The majority of people in Kamloops don't realize we have one of very few naturopathic chiropractors in N. America right here! As well as excellent, traditional chiropractic options. If nothing else has worked, this option just might! The treatment I underwent after a car accident had the feel of a spa, and was painless. Physical changes: The range of motion in my neck is back, and the tension/stress in my shoulders is considerably less. My collar bone was broken at age 4, and I've been lop-sided ever since. 25+ years later, I am getting the opportunity to be straight/have in line shoulders! My shoulder doesn't hurt or pinch down my arm, so the numbness in my hand is gone. My lower back & hips no longer scream in pain at me when bathing the twins. My workouts...well, I thought I killed them before, but I now I have better range in motion to Git er dun and have better form and posture with squats and lifts! Drs. Lisa and Rob are amazing and offer a wealth of knowledge. I love the complimentary workshops and programs they offer. My family started getting adjustments 4 years ago when my daughter, just a newborn, had breastfeeding issues. I have scoliosis and had regular back pain. Now it's rare. My body also bounces back from injury and stress much quicker now. While under care, I was in a car accident a year ago and suffered soft tissue injuries. In only a few months I was feeling back to normal! Three months ago I gave birth to a beautiful boy. It was a very quick labour and he could have sustained a lot more injury than he did. He only required a small adjustment when we brought him at two days old. I credit Inspire for that and for taking such great care of me during my pregnancy. I had less pelvic and sciatica pain during my 2nd pregnancy under Dr Lisa's care.

They take the time to learn everything they can about your medical history, your past trauma, both mental and physical and your mental health before they make a plan to help your body function the way it’s supposed to. They care about each of their patients in a way that I have never experienced before. Not only are they excellent chiropractors they are genuinely the kindest people! There has never been a time, in the 4 years that I have been going to inspire, where I have not felt heard or valued. We are originally from the lower mainland and with our eldest we had done infant chiropractic care and were hoping to do the same here in Kamloops but had our fears on finding the right fit for our whole family. We are beyond happy with how Dr Lisa has helped our boys. Infant Chiro care is so important… imagine being crammed in a small space with your back all bent out of shape. It also helps with Colic. I came to Inspire a year ago. I was still suffering from back and neck injuries from a car accident. With the care and attention that I have received from both Dr.Rob and Dr.Lisa I feel as though my body is finally healing and that I am slowly getting my life back. I have since entrusted my three daughters under their care. My eldest struggles with constipation issues, my second child from abdominal pain from duodenitis, and my youngest had pelvis and leg issues caused from her emergency cesarean birth. All three of my girls love visiting the practice and having their adjustments done. Their symptoms have decreased since they started seeing these two chiropractors and I am so grateful. It was wonderful to walk into a Doctors office and not have it feel like a normal 'doctors office.' My initial visit was abosultely amazing, as one of their staff members Logan talked to me about what exactly they do at their Studio, and explained all of the testing they do as well. It was so great to be so well informed about what chriopractic care really does for the body. And even more so, having numerous tests done to show exactly what is going wrong in my body made it so clear that there is so much happening I did not realize! As someone who has battled chronic illness for years, finding a place like this has been the final stepping stone to my healing. Dr Tyler explained all of my tests so perfectly that I was able it to understand the course of action needed to take if I want to achieve optimal health. And the best part is I did not feel pressured to do so. Because I learned in depth the damage being done to my body because of lack of chiropractic care. As an older person (just over the half-century mark), and wanting to stay active and extend my active lifestyle, I finally decided to address some nagging concerns that had been creeping up over the years and impacting my ability to stay as active as I wanted. Issues in my neck, lower back, sciatic, and hamstring had been increasingly plaguing me and keeping me from being as active as I could. Since becoming a client with Dr Lisa and Inspire, my neck and back issues have become virtually non-existent; I have not had sciatic or hamstring pain for over a month now. I have been able to get back to pushing myself to full-sprint on the sports field, without issue, and recovery afterwards is quite quick. Although I have good intentions to also get back into a broader workout routine, including flexibility, cardio, and strength components, I still haven't gotten there yet - and so, I know that virtually all of my improvements over the past few months are a result of the amazing care I have been receiving from Dr Lisa. The entire Inspire team is great - it's wonderful to be so warmly welcomed by all during each visit. If you're truly serious about wanting to get or stay as healthy as possible, to fix issues and prolong your active life -- including even just being able to continue being mobile -- then this is a decision you really need to make. I walked in to Inspire Chiropractic on my first visit limping and climbing stairs one at a time and hanging onto the handrail. By the third or fourth visit I was jogging up the stairs without the handrail . Ok, it wasn't two at at time, but I was running up the stairs!! It's been years since I could run up the stairs. I love the atmosphere of the studio and Dr. Lisa has helped me to stand straight so I'm far more balanced. The thorough testing they do at your first visit and then again after a dozen adjustments, gives you a before and after evaluation of your general spine. My 2nd child was born via emergency c-section. Coming home was difficult with the pain and having a toddler already, to top it off my new baby never slept! By 8 weeks I was exhausted, irritable and none of us were having a good quality of life. At 31 weeks pregnant with my second daughter I found out she was breech. I had an ideal birth experience with my first and wanted to do everything I could to get this one turned so I could avoid c section. I had heard about Dr Lisa's practice from my girlfriend who has been seeing her for three years, but did not know anything about chiropractic and had never considered it as an option for my general health and pregnancy comfort until this time. I called Inspire Chiropractic Studio and was booked in for an exam and consultation within the week. Upon hearing how late I was in my pregnancy with a breech baby, Dr Lisa had her team call me back and see if I could come in the next day, she wanted to get adjustments started asap and get this baby turned. On arrival I was greeted with huge smiles and immediately felt welcomed and that every team members focus was completely on me, my health and the health of this precious bundle. I still didn't know what to expect from a chiropractic treatment and voiced my concerns about being cracked. My concerns were immediately put to rest and I was told of the gentle approach used. Dr Lisa asked if it would be okay to adjust me right away, although she doesn't typically do adjustments on the first appointment, she really made me feel cared for and genuine concern for giving me what I really wanted which was a healthy birth involving a head down baby. We had also discussed what I had up until this point thought of as regular pregnancy aches and pains, little did I know the aching hips, shooting sciatic pain, waddling walk, painful heartburn, and uncomfortable sleepless nights are not normal at all! My body was twisted and contorted, and Dr Lisa let me know my adjustments would help straighten out my pelvis and ribs and give baby room to move. Of course I agreed, and was extremely surprised by the actual adjustment, how noninvasive and gentle it was. I left the office feeling like a whole new person, almost like I was floating, my hips, sacrum and pubic bones felt fluid again, I walked without a limp or waddle!! I was elated! Over the weekend I managed to overdo it and was in a lot of pain again, pain I used to think was normal but now that I had experienced the chiro-magic of Dr Lisa I knew better and looked forward to my Monday appointment. Again I felt incredible immediately afterwards. I had a prenatal Doctor check up with my family doctor the next day and found out my baby had turned! I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am to have started adjustments with Dr Lisa at Inspire, I can't wait to see what the next year brings and how changed I will be physically and emotionally.
