All the Chiropractors here are amazing. My son and wife have been cared for here for the last year. We very quickly saw a huge positive change with my son. My wife is a different person - she has never felt better. In particular we love that Dr Gill took the time to prepare a comprehensive care plan for us. This let us know what to expect up front and allowed us to build our care in to our regular routine. We love the open plan adjusting - it was very reassuring for our son when he was first being adjusted to see other people being adjusted as well. Its a fantastic positive little community here.

I have been coming here for around 2 months and given the severity of my spinal condition, it's a bit too soon to see any real positive improvement. But having said that, I enjoy the service here and the attention to detail and care given my Dr. Gil. He is able to manipulate my spine in a very pain-free manner. I don't get any sore spots or aches afterwards. I have noticed an improved range of motion to my neck. The clinic is well maintained and they have some good technology for monitoring spinal health. Dr. Gil and his wife are super friendly and positive. I enjoy coming here for adjustments, it's worth the cost.

I’M GETTING MY LIFE BACK! In recent years I’ve been diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease & vestibular neuritis. For the past year, I had been nearly housebound with vestibular symptoms (vertigo sometimes, and very frequent disequilibrium), and my energy was super low. Doing anything in my day could exhaust me. I was rarely able to drive, couldn’t shop for groceries, and didn’t go outside alone for fear of symptoms making me vulnerable. I’d stopped most hobbies, didn’t visit much, etc. I was really afraid this was my life now. I learned about this clinic by chance and trusted my instincts. I cried when they suggested coming 3 days/week if I could, because of the cost and fear nothing would change. I’m so glad I trusted and tried anyway! A mere 30 days later - it’s no exaggeration to say I’m a new person. My symptoms are all but cleared up, I’m off my vestibular medication, my energy is back up to pre-illness levels, and my confidence is growing. I can go outside again, exercise, go to grocery stores, movies, restaurants, events, you name it...and...I can drive again!! While I’m doing a couple of things to help - including vestibular rehab & going gluten free, I’m certain a very large part of this change is due to the adjustments and care I’m receiving here (especially as the shift had already begun by the time my vestibular rehab started). I love the collaborative, shared approach they use here, and the open concept is comforting. Everyone here has been kind, compassionate & genuinely caring. They seem well organized, and the office assistants are so friendly and helpful. I believe the three doctors - Dr Gil, Dr Emily & Dr Kevin - are truly talented healers. This has been a really positive experience!

Sebastian, our oldest lovely 8 years old son was diagnosed with ADHD. At the beginning, lots of information comes to you on ways to address and help our son. We were sent to a psychologist, then a psychiatrist. Many dilemmas around give a kid powerful drugs to modify behavior and anxiety. My experience was quiet amazing as I recognize that my faith in chiropractors was low appreciated, but I did not have any fundamentals to argue against this practice. All this changed dramatically, until I attended to Dr. Gil presentation...it was a shaker and a waking up call. We started a treatment program to align the body posture which had amazing results on how Sebastian connectivity between brain, central nervous system and spine get all well connected and harmonized. We took our children to this clinic after my wife was presented with a free consultation voucher. I was put off when I saw the anti-vaccination chalkboard message, but tried to keep an open mind. I felt that Dr. Gil was condescending, and responded to my specific questions with vague metaphors that would be much more appropriately directed to my four year old son, had he been the one asking. We never followed up with the treatment program proposed, which seemed to be extremely expensive.

I was a patient of Dr.Gill for 2 years. I have no idea why the people are giving him such ratings with judgement and a closed mind with no actually experience. For those who lack knowledge of what or how chiropractic works should do some research on a reliable source first. The office is well set up and staff is always wonderful. It's a good place to start off if you are interested in chiropractic care. Average you start of 3 times per week and eventually when your body gets use to the changes and adjusts you will go once a week. It's better to attend the seminars/workshops to help you understand your own bodies. My immune system has been amazing, I rareley get sick now after chiropractic care for 3 years and I am confident to go to places without immunizations. Chiropractic care now has opened my eyes to see how amazing our bodies can be on it's own medicine and vaccine. I've been a happy client for over 2 years. I get regular adjustments for myself and my 3 kids (age 9, 5 & newborn baby). Chiropractic adjustments apart of our preventative health care. My kids have zero health issues. I personally find relief in getting adjustments to release stress and tension in my body from mom life, travel, computer work, bad posture from breastfeeding etc. In the last days of pregnancy, I got adjusted and went into labor hours later. My early labor was long and my midwives were encouraging me to go to the hospital for an induction (after 24 hours). I refused and called Dr. Marie for an adjustment instead, then finally went into active labor naturally and had my 3rd home birth as planned without complications. They are the only chiropractors that I've had that do a detailed full body assessment scan of the nervous system and skeleton on the first appointment. They use the Activator Method chiropractic technique using the Activator adjusting instrument. This instrument allows them to provide a quick, low-force impulse at specific points - so there is no rough jerking of the body. Dr. Marie & Dr. Gil are very caring doctors. They are personable, supportive, natural minded and very knowledgeable. I recommend everyone to them.

