Sarah and Brian are both awesome! Everything about CK Performance is convenient, including their office location, direct billing, and I especially like that you can book your appointment online! Every time I visit it amazes me that Sarah can tell exactly what my issue is so quickly. I had never had my neck readjusted before and was quite nervous when I injured it, Sarah tried everything before telling me that it had to happen...she walked me through it and made me feel comfortable and safe....it truly was a great experience considering how nervous I was about someone adjusting my neck. I injured myself right before the holidays and they made sure that I was taken care of and told me when I needed appointments and what to do in between, such as icing and stretching. They go above and beyond for their patients and I'm glad to have them in Chatham!

I had never visited a Chiropractor before. To put it simply, I didn't know what they were all about and wasn't sure if it was even a legitimate profession. Well I do admit, that after visiting Dr. Sarah Ytsma at CK Performance Health, my view on this profession has changed completely! After the first treatment, I was really sore for the rest of the day. BUT, the next day, I was amazed at how good I felt. After a few more treatments, I felt like I could conquer the world! I highly recommend CK Performance Health!

Brian and Sarah are two of the best chiropractors around. I have been visiting them weekly for the past 2.5 years due to a motorcycle accident I suffered in 2013. Sarah has the knack to get me back into shape in most cases on the first visit. She even convinced me to do acupuncture! Works wonders and their traction table is amazing. I am constantly referring people and I have NEVER heard any complaints!

I've seen Dr. Brian and Dr. Sarah. They're both very easy to talk to, pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Sarah has a very soft touch which is nice for a chiropractor. Nothing jarring or too intense. I'd highly recommend either of these chiropractors.

I have had sciatic pain for a few years now including when I was pregnant. I tried everything and nothing really seemed to help it long term. We adjust it and it would help for a week or so. Sarah suggested we try spinal decompression (prior to pregnancy... Not during) and acupuncture (during pregnancy) and finally I experienced some long term relief. Thank for sticking it out and trying multiple approached to help me seek the relief I needed. I also really like that they use direct billing for insurance. Therefore, I don't have to go through the hassle of submitting receipts afterwards.

CK Performance is undoubtedly one of the best chiropractic offices in the area if not in the country. I can say this having tried multiple other chiropractor clinics in Ontario, some with success and others not so much. I don't wait in the waiting room for an hour or longer waiting for my appointment. The staff respect your time. Dr. Sides and all staff are in a league of their own. He takes the time to teach you why you have the injury and how to prevent it in the future. Early on a Monday morning while walking my dog I pulled my back out. Brushing it off as ‘ah - it’ll get better on its own’ I pressed forward into my work week doing my job (Commercial Woodworking). By Thursday morning my back was worse - not better. I contacted CK Performance Health to see if Dr. Sarah had any openings still that week. I was fortunate that there had been a cancellation and she was able to see me within an hour. Dr. Sarah assessed my condition, applied heat for several minutes then performed a chiropractic adjustment. She told me it would take a little while until it felt better as the muscles had been super tense trying to protect my back. I was amazed that by the end of Thursday my back felt 90% better and by end of Friday 100% better. Thank you; thank you, thank you Dr. Sarah! I appreciate having you here in Chatham-Kent! You’ve helped me with much needed Chiropractic adjustments on serval occasions. Next time I won’t wait almost a week with a sore back!

My husband has been seeing Sarah for 2 years now because he was in an accident when he was younger ,Sarah helps him cope with the cronic pain he feels everyday. When Sarah moved her practice to Chatham Ontario my husband made the transition with her even though it was harder to get to the appointments. This of course is where we met Brian, Sarahs partner and husband. To shorten the times I decided to book with Brian for my occasional chiropractic ajustments and this worked great for us to book together. I have been coming to Brian now for almost a year mostly for when I need it but to maintain my physical health and I feel great. Sarah and Brian have 2 different personalities that compliment each other in the best ways, they have always worked together to give my husband and I the best service.
