I have been going into this clinic since June of 2020 first 2x a week and then now, once a week due to Motor Vehicle Accident. Jon Lawrence, my Physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable, empathetic and very truly caring person. He's been treating me since and he is very patient with me. He always make sure that I am doing the proper exercise and always following up with the proper treatment. Jon, thank you for being patient with me and thank you for doing your best for me to have the best care that a physiotherapist could ever give. I am beyond words. Step Up is a fantastic clinic, with a friendly staff. Dan, Michelle, Sam, and the team are amazing people. My initial assessment with Doctor Chloe Morgan made me feel like I was the most important person in the building. She conducted a very thorough examination asking me various questions--related to what I was feeling when she tested my range of motion and pain level. I had an injured shoulder at the time. Her “hands-on” therapy treatment worked wonders for me. She also provided exercises that I could do to maintain the current state of my shoulder. I believe it is important to note that I no longer have an injured shoulder. It is very apparent that the team at Step Up truly care about their patients. This is clear from the way that they treat you and listen to your concerns, so you can make a full recovery. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone who is experiencing discomfort or pain. If I could rate Step Up a six out of five, I would.

The clinic’s location in Barrie is very convenient and they have a great team of multi-disciplinary practitioners so it truly is a ‘one stop shop’ for many of your health needs. I have worked with multiple therapists at the clinic who have all been fantastic, but visits to my Chiropractor, Lucrecia, have quickly become the highlight of my week. Lucrecia is extremely personable and professional, she communicates my treatment plan in a way that is easy to understand, and I have seen great results in just a short period of time. Additionally, the Front Desk / Administrative Team at MyoDynamic is exceptional. They are friendly, welcoming and well-organized - they have been very responsive and endlessly patient in helping me navigate the claims process with my insurance company. I cannot say enough good things about MyoDynamic - I highly recommend this clinic.

I started coming to Myodynamic in July when i could barely bend or move due to chronic back pain. I first saw Dr. Carleen as I lived in Innisfil at the time and she was amazing, took time to explain everything to me and gave me a great treatment plan. I now see Dr. Brad at the Barrie location and still such amazing service! He takes time to properly explain thing, does not do treatment in areas if I do not feel comfortable and always fixes me right up. The team at Myodynamic are family oriented and everytime I go I feel comfortable and happy to see everyone. Highly recommend anyone to go here!

Overall an amazing business! If you’re looking for a new clinic look no further. I absolutely love that they offer so many services here as I am able to see multiple people within the same familiar settings. I struggle with severe anxiety and from my very first visit I have felt comfortable and cared about. From the minute you walk in you’re greated with a smile, the receptionists are always polite and very helpful. I have used a few of their services and every single person I have seen at this clinic was nothing short of fantastic! Friendly, passionate, attentive and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I came here on a whim after both throwing out our backs a few weeks apart and we quickly became long term clients! Veronica is my favourite for massage therapy and Dr. Morgan was quite impressive with her knowledge and thorough investigation into my problems! Dan also helped address some of the major issues with my feet/ knees and gave me the answers I very much needed on the road to healing. The building is very well maintained and I reccomend them to family and friends often!

Worse experience ever! Was told clinic was a WSIB provider set up physio for post surgery 3 weeks prior to my shoulder surgery. Went in one week post-op told that WSIB had put me in the wrong program of care and they felt morally obligated to ensue I received best care for my recovery !! Well fast forward 5 weeks still no physio provided in fact all physio cancelled by the clinic !! Today I get a call saying that they can not see me at because WSIB won’t pay a “ complex fee” so basically MyoDynamic wants to be paid more money then what’s WSIB pays for regular physio stating it’s because they want me to have the best care possible. Bottom line after taking me as a patient, causing 5 weeks delay in my recovery was all in my best interest! Fired as a patient because they couldn’t get more money out of Wsib they what is regularly paid for my type of injury. Front desk receptionist rude uniformed and I was not viewed as an import client, saw only as how much more can we get for her treatment of care from WSIB.. oh nothing.. sorry we feel it’s in your best interest you go somewhere else …. How pathetic. Thank you MyoDynamic… wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.

Useless receptionists. You will receive a different answer from each different receptionist you speak with. They make the process harder and lengthier, you will be going around in circles. Very little help and it’s a big ordeal for them to open their order book and locate a product for their customer. They will make it known to you that “she isn’t the purchasing receptionist” and can’t assist looking in the booklet for you. Ladies of Step Up, a receptionist is a jack of all trades. Also don’t be fooled by the new office. We will not be going back and will let anyone we know to stay far far away!

Went in and could hardly walk or stand up. Dr. Morgan set me up with exercises to help build up core strength and is very thorough with evaluation and treatments. Dr. Morgan also takes time to explain the injury and how it can be treated as well as provide support when the injury heals to help prevent a reoccurrence. Staff is very helpful. I visited this place few months back to fix my paining shoulder blade area. The physiotherapist started on me cold. She did not warm my shoulder and extreme pressure. I thought she knew what she was doing, so I did not stop her. Next day I could not move. I called the office, they told me to investigate and will call me. No calls. I had to go other place to fix it. Horrible experience. I saw the response. Yes this was the clinic. I am not wrong. This is another way of disowning your customers. Why would I write about you, if I did not go to you?

Wonderful place to get a nice massage! Have been enjoying massage from Rachael Zheng for several times, and it's amazing. I once got a stiff neck, suffered from great pain and couldn't turn my head at all. Normally, I would expect at least 1 week to recover. But after 45 min massage, I was able to move my head and totally recovered the next day! Once every other week, I go for a massage and my back pain has been cured after several visits. She is very nice and professional. She holds several licenses and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel that my body is relaxed and full charged again after each treatment. Again, highly recommend Rachael Zheng!!!

StepUp Barrie is one of the most professional clinics I have utilized the services of. My physiotherapist Michael is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. The front line staff including the office manager Michelle welcomes every client into the clinic with a smile and makes you feel comfortable. I also recieve the best massage therapy here. This clinic offers everything including orthotics and chiropractic services all in one welcoming location.

*Updated at the bottom* Sad to give a bad review because everyone there was nice but since I rely on reading reviews, I felt I should share. I wouldn't recommend this place for acupuncture. They don't actually have a fully licensed acupuncturist; apparently RMTs and chiropractors can do certain points. This posed two issues for me. One, how do I know if the points they can do include ones I may need? Two, I have an allotted amount of insurance coverage for acupuncture, and an allotted amount for massage and don't want to use up the latter for the former. I wish I had been given this information before I arrived for my appointment. Update. After seeing my review, step up called to assure me that I wasn't purposely misled (which I didn't suspect) and offered a free treatment, which while I turned down, shows excellent customer service