My daughter has Autism, Low Muscle Tone and a Global Delay. She has also suffered from severe constipation her whole life... she is 9! I was recommended by a family friend to see Dr. Gil as he has had success in the past with other children with the same issues as my daughter! I have always been willing to try anything to help my daughter! I was pleasantly surprised when I met with Dr. Gil and his staff. The office feels like a "healing place" rather than a stale medical office. After my daughters first adjustment she had bowel movement within hours...WOW! I've tried everything over the years to help her with this issue. I've noticed other huge changes in her at home and her teachers & support workers at school noticed a huge change also! Not only has she been able to stay awake in class (she tires very easily), but she has been more focused and alert and also using 6-8 word sentences independently (typically it's about 2-3), without needing to be prompted and also reading more words in her books. My daughter obviously loves going to see Dr. Gil because when I took her yesterday she asked him for a hug! I'll admit I got a little teary eyed and I may not have been the only one... My daughter is 12 years old and two years after she started walking we noticed that she was on her tipee toes all the time. We have seen every kind of specials and she even had casts. Besides her physical issue she is normal child. It all didn't work. She walked down the stairs two feet on one stair. Finally, my mom told me about Optimum family Chiropractic. Dr. Gil and his wife are fantastic. They saw the problem and have been working with my daughter since September 2016. We have seen a huge improvement in her posture, her focus at school, she has increased her ability in physical activity, she walks down the stairs normally now and even took the chance in rock climbing which she would never have done before. Her self confidence has skyrocket. Dr. Gil and Dr. Marie are kind, loving and empathetic. Very family friend. You feel like you are part of the family at this place. I'm 23 years old....Got put off by the fact they tried to tell me i needed 12 weeks of treatment 3 times a week and tried to sell me a package for 1600 dollars. Felt more like a business than a medical clinic, not to mention the condescending tone and the rhetorical questions one of the doctors kept asking me during the consultation. In two sessions, they worked on me for a total of 2 minutes and used an instrument that's designed for infant children and people with low bone density... in my opinion its a total money grab. Went to another local chiropractor and 20 mins of actual work has been done on me the first day. Nice friendly staff though.

I have been seeing Dr. Emily during my pregnancy and only have good things to say about her. She takes the time to listen and address any concerns I have. Since I started going to Optimum, my baby went from being transverse to in the correct position. Dr. Emily has also helped with a lot of my aches and pains related to pregnancy. I missed a week of chiro, and my body really felt the difference. I also have to say that the other staff at Optimum are great. I always feel welcome there and it seems incredibly kid friendly as well.

First experience with a chiropractor and this one made it a last for me. Now I know the meaning of quackery because he is surely a scam artist. Promises all the benefit of healing and wellness as long as I commit to his long term treatment before he does anything to me without even asking the right questions or assessing what my real problem is. Wants to see me 4 times a week and if I don't commit and be patient then he can't promise helping me feel better lol. Through our conversation I learned that he knew nothing about sports or sports injury but rather ramble about the same redundant lecture that he gives out to everyone that comes see him. I am stupid for sticking with the plan for a week. Don't waste your time or money.

I have worked with several chiropractors and this one is the worst yet. He clearly just wants money. Before a thorough assessment was done he has recommended that my child come 66 times and for me to pay in advance. He spent 2 minutes on her adjustment. A good Chiropractor spend several times if not an hour with each patient to assess and reassess as well as to work with the soft tissue to avoid injury and have lasting effects. Do not fall into this trap!

Chiropractic enabled our daughter to turn her head, roll and become more mobile within just a few adjustments. We are so grateful we tried it despite some initial hesitations. After being stuck in the birth canal for hours our daughter was born with her neck out of alignment. At the time we did not know this however. When at 4 months she never put her arms down ( she always held them beside her head up high) and was beginning to develop a flat spot on the left side of her head we were warned by our pediatrician that she might need a corrective helmet. We did some physio with her which helped a little with mobility, but the results were very slow. They were also painful to do. At the time we decided we would try some pediatric chiropractors that we had been referred to. Within two adjustments her arms finally relaxed, she began turning her head from side to side and soon after rolled for the first time ever. All without any tears!'

I wish I scrolled down and read the one star reviews before I wasted my time and money. I was told I would require 3 visits a week for 4 months. If I pre-payed for all the treatments I would save $5 per visit. I agree this place is purely a money grab. And what's with the communal treatment room, I can see some patients being uncomfortable.

He isn't always the most cooperative child to adjust but the doctors are so patient and friendly with him that they are able to adjust him no matter his mood. During pregnancy adjustments have helped alleviate migraines, insomnia and, most recently, brutal pelvic pain that was beginning to affect my mobility. I'm so grateful to have Dr. Gil and Dr. Marie caring for me during such an important time in my life and my baby's development. I walked in one day and the first that struck me was a whiteboard that said, "What's In A Vaccine?" A list was written and all the causes that can occur. I thought people with any sort of medical degree were supposed to be open-minded to towards all forms of medicine? I have no problem with people having a viewpoint, but at least offer both points of view. A lop-sided viewpoint to a hot topic made me turn around before an assessment. I would rather people treat me who at least appear to have an open mind.
