Just visited for the very first time. Every phone call I have had and even as soon as I entered the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. When I first called to ask about pricing and book my appointment for a massage barbra called me right back asking me if I'd like to see the chiropractor as he was in that day. Very awesome that they think of you. Booked my massage and when I arrived for my appointment I was helped right away and greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile. She answered all my questions and made for a great experience. My RMT did a very thorough evaluation on me and gave me lots of information about myself I did not even know. She kept asking me how I was doing and if the pressure felt good throughout the massage. Great experience and have already booked another appointment with her. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a massage, chiropractics and orthotics. They do so much more but very very satisfied. :)

I had initially visited the wellness centre for a B12 injection and found they also provided a number of other services including Chiropractic, naturopathic and massage therapy. Rita in the main reception area is very welcoming & professional and is quite helpful and informative. They also have a very helpful appointment email reminder service that provides all the details necessary for your trearment. The building is very well maintained with easily accessible parking and the wellness center offices are clean and tidy. Multiple forms of payment are also accepted. Post initial B12 injection, I set up a chiropractic treatment with Dr. Doug. A very professional and considerate practitioner with great positive energy. He seems to embrace his practice and skill at a level I've never experienced before. His focus was on treating my situation with a program that was effective and efficient. And one with a targeted completion time frame that is often difficult to establish these days. Having my adjustments with Dr. Doug had an instant favourable impact on my body and shaved off a decade of shoulder and neck strain and stress. He was very informative during the process and provided at-home exercise options to assist in further recovery. Considering my positive B12 naturopath experiences with Dr. Jas, and my chiro treatments with Dr. Doug, I opted for a 60 minute massage treatment on a subsequent visit. My therapist Ronalyn RMT was also very professional and effective and helped compliment my overall treatment program. Well within an hour and a half on my last visit I had a massage treatment, chiro adjustment and a B12 injection. Without having to visit multiple offices! Happy & effective teams can create happy & effective experiences. The overall vibe in their office is very positive, non-aggressive and client focused. I'm so pleased I was able to find them.

My husband and I both come to DBWC for chiropractic and massage therapy. I also see Dr Tamar Ferreira for naturopathy. We have seen both Sarah and Kathrina for massage therapy and they are wonderful. Also Doug and Rishi for chiropractic care and they have been so great! Even the ladies at the front desk are super lovely! We recommend this wellness centre to anyone looking for one.

My daughter was among the evacuees from the Fort McMurray fires. She arrived in Brampton very stressed not knowing if she still had a home to return to...& in acute back pain from a chronic condition. I immediately called my "miracle worker" Dr. Doug... Within 2 hours and at 8 o'clock on a Friday night she emerged from the Clinic pain free... and in a very unexpected & kind gesture - payment was waived. Thank you Dr. Doug & company for being great at what you do - Shealagh has passed on the contribution & placed you on the official list of contributors to the rebuilding of Fort Mac.

I was a regular visitor at this clinic for my massages from kathrina ailing, however, my last visit was absolutely not pleasant because of the following reasons: 1) I booked for 60 minutes RMT and the session ended in 49 minutes exactly. I am paying $101.70 for 60 mins, still, I get 11 minutes less massage 2) Not the entire body was done, legs were not done properly 3) Very sloppy at last 10 mins which were my neck and shoulders 4) She wore rubber gloves to massage me, it was feeling so weird and disgusting. This is the first time she wore them. I had pre-booked 2 more visits to them however I cancelled both and went to another RMT which has been my all time favourite. Only reason I started going to Brampton wellness was that is near to my workplace.

I had the best experience ever. Treatment was very effective for me. My walking improved a lot. I was limping because of a hip surgery and 1 year post surgery, it seemed that I had to live with that. After the second adjustment, my body was aligned properly and I was amazed. Too bad I'm getting busy at work, because I feel better, and I can not go back as often as I would like. I strongly recommend this place. Dr. Is talented, staff is friendly, place is clean.

I found my initial call to the Clinic informative, courteous and very helpful. I was in pain and they accommodated an appointment the very next day. The Clinic’s intake is comprehensive so they pinpoint exactly how to help you. The staff took good care of my appointments, reminders, and the processing of my insurance claims. The Therapists and the Chiropractor are knowledgeable, sensitive and caring. I highly recommend this clinic. I felt very well taken care of.

Today I got my first prenatal massage at the wellness center. The lady that did my massage did a great job very kind and knowledgeable. I was then ready to leave after my massage. I went to the front desk to see if I had to sign any papers for my insurance. The receptionist at the front desk Margaret, was VERY rude and impatient from the time I said hello. She told me that she could not take extra time to send my insurance information in again. All that was needed was my physician's name for the payment to go threw. She was also very rude to my insurance provider on the phone. The reason why she was rude to me is a Mystery to me. Maybe it's because i'm a women of colour. At least that's the way she made me feel. The reason I felt this way is because she was a lot nicer to the man behind me. I hope anyone going to the Wellness center never has to feel the way I did leaving a massage.
