I was at work and tweeked my back to the point movement was extremely painful. On the way home I saw a sign by the road so I thought let's try. I was told to visit 3 times a week with the intention of eventually 1 visit every month or 2. It took several months to treat my initial pain. I have been coming here for a few years now and the entire staff is always friendly and relaxed. Before coming here I did some online research and verified that Dr. D'Amico has many years of experience and I could not find any negative comments towards him. Now I can say from experience that he listens to what I have to say, always has an answer for my concerns and knows what he is doing. I take my daughter here as well which is one of the biggest testimonials that I can give. Reception has always been kind and helpful and have managed to squeeze me in a number of times now when I wake up (or end the work day) with unexpected pain. They have never said no to me and I recommend that you try them out if you're looking for a chiropractor.

Memorial Square Chiropractic is an excellent clinic that provides good service and direct billing for those with benefits. I had a back injury playing sports and can't speak highly enough of the care provided by Dr. Steven Zwart who has been my chiropractor for close to a decade! His recommendations for exercise and maintenance have made a huge difference and I don't live in pain anymore. A choice to get help here is a choice you won't regret.

Good adjustment, but incomplete,. I have been having adjustments for many years. My other specialist will provide a complete adjustment. I just called today and the receptionist says the clinic will charge for the initial fee again, even if my last visit was less than a year ago. she also mentioned that the fee needs to be a charge if i see another doctor in the same clinic. Witch makes no sense since, the initial fee covers all of the questions that need to be onfile, and the information is on file for the next doctor. others will not charge the initial fee if you go withing a year of the initial, or if you change doctor withing the same clinic. I personnally prefer pay more and get better service and complete adjustement.

If you see 50+ reviews that ALL gave 5 stars, this clinic definitely live up to your expectations or even go beyond that. I used to suffer lower back and shoulder pains which bother me for years. And Dr. D managed to "fix" and reduce the pain within a month. I am very impressed to see a chiro that is also able to help with shoulder pain! Highly recommend to those who never seen a chiropractor before.

I have been going to Dr Ted for 19 years. (yes since 1997) I first went to Dr Ted when i had a drop foot (no feeling in my leg) and didn't want to have an operation on my back. i was always sitting at a desk as my job was long demanding days and this made it all worse. Dr Ted helped adjust my back and take the pressure off my nerves and the feeling came back in my leg. I have a very bad back and have 2 herniated discs before I saw Dr Ted and i have had tremendous success with not putting my back out, because i faithfully go to see Dr Ted every 3 weeks. (unless of course I move improperly or pick things up the wrong way and i can tell i have overdone it, i quickly go in to have things put back in place). Dr Ted and Tammy have been very accommodating with our schedule as they know we are out of town a lot with our business, so if we need to get in they try to work us in as best as possible. I thank them so much for that, as our business takes us on the road a lot and we need to have our bodies in better shape to handle our busy lives. I have recommended many people to Dr Ted over the years and can't say enough about how i have felt after my visits. i have tried other chiropractors closer to us (we live south of Calgary) but have not been happy and have had to go in to see Dr Ted to have things fixed. I will never try another chiropractor. I can't say enough about Dr Ted and his clinic. I highly recommend Dr Ted

My first experience with Dr. Ted D'Amico was back in February 1987. My fiance at the time, was in massive amounts of pain. She was hospitalized due to this pain, consumed heavy narcotics that were prescribed by the doctor, and nothing seemed to help. They recommended surgery. They also said that she could possibly lose a good percentage of mobility in her back. When I was told this, i was concerned she may have to be wheeled up the isle at our wedding. A close friend recommended we go to see Dr. D'Amico. I carried her in, because she couldn't even walk herself. She had to drag her leg behind her to even walk anywhere. Placed her on the table, and let him work his magic. After an hour session, I was astonished to see her walk out (by herself) no leg dragging, and feeling much better. She was diagnosed with sciatica She continued treatments after the wedding. We have just celebrated our 30 year anniversary and she's never had ANY issues since. I am now the one suffering and I am now pain medication free as well. He truly is a superhero!!!

Nov, 2020: Still seeing Dr. Zwart (sorry for the misspelling previously!!) on a regular basis and he has helped myself and my partner numerous times since my last review with many different issues. You're always welcomed as soon as you walk through the door regardless of who is manning the front desk - always a pleasure to chat with the ladies! This clinic is still 5 stars for us! May 15, 2020: An update to more current times...since the well-deserved but sorely missed retirement of Dr. Ted, Dr Stephen Swartz has capably taken over the office. Dr. Stephen is an upbeat and friendly professional and his office staff are a pleasure to deal with. In addition to his effective chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Stephen also offers acupuncture (a lighter version, not sure what it's called). I have always been interested in trying acupuncture but had never gotten around to seeing an acupuncturist since it wasn't covered by my benefits. Thanks to Dr. Stephen, after the first session with him, I became a believer and am now ready to try it in full as a natural health alternative. Thank you, Dr. Stephen for introducing this option! I have no problem recommending Dr. Stephen and his office for both chiropractic and chiropractic acupuncture care and I look forward to continuing to come to you when I'm bent out of shape! _____________________________________________ Dr. Ted D'Amico is one of the top chiropractors I've been to over the 30+ years I've had to have adjustments and his front staff are second to none. In the 7 or 8 years I have been seeing him, I've never have to wait long and emergency walk-ins are always welcomed with a warm smile. Dr. Ted always listens if I mention other issues and always takes the few extra minutes to do more than the regular adjustment if needed. In fact, one time, I had a terrible head cold when I arrived for my regular appointment. When I apologized, Dr. Ted merely laughed and did a little extra tweaking and lo and behold, I could breathe! It was amazing. He has been a lifesaver on many occasions and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else...in fact, I talked my other half into switching a year ago and it only took one or two appointments to make a him a Dr. Ted believer too.

I went through an extended care plan under Dr. Stephen Zwart. I have found him to be very knowledgeable. He took xrays at the beginning and at various stages of my care plan and took the time to explain the condition and improvement. He is very well organized and records the progress in his ipad. Inspite of the clinic being so busy, he is a good listener and also has a good sense of humour, which definitely makes the visits more enjoyable. Mae and her reception team are very friendly and have always been so helpful whenever I have had to reschedule. My wife and I have also experienced some of the best massages in this clinic. I had always written off Chiropractic medicine as quackery but years of a nagging lower back pain made me desperate enough to try anything. I am so glad that I went in to see DR D'Amico. He quickly diagnosed the problem and started a treatment plan. Here I am 3 weeks later and feeling better than I have in 10 years. Now I happily report that I spend most of my days pain free and even the days that aren't pain free and so far from the pain I was in before that it hardly seems worth mentioning. I can get in and out so quickly that it makes appointments effortless. The friendly staff make it a quick stop that leaves you with a smile on your face.
