Great Customer Service. Next day delivery. A little pricey and wish they had concentrates such as budder/shatter and edibles would be great.

I was referred to Main Street Health Recovery after a visit to the ER when I had a bad fall. I was grateful for a short wait time between the injury and the assessment appointment at the clinic, as it often can take weeks to have a referral to go through. The short wait time was the only thing positive about the clinic. There was a significant language barrier between the physiotherapist and I. He was very hard to understand. His assessment consisted of a few pokes and pathetic manipulations of my arm. He did very little questioning of how I sustained the injury, nor seemed to be interested in what type of pain I was feeling. When I asked what the treatment plan would be, he showed me two exercises that I could try 'if I wanted to'. No instruction on frequency or duration of the exercises. I left feeling very confused, not knowing how I should proceed with the therapy. The clinic itself looked fine and I'm sure many people have received wonderful care there. I expect that a medical professional conducting assessments should have the ability and skill to communicate with their patient. Based on his inability to do so, I will not continue going to Main Street Health Recovery for further treatment.

I never believed in massage therapy until I stared seeing Register Massage Therapist, Jarek Gora. He is absolutely fantastic at what he does! I have chronic back pain from Degenerative Disk Disease and Scoliosis along with recent pain due to a MVA. I had a pinched nerve in my hip causing my whole upper thigh numbness. But after seeing Jarek, and explaining my symptoms, he got rid of the pinched nerve (I had for ten months) with only one session! Usually after having massage therapy, I'm in agony for the next couple days! After seeing Jarek, I feel relief! He actually makes my injuries feel better! He is definitely a different kind of massage therapist! I would recommend him to anyone with severe injuries! He knows what he is doing! Dr. Jennie, Sheri & Leah in the gym are excellent and have helped me regain my balance and strength after a horrible concussion from a motor vehicle accident. And can't forget the wonderful front desk girls!!! They're online billing is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to return to this clinic if I needed to in the future or refer them to a friend. Very professional, timely & clean!

I was devastated after my car accident. I had left hand fracture, back and neck pain. I start looking for rehabilitation center in Hamilton and got to Main Street Health Recovery. I was pleased with the personal there. Very professional guys. Physiotherapist was very professional and helped my recovery to go quick and painless. Thank you guys for everything.

First.. They offer direct billing, there is plenty of onsite free parking, and is accessible. Secobd.. JHave used many of the services.. Steven for physio. He was recommended to me and I'm glad he was. DR Vic the Chiropractor, super nice. And my FAV, J for excellent massage therapy. Their combined efforts really helped alot!! I should also mention the office staff.. Always very pleasant. Third.. I should mention I did have a bit of an issue once. And after kinda voicing my displeasure I received a call back within the hour. They owned the misunderstanding, made amends (thank you again) and offered alternatives moving forward. Really appreciated that!! A great team altogether!

Do you not use this facility as I just purchase a tens machine for $500 and then Toronto you can purchase it for $235 I got ripped off. Please please don’t go here or purchase anything from here as my hard earned pocket money just went down the drain.

I have found that they treat their clients extremely well. They are friendly while still being professional. They know their jobs thoroughly and are willing to not only treat the client for their ailments but also give the clients information as to what they themselves can do to help themselves as well in order to optimize their recovery. Their primary focus is literally on helping their clients to get better and so I would and have recommended them to others who have health issues that need treatment. I know I have been going there for over a year due to the nature of my ailments being a lifelong issue and have never had any problems with what they do since they truly care about what they do and so do it well.

The staff is amazing. They are very helpful, supportive, understanding and super friendly. Main Street Health is easy to find and there's lots of parking. They take care of the paperwork so you can concentrate on your health. They take the time to explain things to you and listen to all your issues and concerns. Love them all.

