I have been seeing Dr. Kara for about 3 months now and it’s been a really great experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has been able to feel out issues before I’ve even brought them up. I drive 1.5 hr (each way) twice a week to see Sebastian. He’s worth it, and most importantly I trust him. I was always afraid of allowing a chiropractor to adjust my neck until I came to Sebastian. In the past I have gone to chiropractors for active release therapy but Sebastian was the first chiropractor I had a real adjustment with. Since being adjusted by Sebastian I thought I would try another chiropractor closer to my home. I felt extremely uncomfortable with how that person adjusted me, and that’s when I realized there’s a real art to adjustments. Sebastian does it with amazing ease and intuition. I will not go anywhere else.

I first joined Cafe of life back in September, after months of being in pain. I had never been to a chiropractor in my life, and I had just turned 30 years old. Dr. Kara took beyond exceptional care of me, finding where my trigger points were, and adjusting them until I couldn't feel pain anymore. I have been with Cafe of Life for months now. During COVID restrictions I had to miss my weekly visits. By the time restrictions were lifted I was back to living with anxiety and I was about to get back on anxiety pills after being off of them for more than four years. Before I could get to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription I went to Sebastian for an adjustment, my first visits in months. I don't know exactly when the anxiety went away, but I slept through the night, and next day I was myself again. I never picked up the pills and I continued with my weekly chiropractic appointments, free of anxiety. My doctor even confirmed that I was doing the right thing; he said that chiropractic treatments, massages, mindfulness or yoga sessions were a good way to deal with anxiety and panic attacks.
