Lorraine completes a thorough review of changes to patient health prior to each session, which is crucial for someone living with a chronic illness. The chiropractors we see at Balance Chiropractic (Matt and Mugsy Falconer) are mindful of the whole health of their patients. My 92 yr old mother has osteoporosis, and Dr. Mugsy uses only soft tissue treatments on her. She's so gentle and caring. Dr. Matt is my chiro, and he skillfully uses soft tissue techniques as well as chiropractic adjustments to treat me. He also shows me great exercises to help keep my back healthy. Since Covid they comply absolutely with the regulations, so patients are safe.

I have been receiving Chiropractic treatments from Dr Matt for well over a decade now. In my line of work (Plumbing), back pain is quite common. To make matters even worse, I developed a degenerative disc disease in my neck, which required surgery. Since my surgery, I have continued regular ongoing treatments with Dr Matt. I have been going to see Dr Amanda and De Matt ever since my sister recommended them to me. I had no back issues until I hurt myself at work lifting a 50 pound soda canister. I couldn't even sit down without pain. My sister said they were a couple who were extremely friendly and welcoming and had really helped her repetitive stress syndrome that she had from sitting at a computer all day! I have been going there 5 years now and my back feels like I did when I was a kid again ! The rates are reasonable as well and there is also a massage therapist on site!

I began going to Dr. Amanda over 10 years ago as my carpel tunnel was unbearable! I had been scheduled for surgery but was still willing to try anything to lessen the 'FIRE' and pain! After my first treatment I felt the blood circulating in my hands again and the colour... oh what a blessing to have some colour in my hands! They had been so pale before! I saw my surgeon and he cancelled my surgery. To this day I am still quilting and doing everything I want without having had ANY surgery at all for this! Then in April 2012 and again in April 2014 I was the victim of two car accidents (neither was my fault) and have been battling 'trauma induced' fibromyalgia and lower back pain. I honestly do not think I would have been able to cope without the excellent treatment and encouragement from Dr. Amanda. With their help I am working toward being back to my 'old self' once again. The staff at Balance Chiropractic are wonderful and so friendly too! It means so much to be greated by a friendly smile. I HIGHLY recommend both Dr. Amanda and Dr. Matt!

I've been seeing Dr. Matt at Balance Chiropractic for about two years now. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to think about Chiropractic before I went. I injured my back a few years ago and was in horrible pain so I figured I'd give it a shot. After an initial exam they were able to determine where the issues were. They clearly explained what was happening and why. They gave me exercises to strengthen my core and showed me how to move to protect my back as it healed. I went weekly at first, and then dropped down to once every few weeks after things improved. Joints need to move to stay healthy. I've had a desk job for 25 years so the joints in my lower spine rarely move with all the sitting. Eventually one of the joints degraded to a point where it started causing inflammation and pain, setting me up for an injury. If I could go back in time I would have started Chiropractic care about 20 years ago when I thought my back was fine. They would have made sure these joints were moving freely so they didn't deteriorate to this point. Dr. Matt and Dr. Amanda are great at what they do. They are knowledgeable and professional, and the entire staff is friendly. You will be in very good hands.

Dr Matt and Amanda have taken great care of my spine which has allowed me to maintain good health and participate in multiple physical activities that I love. Lisa, my registered massage therapist, has been a great addition to my health care team. She ensures the pain I suffer from many past injuries is sustainable and does not prevent me from participating in many activities I enjoy. Listening skills of staff minimal. Hear you, but just don’t listen. Waited over 3 weeks for appointments, only to find out near appointment time, they screwed up and I would have to wait again. I cancelled any upcoming appointments. If this is the service beforehand, hate to see the service during.
