Very happy indeed with my treatment at Urban Soul. The issue I was having has improved immensely, and Michael is an excellent osteopath. He never pushes treatment too far and is very responsive to feedback. Highly recommended. The Covid safety precautions are excellent, and his appointments and payment system is really great (you get a SMS confirming the appointment, you click on the link in the SMS, it takes you to a webpage, and then there's a button to click to add the appointment in your calendar - so cool). There's also parking nearby.

Every treatment leaves me feeling better. Michael is patient and thoughtful in his approach, and there is no pressure to ‘over-treat’. There is obvious consideration for what is best for the patient. I will definitely continue treatments with Michael as he is focused on building trust and understanding in his client relationships.

I have had back problems for as long as I can remember, this was only made worse when I started working at a daycare 1 year ago. Nothing I did really helped until I started going to see Michael. After my initial appointment I already noticed a difference and with the last 2 lockdowns and not being able to see him for 2 months during this last one, I definitely noticed the positive effects he’s had - which has made me a dedicated and loyal customer. I definitely recommend Osteopathy for anyone looking to fix whatever has them in pain and recommend Urban Soul as the one you go to. Michael is very friendly and genuinely cares about his patients and is great at his job - an example being that he knew I had sprained my ankle in the past just by looking at my ankle. My fiancé is also a patient of his and he was able to tell that he wears work boots just by looking at his feet. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and sing his praises whenever I can! 10/10 recommend. His prices are affordable and it’s easy to get an appointment that works with my schedule without having to wait a long time.
