I was told only surgery could ever make the chronic pain I was suffering go away. After a fall and a car accident injury all I knew was pain even headaches. The first session was free and was only half an hour but it was as I was promised, I was told I would have a great night sleep with no pain. After trying so many different treatments I was very skeptical but it would be great not to have to take another painkiller and a sleeping pill to maybe have a few hours of sleep. The level of pain was 10 being the worst. I left the place with no pain and had a great night sleep and no need for any medication???? I was so happy I keept going and eventhough I have to drive half an hour to get there I didn't give up and now my shoulder is better than it ever been in years there is no pain???? I dont have headaches and I stopped using the puffers and also my back posture has had a huge improvement. What you pay is nothing compared to all that you get. Like anything it takes time but it works!! I recomend this place to friends and family because it works!!! I still have other areas that I need to heal and I am going beause I want to live with little or no pain at least any that can be avoided with Nuga Best???? the owners go beyond what any other professional do they want to see people for well. My husband went here for what he thought would be a chiropractic appointment. Instead he got a 2.5 hour appointment with electric muscle stimulation and a massage bed with uncomfortable rollers. That’s really not the problem. When he went to pay at his second visit, as his insurance didn’t cover the whole first visit, he was informed that the ‘man who does the debit’ wasn’t in so it was cash only. Three days later when we asked for receipts so we could claim the $110 we paid, only the declined insurance forms were provided. After fighting with her for a day we were told that no receipts can be provided and if we don’t trust her we can just take our money back. All I wanted was an itemized receipt so I could claim my money. She performed a service and should be paid, but now I know this is all a scam. The name on the insurance papers does not match the name we were given, and if it wasn’t a scam it shouldn’t be a problem to provide an itemized receipt with a registration number on it.

I hurt my lower back disk in 2015 and was using a cane for 14 weeks couldnt even get up from bed to to the wash room.I was using a milk jug to pee while in bed then a colleague of mine introduced me to nugabest where I went I used this mat which I call now magic mat and after two days, I was able to walk without a cane. I was stunt by the help I got and I decided to buy one of the mats and since then I have helped lots of friends family with my mat.some with cold, back problems and even nerve problems.Its a great therapy and i recommend it to any body.my job is heavy and I wear a back brace to work but sometimes I forget my brace at home and I twig my back at work lifting something and when I get home,I just plug in my mat lie on it for an hour or two and my back is back to square one.grestest therapy I have ever seen and experienced in person.

Hello my husband and I attended Nuga Best therapies with Maria Mejias. I had a discomfort in my knee but we went mainly Because my husband had a pain in his elbow (Elbow tennis) for more than two years, he used medication, he was injected 4 times and he also went to physiotherapies and the truth is that none of these helped him Finally we went to Maria's hands and after a few sessions the elbow pain disappeared. And the pain in my knee too. We are also very satisfied with her personal care and professionalism And with respect to the previous therapies, the price of the packages that she offered us, do not compare in time or money. I was introduced to the Nuga Best philosophy and ways of treating our body and ailments through the "spine health first" in 2017. I've bought some equipment ( massage bed,mat,belt) on recommendations from Nuga Best Canada. The results are quite impressive, if not down right amazing. For a number of years I was suffering from lower back spasms every 2-3 months. After only half a year of using tourmanium massage therapy I am now pain free for good 2 and half years. Now all my family uses and swears by it. Even a common cold or flue we treat with infrared heat from tourmanium equipment with tremendous results. It also helps with high blood pressure and fatigue. We all agreed, that since we started using Nuga Best practices our quality of every day life is much better, more energy, especially in winter months, when we all lucking sun light,but Far infrared rays from tourmanium ceramics(same lengths as the sun's) really literally put life into our bodies.

I’ve had about 8 sessions so far and my long term goal is to increase my flexibility. I’m already starting to see progress though it does take time and there is homework. That being said, the home “lab” of Maria and Sergei is very clean and they follow all the COVID protocols. This is not your ordinary experience and the sessions are lengthy and thorough. The massage techniques are deeply therapeutic and the approach is about restoring your nervous system so you can heal. Expect discomfort during and possibly after the sessions. Maria has tremendous knowledge of the human body and addresses her customer’s unique concerns. She also takes the time necessary each session and does not rush you. I like that she is doing continuing education to keep on top of new techniques in support of her massage license. They are able to work with your benefit provider and take most forms of payment including credit card. The fees are very reasonable for what you get and how long the sessions are. The first assessment session is very detailed to examine your body from head to toe.