My mother was refer to Main Street Physio by a doctor from St. Joseph's Hospital. The doctor gave us the referral and told us that someone would be contacting us in the days to come. To my surprise, as we left the hospital they called to book a consultation visit. The person who help us book the consultation was very accommodating and got my mother an appointment within a couple days. Due to work schedules, neither my sister or I could take my mom in for her appointment, which made me very uneasy. I called my mother after her appointment and asked how it went. She said the front desk staff helped her with all her paperwork and all of her insurance questions. Appointments were set up for the following week before she even left. Weeks later I came to pick my mother up and met her [physiotherapist Sherry. She was extremely easy going and nice. Only negative is that it is a very busy place. Parking is hard to find and there are a lot of patients in the office. Overall great experience!

Staff are Amazing!! Been Attending Physio From Dr. Vic for over a year now for a torn Labrum and Bulging Disk and he's absolutely one of the best Physio/Chiros with treatments bringing much relief! The message therapist Samantha is absolutely amazing at with deep massages and very informative with the muscles and injuries you're dealing with!!! 100% recommend!!

To echo other reviewers, Dr. Jenny was indeed very good. However, the office staff are incompetent, rude, and potentially criminally negligent. I received care late 2016 and in May 2017, I received a notice that the clinic had "forgotten" to submit my payment online. Because so much time had passed, they needed me to submit signed paperwork to them in order for the claim to be filed. This letter was swiftly followed by two other letters, threatening me with a collections agency if I did not remit the payment for the service which, due to their own gross incompetence, they had not been compensated (allegedly -- who knows if this is actually the case; pending investigation from the insurance company). I complied with their request, and sent them the signed paperwork ahead of their deadline, yet they still turned the account over to collections and now I am required to pay -- in both time and money -- for their inability to do their job. It is shameful that they would treat their clients in such a careless and disrespectful manner, and I strongly urge you to consider going elsewhere for your care. As an aside, I arrived for a physiotherapy appointment only to learn that Dr. Jenny was "no longer with the clinic." I can only speculate how they treat their staff if their disregard towards their clients is any indication.

Actual treatment was great a On all levels. the problems I personally have is that there is no confidentiality here everything is exposed in everything you say .it's written down ...you have a good day it will be used against you .same if you have a bad day .it will be used against you . You have a problem with focus or depression it will be blamed on your personal life and not your health issues or injury or injuries ....none of them are to be trusted . Talk only of your injuries. Also they need to be more understanding that when a person is dealing with physical and mental issues that it's hard and time consuming and tiring. To get to an appointment on time .but of course it's no different then any other place now a days ...its all about payment .not about you Es

Main Street Health took great care of me while I was rehabbing with a back injury. The staff were very polite and knowledgable. I hope I never see them again in the same capacity. If however something should happen to me that would require specialized rehabilitation I would not think to go anywhere else. If your'e looking for professional help then look no further. Do I recommend Main Street Health? Hell ya!

I was sent to this place by a Dr. At St.Joes urgent care....after a 5 minute consultation they started to treat me for the pain in my shoulder...they had no diagnosis to go by but treated me anyway...did absolutely nothing for my condition...terrible place to go, just want your money, no improvement in my condition

I was in a motor vehicle accident and was referred to Main Street Health Recovery from St Joseph's emergency staff for physiotherapy. The next day(1) I waited for them to call me, however; I received a message from them towards the end of the day and was asked to call back and when I was able to call back; I got an automated attendant. The next day(2) I called several times and could not reach a live person. I left several messages for the receptionist, the office manager and the quality manager(?). At end of the day; I received a message to call back and when I called back the person calling me, they had left the office.I was told the office manager and quality manager did not return my calls because they were not in the office. Apparently managers do not update their voice mail greetings nor did they call me back the next day. I received a call later on from the director and she did apologize. I was frustrated beyond belief after trying to contact a live person,. The next day(3) I called back and got the automated attendant and voice mail. My impression was they seemed to be too busy and did not care.I called another clinic and on the first ring I got a live person that provided me with answers, details and an appointment.
