Do your research before the marketing and sales gimmicks get you. I really should have done my due diligence before signing onto a treatment plan. This is my fault and I take responsibility. I found out afterwards that he has had multiple complaints against him with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and was in a disciplinary plan as recently as this year. I had been having issues with my shoulder for some time and decided I would give chiropractic a go. I am giving two stars because of the team of staff were great and I enjoyed my interactions with them. Throughout my time going, I'll be honest, it wasn't terrible, but there were things that rubbed me the wrong way. The experience that really got me was when, Mr. Nantais disrespected me after I said I would not be attending his "webinar" -- a term which I will use loosely after viewing one of his rambling recordings. His response: "What, you don't like learning?" Totally insensitive. It felt like an assembly line of patients every time I went in. Very, very little quality time with the actual medical practitioner. It really seems like a quantity over quality type of practice. The real clincher was at the end of my "treatment program" where he went into his sales pitch to ensure I would continue treatment programs with him. When I said I was going to explore other options (like yoga and acupuncture) he got huffy about it. Instead of encouraging my exploration of health and well-being, you get upset? So unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.

I will give Nantais family chiropractic a improved rating of 3 if he refunds me the over 3000.00 dollars I wasted on his relatively worthless subluxation program. The original problem I had was never improved and I only got relief from my chronic back pain at a free clinic at the LED Windsor office of a nurse practioner. The physiotherapist at this free clinic told me to wear a back brace once in awhile and to do some basic back exercises several times a week. This fixed my mid back pains and as long as I remember to do the exercises most of my back pain is gone for no charge Later on I found out that I was lied to by DR NANTAIS about all the improvements to my health that manipulation of the spine could do Many honest chiropractors state in person or on the internet that subluxation theory is an unscrupulous con job allowing patients to be given false hopes of cures for which there is no scientific basis Many medical doctors consider this a criminal practice in misleading patients to believe these lies and charging all this money for a 1 to 2 minute spinal adjustment There is much more I can say about how much worse my sister is as a result of trusting and paying Dr Nantais over 3000.00 for nothing I am very angry about her condition and the Church who falsely endorse Dr Nantais My friend Ted Hulsker was promised 3 free sessions for 30.00 but he didn't give any. He asked Ted 3000.00 but dropped the price 2 times to 1700.00 Probably the good reviews are from phoney Christian friends from the Phoney church who endorses his overpriced scam

There was an incredible add i saw on Facebook for an initial exam, consult and xrays for $29!! I assumed he was new and trying to build up a clientele (not the case. Apparently he’s been in business for 25yrs- I don’t know how) During My first visit I got a strange vibe from this doctor - couldn’t really pinpoint but it was my first visit and for the price I was willing to give him a chance. 2nd visit was very different. I’ve never felt so uneasy and nervous with a medical professional. He is a speed talker, very fast at everything in fact and when I needed to interrupt him to clarify or ask a question because I wasn’t following or understanding him - I felt like I was in the principals office at school getting in trouble! He was VISIBLY ANNOYED with me. At one point he closed his eyes and said ‘Well I’ve already gone over that, do you need me to go over it again’ !!!!! I almost got up and left midway through the appointment ! And let’s talk about the breakdown of price and how rude he got when I said I’d need to think about it ...talking about costs upwards of $1300 but he wasn’t ok with my answer of needing to think about it. He was very rude, persistent and condescending ! In my almost 50yrs on earth I’ve never encountered an appointment like this. Would NEVER recommend this place! (It also makes More sense now why he’s advertising such an incredible deal on Facebook .. )

Upon coming to see Dr. Nantais, I was suffering from lower back pain, sciatic pain, neck pain. I had sinus issues, low energy, and unrestful sleeps as I was always tired. I've been coming to Dr. Nantais for 2 months now and all of these issues are non existent! I've recently started bringing my 9yr old son and I'm starting to see better moods, and less issues in the morning from obtaining a more restful sleep. This all just after barely a month. Thanks to Dr. Nantais, my family will no longer have concerns of subluxation or pain within our necks &/or our backs!

