As someone who has never been to a Chiropractor Dr. Duriell Bernard exceeded my expectations. I went in worrying that he would focus on treating my back pain specificially rather then addressing the root cause of my issue. That could not be farther from the truth, Dr. Duriell took time to understand my pain point and determined the root cause, from then he has developed a rehab plan that included fixing my incorrect movement patterns. I would recommend Dr. Duriell to anyone and everyone!!

I couldn't be happier with Duriell. Over the past 2 years I've gone to see a couple different Chiropractors on a regular basis to address an upper back injury that happened years ago. My previous Chiropractors would do the normal 10 minute adjustment, send me out and tell me to come back a week later. I spent a lot of time and a lot of money without progress. Later I was recommended to go see Duriell. He started by asking me more questions than any other Chiro has ever asked me, and proceeded to have me do a few standard movements to try and figure out what was going wrong. Duriell didn't even adjust my spine. His words "You've tried that over and over, and it's not fixing the problem, let's try something new"... Long story short, I wasn't moving properly. He showed me some exercises to do at home and they would instantly relieve the pain I was feeling. Over the next two weeks my pain completely went away, no more discomfort, no more annoying upper back. Duriell taught me to address the origin of the problem. Not to just treat the symptoms. I'm thankful for that and I will be sure to recommend him to others.

He only is concerned with keeping up his image. Does not care about the patient, he manipulated my neck wrong and made my injury worse because he wouldnt listen. Would not recommend.

About three months ago I saw duriell for a nutrition consultation going over how to achieve a better body composting while maintaining performance. Doing crossfit, Olympic lifting and strength training made it difficult for me to find the right balance with nutrition. Using my blood work he was able to point out the things I was doing wrong and where simple changes could be made to achieve my goals all while maintaining performance. Since then I have been hitting new pr's and also getting leaner while my work capacity has dramatically improved along with my energy levels throughout the day. Also he has shown me where I was wasting money on useless supplements that were actually hurting my waistline not helping. The best part is he has allowed me to find more freedom in my daily diet which has improved my daily life! His professionalism and honesty were much appreciated and I would recommend him to my friends and family any day!

I've been a patient of Dr. Bernard for a few months now and have appreciated his patience while I worked on recovering from a back injury and soft tissue damage from a car accident. He was thorough in his explanations as I always went to him with many questions and requests, and he was always willing to show me a new technique or explain his method. He also made sure to learn more about my lifestyle (work, sports, etc.) in order to be able to provide personalized exercises I could incorporate with him as well as in between visits. What I appreciated most is that although I thought the problem was directly from my back/neck (whiplash), he was able to source other areas (such as core and shoulders) that could be improved overall so that my back wouldn't be so strained. Any recovery from injury or accident will take time and treatment, but having a great doctor to visit and consult with helps speed up the process and remind you that you will get batter! Best of all, Dr. Bernard is super friendly which makes visits more enjoyable. Thanks again!
