I was really happy with my visit today as Dr. Audren was very professional and very knowledgeable. She was very good at explaining everything that is wrong with my body. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful too. I am looking forward to my follow up tomorrow as I think it needs to be done to make sure you are feeling ok after treatment. I am looking forward to going to many more treatments.

staff is friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic. I have been to other chiropractors , none have been as knowledgeable, or educated as Dr. Audren . the amount of relief not only physical but emotionaly is appreciated. she has extensive knowlage in her feild, she doesn't attempt to twist you up like a pretzel. insted she chooses to use the many tools that truly help pin point the problem . she has overseen my daughters and I recovery (on going ) from a car accident in the summer, this has been an uphill battle , but her and her staff make it just that much better . they are extremely accommodating , and will go above and beyond . I was referred to her by multiple people before my accident, and am truly glad I listened. I have seen a dog be carried into her office,and walk out ! I have seen many infants come through the door . Yes you read that right , from your fur baby , to your actual baby . if you or anyone you know suffers from cuncussion, or head trama I highly HIGHLY recommendher . I have watched people around me recover from her treatments , as well as my family . I will never ever see any other chiropractor. just like your favorite dr. hairdresser,or mechanic. these all seem like hard things to find . But once you do ....

Not impressed with her 3 day follow up requirement. As someone who lives an hour away from Medicine Hat in a rural location I find these strict 3 day follow ups unnecessary. If there was any consideration and leniency for out of town patients I would reconsider. I know for a fact of 4 other patients who have left this clinic because of this.
