Dr. Ron Uppal is a great chiropractor. I have been seeing him for years and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my needs. I go regularly to adjust my neck and hips. He always sends me home with stretches to do at home and gives me advise on good yoga poses to help my neck and back. Excellent service and great results! Ran is a great chiropractor, he pays attention to musculoskeletal and verbal feedback then treats effectively. Some chiropractors use tools and gadgets that work well; Ran seems more hands on with a simpler treatment room, yet he produced fast results with me and that's what really matters. In about four months I went from a mostly tolerable, constant pain with somewhat crippled mobility to pain free and highly athletically mobile again. Ran is a pleasure to visit, light hearted and personable. He is professional, his rate is good, and his service is recognized and covered by my extended insurance provider. I've seen about a dozen Chiropractors and Ran is one of two I would recommend. I recommend Holdom Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.

I owe the smooth labor and delivery of my first baby to Dr. Ron! I honestly can’t thank him enough for aligning and prepping my body to give birth so quickly and problem-free. I had heard good things about chiro during pregnancy so I wanted to give it a try, and I am so happy I did! I saw Dr. Ron for the first time at 34 weeks and continued to see him weekly until I reached week 38. At my first appointment, he explained that for labor we want the pelvis to be properly aligned to give the baby the most space possible to exit my body. He did an adjustment and I left feeling great. The next day, I felt the baby drop lower and felt pressure in my pelvis, something I had not yet felt during my pregnancy! I was shocked - the adjustment definitely worked some magic and baby was making his way down. At my last visit I was 38 weeks and Dr. Ron called it, he said “I think you’ll have the baby in 2-3 days”... and 3 days later baby Leon was here 11 days early!
