I started coming here around 2 months ago when I started having lower back pain. It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. On my initial visit, I had to get an x-ray done. Dr. Aru explained the x-ray and educated me about why I may be having lower back issues and developed a plan for me to correct the issue. Along with the chiropractor service I was given several stretches to do to alleviate the pain and help in correcting the issue. I would highly recommend this chiropractic practice because of Dr. Aru's knowledge and composure and the friendliness and professionalism from everyone there.

Dr. Aru and Nancy have made their office feel like home. I have an injury requiring surgery, while waiting for the surgery I have been in so much pain. Dr. Aru not only has been patient but also knowledgeable with my issues. With his adjustments I am able to restore some reprieve. Put it this way, after 8 weeks my adjustments took me from having mobility concerns to having less of those concerns. Go and get an adjustment. It definitely helps me out immensely and immediately. Thank you for all the work you've put in to restore some function and health again.

After doing a Google search for a Dr. here in Cambridge I went with Dr. Aru. He is in the mall where I visit many other clinics. He is always on time. The longest I had to wait was 5 minutes. The office is nice and the bathroom super clean. I only had to sit there twice in 5 visits and it was not for long. He has what I call a Frankenstein bench where if you cannot lay down on your own, you stand up on the bench and then he can automatically bring you down to safety on your back for your treatment. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and this came back just 3 months after my knee replacement. Could not have timed it better I thought. Just my luck. I explained to Dr. Aru that I have been through this before on the other foot about 15 years ago and the cold water bottle and stretching only give you temporary relief like most things. Even my own Dr. never recommend shock wave. I don't think he thought of it. He did though mention the cold water bottle. You have to get to the root of the problem to get it solved. Had I not come here I would still be in pain and still playing with the water bottle every morning and going around in circles. Even the physiotherapists on U-Tube can't get it right and never mentioned shockwave therapy. I had 4 treatments and then he suggested to give it a break and let it heal. This made perfect sense. I took a 4 week break and the foot healed up wonderfully. All natural. No drugs. This is proof that the body through God's blessing can heal itself. That is the way God designed our bodies to heal. I then went back for a 5th visit and right now just waiting to see if I need a 6th and final one. Time in the next few weeks will tell, but it is wonderful to be able to get up in the middle of the night and put your foot down on the floor without having to limp to the bathroom. The pain can be crippling, and I have worn orthotics for 20 years. His prices are half of what other Dr.s charge. The treatment only takes 5 minutes. I had little pain with this foot unlike the other. Good location and problem solving treatment. Rick
