Went to Guerette yesterday, first time. My arm had been tingling and feeling numb for a while and heard good things and needed somewhere to go as it was late and thought maybe a chiropractor can help my arm. Being new he just stood at the door and just called me over like ive been there for years. He didnt even shake my hand until we got in the room. I felt like i was already unwelcomed and that he just wanted to hurry. I tried telling him what I have been up to that might be causing the problem but I felt like he wasn't listening. I'm a stylist for a living so a good consultation is very important. Less than a minute. He just did one thing and now my arm is much worse. Didn't even wait a minute to see if that worked, just felt like i was being pushed out the door. No sleep and now I have a 10 hour day ahead of me for work that I will not be able to make it anywhere to get it fixed. My arm is numb and I know my work day is going to not be good. I'm miserable. I have never had a bad experience at any chiropractor in my life. For $40 that was a waste of money. I hope he can fix it Friday when I will have time.

Woke up with a sore neck, bad enough I could barely get around the house. Went in the next day, and now I barely feel any pain at all. Going back for another visit to hopefully get back to normal. I had just walked in, and he saw me in about 10 min. The whole visit was about half an hour. Nice, quick, and effective.

Made my issues worse after multiple attempts. One of the receptionists would whisper in a Dr’s ear when a patient left the room and chuckle and smirk trying to be discrete seen twice now. So unprofessional.

No a fan - they are over booked and don't have a good customer services side. I didn't feel like he assessed my pain points and just did an adjustment. Did not find helpful

Not a fan. I’ve been to a few chiropractic clinics over the years, and this one was the least professional. No interest in actually treating what was wrong. Demanded payment before being seen. When I saw the chiropractor and described my problem, he seemed more interested in just cracking my back and hustling me out. I only went to them because my regular chiropractor was closed that day. I’ll never be back to Guerette. I suppose I got what I should have expected from someone who operates out of a mall.

I like going to Dr. Guerette. He is in the walk in clinic in Lambton Mall. Doctors diagnosed me with restless leg syndrome. I don't think I have that though. I do have spinal stenosis according to an MRI. Everytime I lay down I feel sharp pain in my leg and makes it so hard to sleep at night. I started going to Dr. Guerette. After about 2 or 3 visits I was pleased. I am sure I will have to go back from time to time but it is so nice to be able to sleep.
