The doctors provide good treatment but the red haired receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, she made my daughter's and I feel very uncomfortable. My 2 year old and I were waiting for my 16 yr old to receive treatment. The receptionist said my daughter was being too loud which she was absolutely not. Kelsey's office is right next to the reception desk and she didn't hear anything. Sick people, kids, go to doctors offices, hospitals and I've had 4 kids and have never been treated as we were at Back in Balance. We drove all the way from trail to get treatment as we like Brandy and Kelsey but I will be finding somewhere else because of the customer service. You should treat your clients with kindness, compassion, professionalism. The front people are the face of your business and we were treated poorly.

I went for 3 massage appointments - I won't recommend the place. The actual massage was good, but business practices not up to a standard I would recommend to others.

A couple of rude front end people mostly older lady, double booking people and saying its your fault when you book over the phone, except when you come in with a time slip from them. than the rudeness when burrowing products they try to charge me for it saying there's a time limit even if my injuries not better. than B.Grantham only addresses half the issues at a time so she can squeeze every penny out over a long stretch than dealing with everything at once, than to just put off injuries all together.
