else where they respect your time

I was diagnosed with appendicitis, sent to the hospital for surgery, and found out it was a MISDIAGNOSIS! When I was in the doctors office, I was not in any pain, nor did I have any indication that I had appendicitis. I have respectfully asked for my money back, as $170. is a lot of money to be misdiagnosed. They have refused to refund my money and insist that it was a proper diagnosis. They obviously can't admit when they are wrong, and for that reason alone I would stay away from this place. Go to a master herbalist, you will be further ahead.

Jennifer LaRoy is a new physiotherapist and clinical pilates instructor at Restorative Health in Chilliwack. I was her client for many years in Vancouver where she treated me for multiple issues including my knees, pelvic floor, back and neck. She is a kind, strong, and professional clinician. I strongly recommend clinical pilates for reducing pain, strengthening muscles, and improving posture, and for learning better ways to stretch and exercise at home.

Jennifer LaRoy is a physiotherapist and clinical pilates instructor at Restorative Health in Chilliwack. I cannot say enough good about the professional, in-depth, knowledgeable care and treatment I am receiving. The intake was thorough and it was clear to me that Jen has a high level of focus and commitment to hearing her clients and working with them for the best resolution of issues. Currently I am seeing her for an IT Band issue and related knee strain issue. Jen has taken a lot of time to ask and listen to what I am describing as my experience, and pain and also she has spent a lot of time watching me move to help identify my personal mechanics to better understand where possible focus is needed. Use of the reformer equipment, needling, and other treatments has been helping and I am confident with my at-home exercise assignment and her treatment that I will recover from my issues soon! I have not taken any instruction with Pilates or pelvic floor work but I am looking forward to doing so if the opportunity arises from Jennifer.

I've had 7 chiropractors in the last 6 years and both Dr. Robinson and Dr. Killgannon we're the only ones that I didn't feel are trying to push me out the door as soon as I arrive. They listen to my issues and treat according to what I feel and what they find.

I found the Human Resource department very insensitive. I don't like how things were handled via phone or email. I had to cancel appointments due to the pandemic we are going through as well as appointments being canceled due to the natural disaster that is happening all around us. I was left not feeling good about the situation what so ever and just dismissed. I was still being charged for a no show appointment I had canceled. Which I would have gladly paid if matters were handled a little more differently. Haven worked in a similar industry with similar policies I feel with better communication on the matter this all could have been avoided. But I no longer support this business and I don't recommend it to my clients family or friends. There are many more businesses that are more welcoming, warm , and understanding.

I've been to Restorative 3 or 4 times now to see Craig Robinson for chiropractic work. For the last 2 years I've been dealing with chronic neck pain that has limited my life in indescribable ways. For most of 2019 I was unemployed and could hardly sleep due to the pain. I've tried massage, acupuncture, etc etc all the way to getting multiple cortisone injections.Nothing helped. After coming in a few times and working with Craig, I feel like I have my life back...And it literally happens in a snap. I'm actually astonished that something is working. I have hope again. I'll likely come in for a monthly tune up for the foreseeable future and may even try Restorative's naturopath at some point as well. I'd definitely recommend Craig Robinson and Restorative Health to a friend.
