I went to see Malina who is one of their massage therapists. I went in with a very sore lower back which made it quite difficult to move and she worked it to the point where I could actually bend over again. I like a deep tissue massage and she was able to deliver, and got rid of knots I didnt even know I had making me feel so much better when I left. She was able to give me some advice which has been helping me out and I cant wait to go back again for my next massage. Everyone I encountered was very easy to talk to. I went in having a bad mood and left smiling, so all in all an absolutely great experience.

I saw Dr. Garcia for an 8 week postpartum rehabilitation program. She was absolutely amazing. She was always very friendly and helpful, and I actually looked forward to my weekly appointments because it honestly felt like I was going to work out with a friend. She gave me such positive feedback every week, and I came out so much stronger than when I came in. I started my program with quite severe diastasis recti and after the 8 weeks it was gone. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Garcia and I would recommend her program to every new mother I know.

I arrived 5 minutes before my chiro appointment, checked in and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited for 15 minutes (10 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time) before I asked the receptionist if I should head to the doctor's office. After a bit of confusion she sent me to the doctors office to wait for the doctor. I waited another 15 minutes (now 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and no one showed up. At this point I am quite frustrated as I had to leave work for this appointment and no one communicated that the doctor was running behind. I ended up having to cancel my appointment. Will not be returning.

We worked through a growco plan together and I have officially been ok’d to start running again! Not only do I feel stronger and more confident but I know we are taking the proper steps to rehab after giving birth. Then when I came out she asked again. You already asked me that. She then proceeded to be exceptionally unpleasant. From slamming the debit machine on the counter to shoving my receipt at me. I have been seeing Dr Kurt Lanigan and his staff for almost 4 years now. Kurt and his team have been extremely helpful, extremely knowledgable, and really great to deal with. I have complete faith in Kurt and his team, they can always squeeze you in when you are in need! I have never had to wait a large amount of time, and typically you are in the room within a minute or two of your appointment time. They also have a nutritionist on site, who has been very helpful! I think the best thing about this office is the approach they take to get you back on your feet and feeling better. I appreciate the natural approach they take!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Melissa Garcia is absolutely phenomenal. I have been struggling with hip and low back pain for over 6 years and I have never been able to find something that could give me long term relief until I started to see Dr. Garcia. She was able to pinpoint areas of my body that were causing me the most pain and was able to relieve it after just one session. She is very gentle and always makes sure I am comfortable during our sessions. She gives fantastic advice for at home stretches and techniques to keep my body feeling good between visits. I have felt better than I have in years since I have started seeing her. She has given me the ability to do things that I never thought I would be able to do again due to pain. I highly recommend going to see her.

The massage therapists here are great, if you can get in. They have twice mis-scheduled me. The first time was in late 2018 and I got a call confirming my appointment the next day--which was a week earlier than I booked. I was able to make it work and go in. Then today I went in for an appointment that I KNOW I booked for today, as I had to take time off work to go to it, and when I got there I was told that my appointment was not until next week. I did not book for a day that I know I would be working. For this reason I will not go back, as nice as the therapists are.

I’ve gone through the GrowCo pelvic floor rehabilitation program with Dr. Garcia and WOW what an incredible difference I’ve noticed! First off, Dr. Garcia is SO FUN to work with - she never makes you feel like you’re not good enough or not fit enough. She’s encouraging and incredibly good with kids too, even if they’re being orangutangs while you’re trying to go through your exercises! Dr. Garcia is proficient in many different modalities - at one point she was doing laser therapy and the Graston technique on my torn meniscus, and treating me for normal chiropractic care, AND working through our pelvic floor rehabilitation program! She knew a plethora of modifications for exercises, whether modifying them for my injured knee or making them more challenging to stretch my abilities. I would 100% work with her again and YOU should definitely make an appointment with her!
