I’ve been seeing Dr Russo for over a year now and she is honestly the best chiropractor. She’s attentive to the specific needs I have as her patient and treats them accordingly. I have really bad TMJ and have been to chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths for almost 15 years of my life and she stands out by far. She never makes you feel rushed during an appointment and makes sure you leave feeling better than you came in. She’s super knowledgeable and kind, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care!

When I met Alena of Russo Family Chiropractic I was constantly feeling tension in my back and shoulders. At that point I was training kickboxing and boxing almost everyday and could feel the tightness in my back and shoulders growing. It got in the way of my training and the stretches I was familiar with were not effective. Not only did Alena help release the muscle tension in my back but she also shared her expertise and taught me effective stretches that I use to keep my muscles from getting too tight.
