I came to Megan at Quinte Orthopaedics with excruciating tennis elbow. I couldn’t sleep and could barely stand the pain. Megan was welcoming, informative, professional and kind. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to alleviate my pain in just a few sessions. My pain is virtually gone now, and I am back to doing the things I love! I’ve had many sports and occupational injuries over the years, and attended many clinics and physiotherapists. This clinic is very nice, as are all of the staff. The staff was polite, and everything went so quickly! I had broken all three bones in my left ankle, simply by missing a single step! Dr. Matt MacEwan has been with me since my first surgery (I required two, to add more metal), straight up until this last visit! We were discussing the possibility of needing a third surgery, but when I showed up, I expressed how I was running, jumping, and able to walk 20K+ steps in a day, no problem! We were both happy with this, and now, guess what? No need for a third surgery! VICTORY! Not only that, now I get to brag that I'm part bionic. ;) Thank you, Dr. MacEwan, and thank you to your AWESOME staff! <3

I came in shortly after surgery repairing a broken and dislocated elbow. Austin was able to get me back to normal and I was able to return to sports under his supervision and instruction. Years later I now have full use of my elbow and it’s as if the injury never happened.

At Quinte Orthopaedics we understand that people have busy lives , unforeseen illnesses and family commitments that often get in the way of a scheduled appointment . We do our best to accommodate to those busy schedules . We also have a waiting list of other individuals trying to get in for an appointment because they are in pain. When an appointment is cancelled with only a few hours notice we often can not fill that spot on such short notice . We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so that people are considerate of those waiting for an appointment and the therapist left with an empty appointment time . We are compassionate and there are certainly exceptions . For those who have simply forgotten, we require a policy that our staff must abide by. Quinte orthopaedics and physiotherapy has been my home away from home for over 4 months now. Austin is so knowledgable and helpful. He has been building me back to health while I am waiting for surgery so I can go into surgery in the best possible condition. Lindsay and the rest of the staff are so helpful and gentle, always listening to me and knowing what's best for my recovery plan. Alex, Karly and Nicole up front are so welcoming and accommodating, I can honestly say I look forward to going to physio twice a week because I know I'll be seeing friends who care about me and my best possible health.

Absolutely 5 star service, I wish I could give them 10! They were recommended to me by the doc that saw my daughter when she broke her arm. 3 months in a cast left her with no range of motion in her elbow and wrist, but after 2 visits with Megan the progress was astounding. We have a ways to go yet but we're super grateful to have her to help!

Quinte Orthopaedics is a wonderful atmosphere that promotes caring and healing. Always a pleasant and clean atmosphere with staff dedicated to their clients and patients. Megan is a professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring physiotherapist who is dedicated to encouraging progress and showing a great deal of compassion for her patients. During my visits she has been able to address and help heal a lot of trauma from my surgery As well as being available and willing to work on other issues that have come about from a motor vehicle accident. Alex Was also incredibly helpful and sweet in aiding me with all the associated insurance paperwork and making sure I was taken care of properly. Her help with all the motor vehicle accident paperwork made an overwhelming process much more manageable for me. This place comes highly recommended and for good reason. They are the best physio I have ever dealt with and will always call them first with any queries or concerns.

Our experience with the "Fitting Room" was exceptional. My husband required a custom knee brace for Osteoarthritis. Nicole took the time to explain the braces that are available, she answered questions and helped decide which brace would best address Ross's needs. Nicole's professionalism, knowledge of the issue and the products was assuring. We would highly recommend the Fitting Room.

My first time going recommended by my doctor and I already feel the progress. They gave me the amazing advice to improve on my muscle pains such as stretching and extra tips to help down the road. They treated me very well and work on me right where I needed as I could feel the improvements starting right away!

Im angry I cant rate them 0 stars. You have to be an IDIOT to go here. This place is the MOST STRESSFUL place Ive ever had to deal with and im 34. Ive had 4 dealings with this place which goes as follows. 1) I went in for my appointment and was informed my massage therapist doesnt work there anymore and they just forgot to inform me or reschedule it with someone else. 2) Had an appointment go smoothly. 3) Was called 3 hours before an appointment and told it had to be rescheduled. 4) Called to confirm my massage and was informed I already called to cancel it...which obviously I didnt. 25% success rate...everyone should be fired, I would be fired from my job if I only had a 25% success rate. Ive taken 3 half days from work, which means Ive lost atleast $300 in income to go here and received nothing in return.

This clinic is amazing. I had a very severe and debilitating concussion. I went to other local professionals for months and saw no improvement. When I started with Quinte Ortho, I saw immediate improvement which allowd me to return to work. I am almost symptom free now. I was also treated for carpal tunnel syndrome and am now symptom free. This clinic has helped get me back on my feet. The staff are kind and professional but most important, very knowledgeable!! Highly recommended this clinic.
