I moved to Calgary a couple years back and was looking for a chiropractor and message therapist to treat my seasoned body. I came across Dr Jamila Abdulla at trade show about a year ago and received an initial consultation and treatment and was very impressed by the results, so much so that I will not be treated by anyone else. The staff is always friendly, the level of care and ability to help me with my mobility, both through adjustments and most importantly the soft tissue work that in my opinion separates Chiropractor Health Center from the rest. I highly recommend the professional services offered by Dr Jamila Abdulla and her staff.

Dr.Kirsten is the reason I walk with pain free confidence! Amazing, thoughtful and truly a good person who just wants people to heal is what you get when you visit her. From an ACL reconstruction, planters fasciitis and general mobility, she has correct issues within my body that prior to meeting her I just thought I was going to have to live and deal with. With a combination of massage therapy from Chloe and Kate I have come to understand my body more, and be able to listen to it. Chloe has gone above and beyond to help with me various stretches I can do at home to address specific issues I bring to her during my appointments. Kate I'm fairly certain is just magic! In the few session I have had with her she has opened me up to a whole new world of healing and I cant thank her enough. From the warm greeting Candace always gives, to the "hellos and how are you doing?" from other practitioners, this clinic by far one of the best our city has to offer. From literally the bottom of my feet to the top of my head I cant thank you ladies enough!

I have chosen to see Dr. Abdulla for a serious quad tear rather than pursue traditional physio. I've been seeing Dr.Jamila Abdulla for a few years now. She helped me when I significantly injured my back and wasn't able to even stand up straight. She took me thought a gradual recovery process using latest techniques and different tools that helped me recover sooner. Now I see her regularly when my back gets tight or needs some alinement. One of the best things about Dr.Jamila Abdulla that during every session she also performs a deep tissue therapy on my knots and muscles. Her chiro-treatment is so good that often people come from out of town to see her. I would highly recommend Dr. Abdulla's practice to anyone that are looking for a chiropractor.

I have always had back pain, but I guess it was never severe enough for me to get help, at least until about a month ago when I did a lot of yard work. Usually when the pain gets really bad it just goes away after a couple of days. Not this time, so I asked a few friends if they had ever been to a Calgary chiropractor. One recommended the Chiropractic health centre, so I made an appointment. Dr. Abdulla was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I don't go to see doctors very often so it was nice that she was so easy to talk to. She explained everything before treating me and asked lots of questions to get to the root of the problem. After a couple of visits my back feels great. She not only fixed the severe pain but she told me what I need to do to avoid hurting myself in the future. The whole experience was great.

Having just moved to Calgary I was quite concerned ed about finding a Chiropractor that understood my needs and athletic goals. Luckily, I was referred to Jamila. After my first visit it was clear she understand my physical issues, and mum mentality as an endurance athlete coming off the bench after a year of recovery. Being an endurance athlete herself, she was quick to identify and start remedying my lower back pain, and soft tissue damage (including, compartment syndrome) in my lower legs. Both Dr. Tamara Chan and Dr. Jamila Abdulla are excellent chiropractors and they treat my neck and spine to keep me aligned after all the different sports that I do, plus sitting at a computer most of the day. The part that I am so thrilled about is that they also align my wrist to prevent carpel tunnel and eliminate my wrist pain, plus they are helping with my hip alignment that gets out ever since I've had knee surgery. So much more than just spine and neck! I cannot thank Dr. Tamara my primary chiro, and Dr. Jamila for helping me be ready for the ski slopes this year! TL;DR version: Dr. Jamila Abdulla is the best chiropractor I've ever been to, without question. 100% recommend her without any hesitation or reservations. I've been seeing Dr. Abdulla for the past year or so. I originally started seeing her for tennis elbows, and she treated me with a new technique called shockwave therapy which was extremely effective given the chronic nature of my condition. I've continued to see her for treating pain in my neck and back. Dr. Abdulla is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing top care to her patients. She is constantly making herself a better chiropractor by keeping on top of developments in her field and constantly learning. Simply stated - she genuinely cares about treating your pain and will invest the time and effort in the session to do so. On top of being an excellent chiropractor, she's really kind. I Enjoy visiting each time and never feel bad when I go too long between visits. I remember one guy telling me he thought Dr A would "not be strong enough" to adjust him because she's a woman.