Myself and my daughter who is 3 years old and my son 2 months old all go to Dr Nantais. I have been going for about 5 years now. I use to have chronic pain all the time in my back. I couldn't even drive because of my pain. and after a year of going to Dr Nantais my chronic pain left me, and I also grew 3 quarters of an inch because of the adjustments.....I couldnt belive it for as long as I known I have been 5.6 3/4 and now I am 5.7 1/2. I also had other (personal) health issues that have subsided since going consistently. i cant thank him enough for being the reason why i no longer have this chronic pain. my daughter was born with torticollis neck( where the neck is twisted) and she started going to dr. nantais at one week old and no longer has torticollis. I highly reccomend going here not only to help with chronic pain like I had but learning how to live the most healthy lifestyle you can. thank u to Dr. Nantais and staff.

I find the Dr and his staff very pleasant and always happy to see me. The free tools we are given to take home are a great perk. I am so sick and tired of being in pain every day, I find pain and inflammation disappearing more and more. Teaching us to take care of ourselves is a brilliant idea. Having to take my car in often for a check up, changing the oil and doing an alignment is much like bringing my body into Dr Nantais for adjustments and eating healthy foods. I find investing in my body, ( no pain ) is much like investing in my safe vehicle. 5 months with Dr Nantais and theres months that I'm pain free. . I was sure I would need my knees operated on, but now I have NO pain for months. My back slips out then my knees hurt again. Then it stops again for weeks or months. It's so much better then pain every day Thanks so much!!!

Doctor Nantais did not help me at all. I had a low back problem and all he told me that you had a bad posture. He recommended me with 20 appointments with him and i paid almost $1200. I completed my 11 visits but still no change and when i asked for my refund, they only refunded me half the remaining amount of my 9 visits.

I'm writing this 5-star review because Dr. Nantais and his team went above and beyond for my assessment. When I came in for the first time last week, his staff made me feel very welcome. We went through the whole consultation / x-ray procedure so that he could access what needed to be done. During my second visitation, Dr. Nantais was able to provide me with a detailed analysis of my forward head posture and as well as an 8-step plan on how he can help me fix it. Unfortunately, I won't be able to proceed with his services since I'll have to move back to Toronto soon but I would have definitely chosen Dr. Nantais as my chiropractor otherwise.

Please ask Dr. Nantais to keep his mask over his nose and mouth when conducting his assessments etc. First thing I noticed was a number of staff were not wearing masks. They did put them on when talking to me ( not acceptable). Also, Dr. Nantais kept pulling his mask down below his chin so he could speak clearly. None of us like wearing masks, but no one should be pulling them down below their chins especially if they are not 2 meters from others.

A small gym area for extended stretches. Many staff members to Instruct and assist upon arrival. The most Impressive were the xrays taken to see exactly were your problems are. Quality Vitamins are sold on site. Informative flyers provided each visit as well as monthly webinars. Amazing business

Absolutely horrible people. Please, please save your money and go see a real doctor or chiropractor who actually knows what they are doing. The only thing this guy is interested in is adding to his bank account balance. I wish I could leave a zero star review. He preys on vulnerable people with promises he can’t ever deliver on. This place is the freaking twilight zone. To claim that you are doing god's work by aligning the spine is off-putting to say the least. Dr. Nantais (in many of his "mandatory" non-chiropractic related meetings, often taking place at the practice or in an actual church), would encourage patients to stop taking their doctor-prescribed medication because by simply making "adjustments" to the spine he could heal people of their ailments. These delusions of grandeur and promises of healing are EXTREMELY dangerous for vulnerable individuals like those with little scientific background or the elderly. In addition, a typical appointment included rocking back and forth on a rubber balloon for 40 minutes while the same brain-washing religious infomercials advertising vitamin smoothies and the power of chiropractors played on several televisions around the office, Dr.Nantais poking ur spine with a mallet roughly 5 times, then getting strapped in a medieval torture device for 15 minutes all while christian-rock plays in the background. So if you want an appointment to take up the entire afternoon while you grind your teeth in frustration this is the place for you. Lastly, the frequency that I was x-rayed CANNOT have been necessary, as I believe it was once a month (or more). You will also be pressured into a LENGTHY and EXPENSIVE "care-plan" for absolutely no reason. Overall - Dr.Nantais and his staff have nothing but good and genuine intentions for the health of their patients. However, the service people are paying for is a professional chiropractic environment, and that is not what they are receiving. Very Jim Jones'y. DO NOT DRINK THE KOOL-AID.

