I've been seeing Dr. Boyd for chiropractic for around 2 years. His approach is completely geared toward long-term health. Unlike past practitioners I've seen where you're in for a 10 min adjustment then out the door, Dr. Boyd takes the time to find out the cause of the issue and does some muscle work as well as the adjustment. He has given me some excellent tools to prevent injury recurrence, including posture, strengthening, and stretching. I've also seen Jackie for physio and Amanda for acupuncture and both are wonderful as well. The front office are also efficient and highly professional. I highly recommend Evolve.

The staff is very friendly and courteous and the office is very clean and well decorated. The treatment plan is what separates this chiropractic office from many other traditional chiropractors that only do adjustments. My issue was addressed with a combination of physio, massage, acupuncture, and of course chiropractic adjustments. You don't get pressured to book follow up "maintenance appointments" when it is no longer needed. The goal at this office is to address the injury with treatment, and then educate the patient on how to strengthen to prevent re-injury. Would definitely recommend.

I have had several appointments with Curtis Liddle and would definitely recommend him to anyone with muscle/soft tissue concerns or anyone looking for preventative treatment for their sport. This clinic is great when it comes to customer service as well. You can request an appointment online, which I found really handy, and their response time is always quick. I’d describe the atmosphere as comfortable and professional where everyone looks happy to be there! Two thumbs up!

It's a great clinic, I have been going there for several years now and agree that it is a "once stop shop" (personally have used chiro, massage, acupuncture and naturopathic services). They always act very professional and friendly, never had any negative experiences (and I go there a few times a month steady). While all of them are great, I want to give a shoutout to their Naturopath Courtney - she managed to help me with the issue I was struggling with for a year and MDs weren't able to help (didnt treat the cause, but symptom), but Courtney took holistic approach! Highly recommend this place!

Best wellness clinic in the city. It's literally the one-stop shop for any injury or discomfort. First found this place for an MVA that resulted in whiplash and was so pleased with my treatment and experience there that when I suffered a back injury a month or so ago, I knew who to book my appointment with. I called, unable to move, and they fit me in immediately and made me feel as though my health was a priority. They don't drag treatment out as long as possible either to squeeze more insurance money out of you. When you're given the tools to heal and progress is being made, they recommend a schedule that reflects that, unlike so many other chiropractic and physiotherapy establishments.

This will be my second time to give this clinic a review. I still give 5 for Shellan, Stephan and Valerie. I even given your clinic more referrals but I am thinking to find another wellness as I am not too happy as she is not so pleasant on the phone or in person. Why does she need to wait for more than a month to tell me that the June 6th massage for my son did not go through my husband's benefit and I have my benefit too and should have done that but I do not understand that if one is already max out the spouse benefit will not go through. We have to pay first and reimburse. My husband mentioned to me that they collected the payment first when he went for massage. I picked this wellness because Christine was so pleasant to everyone and never seen her with attitude. I do not have an issue to pay but I do not understand that we have to pay first if one benefit is max out but the spouse has a benefit too. :( And last week Thursday at 5:18PM I tried to phone to make an appointment but always put me through machine. I had more than 10 attempts to call until I gave because it was already 5:45 and there is no way I can talk to anyone anymore. This is for 8th Avenue

I used to go to a place in the NW on Country Hills Blvd, but I have not gone back since I have discovered Evolve. Ryan is my chiropractor. He's very talented, skilled, humorous, and amazing! Always a good experience after I get my back cracked, or have some acupuncture done. He's super knowledgeable and knows exactly what my problem is even without me telling him. I have learnt that I can't lie to him when I didn't do the homework (stretches and exercises) that he has assigned me to do. Kristyne is my massage therapist, and she's amazing as well. Won't ever use another massage therapist, nobody else compares to the techniques and skills. Sure, it feels painful, but the good kind of pain, and the next day is amazing. I have been elsewhere and had massages where I wouldn't even feel anything during or the next day. Totally not just a nice back rub, she works deep into your tissues and muscles. Truly relaxing. It's amazing that they have so many services and professionals under one roof. Keep it up, will recommended to all my friends and family.

Evolve provides some of the best athletic care in Calgary, and conveniently offers many different services all under one roof in a central downtown location. All of the staff they employ are excellent, and their front desk staff is wonderful, very anticipatory, responsive and friendly which is rare and makes a difference! I've received treatments from Kayla Roth for massage therapy regularly and she is excellent, Jakkie Yurchevich for physiotherapy was also excellent and amazingly fixed my knee problem for me in less than 5 treatments, when I thought it would be a much longer road. I love that if you see more than one practitioner at the clinic, they share their treatment plans with each other for you and consult with each other so that you are getting a well rounded approach and collaborative solutions. Dr. Ryan Macdonald is not your typical chiro! So many book about 10-15 clients an hour, crack them for 5 seconds and lay them on heat for a while, but Ryan spends quality time doing Active Release, accupuncture, graston, manipulations, and of course a bit of cracking. He has treated my shin splints, hip/back problems, neck, TMJ/jaw - all with great results. So many friends who were anti-chiro have been converted since I referred them to Ryan (myself included). Evolve is welcoming, efficient and well organized with minimal delays when you come for your appointment. Keep up the good work!
