I first met Dr.Don over three years ago. I own a local shop in town and he would come in and spend some time there. One day he noticed that I was struggling with my right shoulder, and was quick to ask me what was wrong. At the time I had no idea he was a chiropractor, and after explaining my issue, he brought me to the front sidewalk of our building, asked me to lay down, and gave me a quick treatment right there on the sidewalk! I spent the day with a pretty sore shoulder however, the next day my shoulder began to feel better. For about a month, I was pain free and I ended up going to see him regularly for treatments. In my line of work, having a pain free shoulder is imperative, and I know that this inital treatment and the adjustments I continue to receive, make sure I am pain free. I would recommend Dr.Don to anyone, as he is by far the best chiropractor I've ever visited, and his upbeat personality is a bonus!

Dr. Jenny Bradshaw has been my doctor for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier! I came to the clinic to get help with chronic headaches and not only has she helped me reduce my headaches to near zero, but she has been invaluable to help with my understanding how my diet can negatively influence my health. The clinic itself is amazing--always friendly, clean and there is always something fun going on! Be it women's nights, coming to work in their PJ's or Christmas in July, you'll never be bored!! I love how they will email me the day before my appointment to remind me of said appointment--I'm a little forgetful, but this little detail helps me tremendously. Did I mention they also have massage on site? Amazing!! I've been to see Kyrstin and she's been great. I have been through massage training, so I can be very picky with my therapists--and it has been years since I've found a therapist that really has helped. I've been to Kyrstin twice with different issues, and between her care and the stretches she's prescribed, they have cleared right on up. I have never been to better clinic, or been handled by better people. If you want to be go to a place that will not only take care of your physical ills, but you have a great time doing it, this is the place to go. And if you want Chiropractic care that's not only exemplary, but attentive, knowledgeable and gentle, Dr. Jenny is the way to go.

I first visited Dr. Don Findlay at Chiropractical a month and a half ago for a sore back. Everyone at the clinic is extremely friendly and professional, and I had no trouble getting an appointment. My original issue was back pain, and not only is my back now feeling 100% better, Dr. Don also helped me with quadriceps tendonitis that I was experiencing, as well as neck issues I wasn't even aware of! He provided me with stretches and exercises to strengthen areas that need it most, and even helped me to correct my squat form :). Overall, Chiropractical is an amazing place, and I would recommend Dr. Don to anyone. If it wasn't for him, I would still be struggling with my sports-related injuries!

I'm a young man with chronic lower back issues, like most people these days. I played sports my whole life and continued to be into fitness. It was getting so bad at points that I didn't know what to do, I tried stretching taking time away from activities I love but the results never changed. I wasn't covered by medical at the time, and know chiropractic care isn't cheap, some places were charging a $100 plus just for the first consultations, I couldn't afford that, so i kept looking online until I found Chiropractical. The price was right, it was less then half of what other offices were charging. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the doctors are full of knowledge and walk you through each step to asses the situation, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have been and currently continue to use Dr Jennifer Bradshaw, she has helped my lower back in such a way that thank you isn't enough. I don't wake up feeling sore or stiff anymore. those days of rolling out of bed in pain are gone. So anyone thinking of trying chiropractic care for the first time I highly recommend going to see Dr Bradshaw and the team at Chiropractical.

I got relief after the first visit and things just improved with each visit and each day between visits. From that first visit I felt that Dr. Don was there for me and I felt welcome into his practice. I first met her at rhubarb festival and asked her many questions regarding my SI joint issue. I could feel that when she was answering my questions she was sincerely trying to help and that she was very knowledgeable about what she does. On top of that I could tell she is a person with superb patience. So I decided to book an appointment with her and eventually switched my chiropractor to her. It has been over a year and my experience proved that all of my feelings about her was right. Dr. Jenny is one of those people who choose a profession because of a deep passion, which makes her extremely good at what she does. She did a very holistic examination on my body first then went from there to give me a treatment plan accordingly. My pain would always go away immediately after my appointment with her. She also shares helpful tips and exercises that help with my problem. I learned from her to listen to my own body and exercise regularly. I also really enjoy the relaxed, cheerful and delightful atmosphere she and her coworkers create in the environment. For people who had no chiro experience and feel a little worried about it, I especially recommend Dr. Jenny since she is very thoughtful and gentle and will make you feel very comfortable.

Don't have much to say about the Dr.'s as I only completed the "assessment" stage. When I made my second appointment for the actual treatment I stressed the importance of needing to pick my daughter up prior to 6pm, they said that wouldn't be a problem and advised for me to drop off my x-ray disc in advance to save time - I had my bf drop it off last week. I get there 5 minutes before my appointment today and end up sitting there for 25 minutes and still no sign of my Dr. I ended up having to leave because I needed to go pick my daughter up. So basically I took time off work for nothing, just to sit in an office and not even get any treatment. After visiting 3 different chiropractors in town, I came across Dr. Findlay, and ever since then I've seen a great improvement in my overall health. My main concern besides chronic pain in my whole back and specially neck is that I was diagnosed with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) almost 11 months ago, and it got so bad up to the point of panic attacks. Before seeing Dr. Findlay I was put already under medication ny my family doctor, and I was doing ok. I was having a semi-normal life but still not able to drive on my own, get back to work, or do most of my daily activities without having a family member with me all the time. I started my treatment at Chiropractical about 2 months ago, and I cannot believe how much I have improved. I am working again, driving close distances, and 80% of my day I don't even have ongoing thought of being anxious. To be honest, I was losing hope that chiropractic or acupuncture will make a difference to my GAD, but thanks to the integrated holistic approach that Dr. Don uses, I feel there is hope again. I have been a patient at Chiropractical for several years now. My parents were patients at Chiropractical. They saw Dr. Dan and suggested I see him as well with my back issues. December, 2018 I had a serious back injury. I went to Physio for 3 months. There was a slight change in pain but I couldn't sleep due to pain at night and I couldn't do any kind of physical activity. I was putting on weight, getting depressed and felt like this was going to be my life. I don't know why I didn't immediately go to Dr. Dan. I've been seeing Dr. Don for the past few months since having a baby, and his treatment has been excellent! I was hesitant to start chiro again after having a bad experience with a very pushy chiropractor (wanting me to come multiple times a week for weeks on end) but Dr. Don is not pushy at all. He genuinely cares about and listens to his patients, and works with them to find the right treatment plan that fits both their needs and budget.
