I first went to see Dr Parul Chauhan for physiotherapy in May for a calcified shoulder. Parul was amazing with the treatments and she also provided exercises to assist with the the treatments. Parul is Amazing and I could not have ask s for better!!!

If you are in extreme pain you do not want to visit this chiropractor. This practice is focussed Solely on money. The doctor spends about 5 to 7 minutes with you and then books you in for eight more appointments. Mind you I’m paying out of pocket. He provides absolutely no information on what the client can do at home to speed up the process and expects the client to be dependent on the chiropractor. Save yourself the time, money and frustration.

Earlier this summer I took a nasty fall of off my bike on a trail and was hairline distance away from fracturing my elbow. In the process my elbow joint spaced out, my tendons and ligaments were stressed and there was mild inflammation and major stiffness along with excruciating pain . I was unable to rotate my wrist or lift any weight or even let my left hand hang without pain! Thanks to Parul my hand was back to a 100 percent in I guess 7 to 8 sessions! I would highly recommend Parul she is very experienced and her treatement is effective. Thank you Parul

Parul, the physiotherapist at this Bramalea Clinic far outshines any other physiotherapist around. Due to an unfortunate muscle issue, I have been receiving physio treatments for at least 10 years. At most clinics the results were mediocre at best and therefore needlessly time-consuming, until I found Parul! Then my pain, stiffness and muscle issues finally began to change for the better. Due to my condition, I will never be 'fixed', but I so appreciate Parul's attention as her insight and knowledge is amazing. Parul regularly upgrades her proficiency through courses and due to her exceptional memory, retains that information. When presented with a new case, Parul is able to offer details and suggestions which are truly helpful. She tailors the treatments to your needs and is available to answer questions and give appropriate advice when needed. Parul is caring, kind, incredibly patient and a true professional. I recommend her highly.

I had surgery twice with the last one on June 14, 2018 and was left with a lot of scar tissue so I went to Bramalea Chiropractic Walk in clinic and saw Parul. It's been 8 weeks and I can say I have 90% mobility back so far. Majority of the scar tissue is gone and I am feeling great. Parul performed laser, ultrasound, deep tissue hands on techniques and shockwave treatment on my ankle and the best result came from the shockwave treatment and hands on therapy. I am still attending with the goal of 100% recovery within the next month. I would highly recommend Parul.

I had excruciating shoulder and neck pain, in just 4 sessions I saw around 50-60% improvement. Parul the physiotherapist was very good with her massages and treatment. She also signed me up for online exercise sessions, the daily exercises further helped me relax my stiff muscles, even after my sessions were over she let me use the online facility, am really thankful for her generosity. I would definitely come again to this clinic for another session.

If you actually have a problem do yourself a favour and see another chiropractor. I came in with tension in my lower back and a slight pinch in my neck, and the gentleman I saw made my back worse and turned the pinch in my neck into a whole other problem. The $95.00 first session wasn't informative in the slightest and during the session he kept leaving to service walk ins at the front desk(which is somewhat understandable however there should be a secretary for that). Most of the chiropractic treatment he did was simple movements you could get from any college grad in the field of athletic therapy. However the college grad would more than likely do a better job. So Not only did he make the issues worse but there was no explanation for his treatment and I was given no real evaluation for my back pain. All I was told was "come back next time so we can really see what's going on" and while that made me livid I did need a not for work so he got my money but he won't be getting anymore of my business. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Avoid this clinic unless there are no other options. Dr. Keogh is hit or miss in terms of chiropractic, never consistent. That is why he's reception most of the time. He does not keep up to date with new methods/ technologies in chiropractic care. Parul is a good physiotherapist but terrible individual, can be cold. She can refuse treatment and be careful if you are not white, she will treat you poorly. The biases and prejudice will come out. Over the years, the treatment costs have steadily increased. Now they have a policy of the patient paying more if more areas of the body need treatment. Just to show that they care mostly about the money and not the well-being and health of their patients. Update - Oh and this is not alleged, it did happen. You can try and dismiss my experience and post as many fake reviews as you want but it did happen. If my experience is 'alleged' then the other reviews are also alleged. Your staff neeeds diversity training on how to deal with minorities. Your response just shows how you try and dismiss patients who are minorities instead of showing how you would improve relations. You also need to get training in empathy as well. Quite shameful, you all need to do better!

This is a terrible place to visit for anyone in pain, i had pain on my heels and I was here for five sessions and absolutely nothing changed. He still concern about me making another appointment when I told him that nothing has changed. This is a complete waste of my time, money and effort. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Keogh for more than five years on a regular basis. We both experience back pain and sciatic nerve issues before going on a maintenance program at the Bramalea Clinic. Occasionally one of us experiences back pain but a couple of visits to Dr. Keogh and you are back to normal. His office is in a very convenient location with a lot of parking. Also walk-Ins are welcome which makes it very convenient. Recently we moved out of town but whenever in Brampton we go by and led Dr Keogh work on our backs. Definitely recommend him.

I woke up this morning and I could hardly move. I went on-line and called Bramalea Chiropractic Clinic and set an appointment with Dr Keogh. Dr Keogh was amazing and when I left his office, I felt 50% improvement on my back. He suggested that I come back for approx. 5-6 more visits. I started feeling a knot in my back a few days ago, but thought it would go away. I woke up this morning and could hardly move, so I looked for a chiropractor in my area of Southgate, I have only been living here for under a year and didn't know of any. Both Chiropractic Clinics that I called this morning said they could see me in the afternoon, but I would require a consultation and x-rays, which could take up to 2 hours. I then tried one on Orangeville and got approximately the same answer. I called Bramalea Chiropractic Clinic in Brampton where I had been before and spoke to Dr Keogh. He advised me that whenever I arrived, he would see me. I drove 1 1/2 hours each way, but it was all worth it...pain free. Bramalea Chiropractic Clinic is just amazing and knows how to treat people. Thanks once again...you and your staff are fantastic!

I went to Dr. Keogh in September of 2016 with a rib sublaxation issue (my life for the past 12 years). He fit me in for that same day and fixed me with only one treatment. It's now February 2017 and needed another adjustment, so I went there a couple of days ago. The relief I feel with just one adjustment is unbelievable!!!!!!! Not pushy for sales at all (like some other chiropractors I've experienced with). I really recommend him!!!!!
