Dr. Kaur really did her best to identify the problem in order to get to the root of the issue and provides care accordingly. She is friendly and very passionate about what she does! Talented dr But horrible in her customer service and more so because of her oblivious receptionist Navi - a very unprofessional and incredibly rude person. Be aware because your financial and medical information will be compromised. Navi charged my family member on my credit card without my consent and said she did it because she had to get the payment through and didn't care who was the card holder and didn't even notify until i got my credit card bill. Even though that family member had provided their own separate credit card to the kaur chiropractor from day one due to personal reasons and was being charged on that card for past years. As a legal professional, one does not go ahead and charge another family member for someone else without obtaining their prior consent! Furthermore, Dr Kaur counter-back her defence that is how they practice with all their clients - one family member gets charged for everybody. Its not my concern how other people go about it and she should not be compromising other clients’ practice to anyone - client confidentiality compromised! Then went ahead and deleted our credit cards from her records without our direction or acknowledgement whatsoever! Never ever any problems from our side for any payment issue until this receptionist arrived. Month later, She demands credit cards and we provided time after time - just past Monday my husband spoke to her and she said she didnt have the card info to charge and by same evening the dr confirmed she did actually have his credit info. - among them no communication. Unprofessionalism at its peek! They both as team have no control over patient/client confidentiality and procedure. The office does not practice or follow legalities required by law. Kaur Chiropractor lacks confidentiality for their client’s health, and financial matters. More than 3 Years of relation damaged by Navi and Dr Kaur’s unprofessional practice and attitude.

We were genuinely surprised to see how little adjustments made immediate differences in our little guys posture. If you want the best for your child's health you owe it to see Dr. Kaur. Dr. Kaur is a wonderful chiropractor. I was referred to her by my hypnobirthing instructor during my pregnancy. She was kind, patient and understanding. I saw her anywhere from one to three times a week. She is knowledgeable in Webster technique for pregnancy chiropractic care. At one point baby was still in a breach position and through her treatment she was able to help baby turn. I will forever be grateful as Dr. Kaur helped me to be closer to a natural birth for myself and my baby. I would love to take my daughter to her but it's a bit far for us.

Dr. Kaur also has great staff, her front desk receptionist Navi does her job with great detail and attention.
