After my car accident i was suffering from whiplash and major headaches/ stiffness all over. Between the chiropractic and Massage team they fixed me up enough in a mere 6 weeks so that i could complete my machu pichu 3 day hike. i don't have benefits but i pay out of pocket to see the massage therapist when i can afford it as they are very well trained. There is a small blonde girl (so sorry your name slipped my mind) and im beyond impressed with her, she brings in new tools and techniques, isnt afraid to dig in if your feeling up to it, and really cares about your progress (plus she plays awesome calming hipster music which is a nice change).

I couldn't believe the knowledge and professionalism and of course the care Caitlin provided. I was already going to another Chiropractor for myself and never received anything close to the service I did from Complete Health and Caitlin. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a wonderful Chiropractor. I have cancelled where I was initially going and now am going to see Caitlin for myself and my little one. To top it all off the cost is half the amount I was paying at the other clinic. I am usually willing to pay the same or more when I experience this type of service but it is a huge bonus that I am paying less then half :) couldn't be happier. I can’t say enough about Dr. Caitlin! I started seeing her during my pregnancy. I was having some major sciatic issues and had previously been to another prenatal clinic in the city. I was hoping to find somebody closer, so I googled Okotoks prenatal chiropractors and her name came up with great reviews. I booked an appointment and was amazed at how thorough the first appointment was! I did not experience the care and attention at the other clinic I had been to previously. I felt as though Dr. Caitlin really listened and most importantly tailored a plan to suit my specific needs. There was even a fancy machine that was able to highlight my problem areas, which I appreciated as I’m a visual leaner haha. I continued to see Dr. Caitlin throughout my pregnancy and it made a world of difference for me. I’m petite and was carrying a very large belly. My back was so grateful! I am continuing to see Dr. Caitlin now postpartum. I’m also bringing my two month old son in to see her as well. She is continuing to tailor a program for both of us. I have diastasis recti and had no clue prior to seeing her. She is ensuring that I do the proper techniques for faster healing, which I really appreciate! My son also sleeps so soundly after seeing her. She’s amazing with him too. As soon as she picks him up, he’s like a ball of jelly! He’s so relaxed :) The front staff is also great! Not only is she the most genuine person you will meet but she is incredibly in tune with you as a person and very knowledgeable. Treating the whole person not just the ailment. When I leave these appointments not only do I have relief from my ailment but a sense of calm as well...Love this acupuncturist! The clinic is very clean and welcoming as well. I have been coming here for the past 8 months after a less than positive experience at another chiropractor here in Okotoks. I see Chris for chiropractic, Tara for massage and Cecile for acupuncture. I've been going to Complete Health ever since my first pregnancy. The staff have been amazing and now today my kids just loving going for their chiro visits. They feel included as they are explained what is happening and they even get to play chiro on each other with the pretend chiro "clicker". My children feel safe and relaxed in the clinics environment. As a parent a appreciate all the explanation that comes with each visit so I understand whats up and what I can do to support the development of my kids. My own experience through pregnancy was amazing, the staff made me feel relaxed and that everything was going to be OK even on the difficult days. I highly recommend Complete Health!!!

By far best quality in service. Dr. Chris knows his stuff. Honestly i dont like Chiros lol i never would go but i hurt my arm and got golfers elbow while training for a competition. Got recommended to see Chris and he not only fixed that but also really did what a chiro is suppose to and helped posture and back pain. Anyways what im sayin is this guy is awesome, since hes also an avid lifter we worked together to find different excersises and scheduled around my lifting days to best suit recovery.

I've been going to Dr. Caitlin since 2014 during my 3rd pregnancy. I suffered from pubicsymphasis dysfunction which caused a lot of pain and discomfort among other ailments. She helped me so much throughout that pregnancy and after. I even went in for an emergency appointment during beginning stages of labor to help things along! I have continued to see her regularly since then and several members of complete health including acupuncture and massage. They helped me and my son after a car accident and throughout another pregnancy and post partum period.
