Dr. Terai and his staff are patient, professional people who really care for their clients and their health. I feel confident of the wellness model with the staff and treatment. The treatment is with an activator is precise, effective and noninvasive. My bones and muscles respond well. I prefer the activator approach to traditional methods and NUCCA and AO. There is parking on site, elevator or stair access, and masks and hand sanitation are required.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Wayne & his efficient and friendly staff to any person experiencing pain. The first consult was free in lieu of a food donation to a local women's charity ~ says a lot about the clinic and their dedication to serving their community. Dr. Wayne Terai takes a holistic approach when assessing your areas of pain, and treating them, including how other parts of your body, your diet, or lifestyle, could be contributing to your issues. I especially liked that he is hands on, old school, but mixes in the latest technology, such as laser. My pain level of 9 in my lower back, hip and shoulder have been greatly reduced. Thank you Burtch Chiropractic!

Very kind staff.. chiropractor is very thorough, does not rush through the appointment, and makes sure you are feeling better before you leave. His knowledge was comforting and I would recommend this clinic in a heart beat to anyone! I am in need of a hip replacement and travelled 17 hours from Saskatchewan so you can imagine what state I was in when I went for treatment.. my stay was one week long and I could not have managed without his help! I don’t recommend going here. I specifically said that one of my legs was surgically MADE an inch and a half longer than the other, For the purpose of future surgery to the other leg. After the adjustment, the opposite leg was longer, and I am in more pain than I was before.

Dr. Terai is methodological and precise in his treatments. Recommend him for straight forward treatment. No plans to bankrupt you with ridiculous regiments. I have found that chiropractors that use an actuator are far more effective and less invasive than the rest. No risky maneuvers. Appreciate the calm mannerism too.

OMG!! These guys are unreal!!! It’s the 21st of December and I blew a rib today and called them, They we’re booked up and are such caring empathetic kind souls that they made it work and saw me within an hour. From the initial opening of the door to leaving I felt like the team was there for me and only me (did I mention they were booked solid?) They even offered my guy a coffee while he waited for me! We were visiting our son and his family last week when I picked up my 2 year old grandson. I twisted with my feet planted and had this immediate, sharp pain in my lower back and hip. I could hardly walk let alone play with my grandchildren. I called Burtch Chiropractic and they were able to fit me in that morning. Dr. Wayne did an adjustment and applied Biofreeze to the area. I had immediate relief but it was still pretty painful. I also purchased Biofreeze ointment from Dr. Wayne which I applied several times that evening. About 10 pm I felt whatever was binding/pinching in my lower back release and the pain disappeared. I had one followup appointment and the area hasn't bothered me since. Thanks Dr. Wayne and staff!
