I purchased a light therapy package here and i tried one session for an hour and had severe side effects (insomnia, anxiety, headaches, nausea) that continued for over a week. I asked for a refund as i was too scared to continue with the treatments. They were very reluctant and tried to convince me to keep going but i know my body and was adamant the side effects were not worth it at this time. i had to keep calling back to get my refund and it took about 4 weeks to receive it. Whats more is that they charged me $190 for the 1 session when the package said the sessions were $140 each. They said "it was because you didnt finish the package so we charge you the regular price of one session"....they never told me this at time of purchase!. I argued that because i had adverse effects that were NOT my choice, i should be technically refunded ALL of my money but they refused. so, they obviously do not have a money back guarantee nor do they really care about their clients health. Very disappointed at how they handled this situation! I will NOT be returning nor do i recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to go. So friendly. Great job adjusting adults as well as children. Direct charge to insurance. Can accomodate last minute if time slots are available. Massages available too.

The staff at The Chiro Clinic are beyond amazing. I cannot say enough about how thoughtful and compassionate the whole team is. Dr Corey is phenomenal - he's corrected an issue I've had since childhood - and so empathic. The clinic is so comprehensive, offering a wide array of services, and I can honestly say that being a patient here has changed my life for the better in many ways. Thank you to the entire Chiro Clinic team - you guys have given me a gift beyond words.

Great customer care; I really feel cared for and listened to! This is really important. I go there for Chiro and Acupuncture, and both practitioners are professional and sensitive to my needs. (Sometimes I have to wait a while for chiro even when I've made an appointment, when it's busy in the clinic; therefore, I make sure I don't have a tight schedule after my appointment and it's not a big deal that way.)

I and my extended family have been patients of Dr Corey Graham's since 2003, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. He has always been friendly and considerate. I have always left feeling better than when I went in. Something I always appreciated about him was that he never pushed his clinic's extended services on me. Only when he sees a legitimate use has he ever used some of his diagnostic equipment to better prescribe treatment.

When ever I need to relieve pain and headaches they accomodate me immediately! I have never have to wait, Dr Corey is always pleasant, thural and finds the issue right away and resolves it quickly! I alway leave feeling better and feel like a super star the next day! The staff is amazing and always welcoming! This is your first stop shop Chiro Clinic in St Albert! I highly recommend them! Consistently late for appointments by at least 15 minutes. Today was the second time 30+ minutes late so I left and won't be going back. Too bad because the staff including Dr Corey are friendly, but I don't have the patience or time to put up with behavior like this. Out of my visits, he was only on time once. Agree with another review I read that he seems focused on up selling laser treatments which extend appointments extra time, although he did not try that with me. Thin walls.
