Joyce has been my massage therapist for many years and I really appreciate what a detailed and strong therapist she is. I have searched to find someone closer to home but cannot find someone that compares to her treatments. Today I received a massage from RMT Joyce at Heritage Chiropractic. I was greeted immediately at reception by a very professional receptionist and I immediately felt like I was in a good place. Joyce greeted me with a most welcoming smile and brought me into a very comfortable room. There Joyce interviewed me and I felt that she was completely listening to my concerns and my need for lymphatic drainage massage. She is highly trained in this area and I was thrilled to finally have found a therapist who knew what to do. During the treatment she explained each step. It felt wonderful. Extremely relaxing. I left my treatment knowing that I had just had a very therapeutic experience. I knew that I was in good hands! Thank you Joyce!

I just moved and needed to find a new Chiropractor. I found a few places and all of them had a huge wait list. I found Heritage and was told Dr.Alex had space today. I wasn’t expecting much, I just knew I needed relief. After chatting about my previous experiences he used multiple techniques and was really friendly. He told me he was newer and I questioned writing this review as I kinda want to keep it a hidden gem but he deserves to be praised for a job well done. You can tell he enjoys his job and listens to exactly what you want! 10 stars awesome job Alex! I’ve already got my husband an appointment and even gave his name to one of my construction guys.

I cannot say enough about Heritage staff. I’ve been seeking treatment for an extended period due to a car accident (2 years now)! They have been amazing with treatments and knowledge. I honestly feel so at home there with the staff! Even with the Fraser Health enhanced protocols they continue with their professionalism and ease of visits haven’t wavered. I also enjoy their online system that allows me to book appointments and pay my account at my convenience. I would highly recommend Dr. Jen for any of your chiro needs and Andrew has been amazing with getting me back into “normal” life!

I was recommended to Alex by RMT Brandie Vriends who has been working on my back and hips. This was my first ever chiropractor experience and it was outstanding. Alex is friendly and professional. He asked me about my history of back, neck, and hip pains and walked me through the things he would be doing to help me. He made sure that I was comfortable and checked in with me throughout. I was not sure what to expect but I walked out of my appointment headache gone and feeling much less tense than I have in years. I had my first appointment with Dr.Jen today. She stayed late to accommodate my appointment, had a warm and genuine demeanour and put me at ease immediately. It was clear from the appt that Dr, Jen grounds her work in evidence-based practice, using a range of modalities to achieve the best outcome. The appt left me feeling hopeful. The office space has beautiful decor and the Harry Potter themed 9 3/4 play space under the stairs for kids, is adorable. Very impressed!
