Cochrane Family Chiropractic has helped me to greatly reduce the number of migraines I experience. They are less intense too! Dr. Stef and Dr. Troy are top-notch chiropractors. They always make me feel at ease. I am so lucky to have them as part of my health care team. Because of them, a month + long migraine cycle ended. And then...here's the best part....another one hasn't started! I have now been able to go back to freelance work and take daily 30 min walks. I absolutely LOVE this clinic. Dr. Troy and Dr. Stefani are the sweetest, most caring, genuine doctors I have ever worked with. I was scared to see a chiropractor (horror stories), but they put me at ease and the extensive consult showed me exactly what they would be focusing on to help me move better. I have been seeing them consistently for a month and I notice a huge difference already. ALSO, their receptionists are so amazing. They make you feel like a good friend and remember your name every time you walk through the door. Oh, and definitely attend one of their "Dinner with the Doctors" events because it's super educational and they BUY YOU DINNER! Seriously... how lucky are we to have them in our town!

Wonderful people, very professional and kind. They care a lot about their patients. This was my experience: Last week I had severe pain in my shoulder. Thinking I had slept on it wrong and it would go away with stretching and heat, I didn't seek help during the day. It got worse as the day went on and by night time I couldnt handle it and nothing was helping. The pain was radiating down my arm and up my neck as well as in my back. It was a Saturday and everything was closed. Urgent care was a 4hour wait. I saw the Cochrane Family Chiropractic sign and called the number on the door. To my surprise Dr. Troy answered the phone. The clinic was closed but after explaining my situation he drove into meet me at his clinic. He ordered X-rays after examining me and it turned out I had a rib out of place and my neck was not in great shape. He popped (not sure if that's the right term haha) everything back in place told me to ice it on and off. On top of that he booked me in to see his wife Dr. Stefani the following day even though the clinic was closed on Sundays. The treatment helped immensely and I have veen seeing them to sort out my neck and keep an eye on the rib ever since. They have been very helpful, kind and explained everything with great professionalism. Happy to have found them and grateful for their help and compassion in my treatment!

I buggered up my knee somehow (no direct trauma) in October and after 9 weeks of seeing a physiotherapist, a masseuse, applying anti inflammatory gels & taking pills, using ice packs, and even a trip to emergency to reduce the swelling, nothing helped. My knee looked like a football and I didn't know what to do. I hadn't seen Dr. Stephani for a few months since they moved to Cochrane so booked into see her. I told her my story and after 1 treatment , within 2 days my swelling was gone, my mobility returned and I haven't had an issue since. I don't know how or why this was the cure but I'm not kidding, it was incredible. I should have known better since she helped me with my lower back pain and sleep problems already. So now my husband and I drive an hour to see both Dr. Troy and Dr. Stephani and t's worth every second. They are simply the best and I will recommend them all day long; to everyone.

I had never been to a chiropractor before. I was a bit nervous going for my first adjustment, but Dr. Troy is very open and honest about what he does. He always explains what he's doing and talks you through everything. He is very educated and you can tell he is incredibly passionate about his field of work. He was able to attend one of the best chiropractic schools in North America, and he uses that knowledge to help others. He is very excited for his patients successes and celebrates them with you. I had always woken up stiff and sore in the morning. Maybe once or twice a year I wouldn't. After my first adjustment two weeks ago, I have yet to wake up in pain. I sleep much better and have much better movement and posture. Due to a brain surgery I had three years ago, and the removal of my left vestibular nerve and left inner ear, I have been very unbalanced. In the short two weeks I have been going to see Dr. Troy, I can now confidently stand and put on pant; stand and close my eyes without falling over, in fact not even sway. I highly recommend coming here. The staff always great you with a smile and your name when you arrive. The place is clean and very relaxing. I love it!

I was a skeptical and scared of Chiropractors based on a lot of myths that I have heard. I had been suffering with headaches for a long time and blamed the weather every time. My headaches became more frequent to the point that I just had to do something. So I booked an appointment with Dr. Stef got an assessment and adjustment that very same day. I have been going to Family Chiropractic for 6 months, and I am really happy with how things are going. First off, you are greeted with such a kind receptionist - Heidi! Dr. Troy and Dr. Steph are super warm, friendly, and genuinely care about you.