The most thorough evaluation with targeted treatment plan. He will go over your xray and questionnaire and develop a personal treatment plan. I went with very bad back pain that would interrupt my life and my ability to workout. After going through the treatment plan I felt amazing.

I will never recommend anyone to this place, he takes advantage of people who are in pain (especially when he is the only open during covid19). Go to his office tells me what and how long I will need to get my sciatic nerve better, didn't really have a choice. Told me you can pay as you go which no one ever does for $2800.00 or you can pay by credit card/cash which would be $1500.00 or you can give me post dated cheques for $1,800.00. So without any choice I took the last one, well I went for 2 months and had to buy a new car couldn't drive the one I had, told them I couldn't afford to come a anymore. Was told by the girl after I explained I couldn't afford it that they would call me back and let me know what he said that night. Well no phone call until my appointment was missed then one more after that, then after telling them I can't afford 230.00 a month for the next 6 months they still tried to cash my cheque, but I put a stop payment on it now to my amazement they have sent me to collections. Wow like your not out for the money I think saying you want to help people and they tell you they can't afford it and then try and cash their cheque says everything about this so called healer. All the good reviews you see will be from the people at his church and not someone they try and take advantage of in their time of need I'm am totally disgusted with the way he treats people like money. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone in their time of need and then ruining their credit because it's all about the money.

I seen an advertisement on Facebook for a adjustment and a full exam for $29. I had called to become a new patient and his staffed explained the advertisement which I thought was great but it wasn’t so great ...they did not honour what they had posted. Once I had walked in the staff was very friendly but the doctor was not, once I had seen the chiropractor he had diagnosed me with many problems that I wasn’t aware I had or felt any pain in those specific areas. He had done the X-rays and full exam and asked me to come back a week later for the adjustment. I thought no problem this is normal, I had gone in to get my results and adjustment to find out he was being very rude and passive aggressive in order for me to pay $1300.00. I sat there for an hour listening to him telling me how this is the only solution and that’s it for me. I had told him previously I had no insurance and I was asking about the cost he was EXTREMELY rude to tell me that “he cannot put a cost on what he didn’t find in my xrays”. Once I mentioned to him at the end of the appointment that I need to think it over due to the cost ( I didn’t expect this to be $1300 for an adjustment ) he got very rude and upset that I didn’t agree to pay and packed up his papers and said “ok do you need anything else” very unprofessional and a crook ..

Dr Nantais was able to tell just by feeling by back what was wrong with it, and was able to confirm everything with x-rays. He made me a specific plan to improve my back pain, and have found a huge difference by coming regularly, receiving rehab and doing my prescribed at-home stretches and exercises. Expect to wait an excruciatingly long time for your first appointment, where they will detail a lengthy and expensive correction plan where you will be pressured to pay the entire amount, up front, or through an expensive payment plan. Either way you will be pressured up to the debit machine to pay for a plan. Beware of hidden fees and charges - especially if you choose to not pay the entire fee up front. Also expect to not be finished after one treatment plan, you will have to pay these huge sums repeatedly through out the year. I would not recommend this place to others.

The front desk staff person, Kristin was very personal and attentive to my needs . I was amazed how different this Chiropractic office was to my other chiropractor. They took digital x-rays of my spine to show me why I was experiencing low energy and pain in my lower back. I have being attending chiropractic treatment from Dr. Brian Nantais going on 5 months. From the time I walked into the clinic and reviewed a digital x-ray of my spine and discussing the type of treatment I would need I decided to go ahead and have the treatment I needed done in order to adjust my spine and neck. Along with receiving treatment, exercises, very informative videos on the spine as well as information on nutrition along with the online seminars which take place monthly, I have learnt a lot on different type of ailments which effects the spine and what needs to be done to correct these ailments as well as the type of nourishment the body needs in order to rebuild and heal itself as well as the correct type of exercises required to help diminish pain in a natural way without subscribed medication. The office also displays many Thorne vitamins and minerals which are pure in substance without fillers which are essential to the human body to help nourish and replenish what the body loses in years of normal everyday activities. I have been welcomed in a very friendly manner from the staff that works in the clinic and I would recommend this Clinic to anyone that needs Chiropractic therapy.
