John is very thorough, professional and honest. I hurt my shoulder many years back playing volleyball...couldn't raise my arm. With comprehensive treatment, I don't have any pain during motion. He explained about the nerve impingement in my rotator cuff. My back feels great, my body feels great!

Dr. John fixed my back, leg and body multiple times. As an obese guy it is easy to avoid certain places as you don’t feel like the lecture or judgement. This never happened. You won’t find granite counter tops or state of the art adjustment tables but you’ll find an excellent and experienced practitioner of chiropractic medicine. I’ve been to 7 different chiropractors over the last 20+ years and most satisfied with John at Absolute. He is patient centered, clinically strong and above all: consistent with his adjustments. His lifestyle suggestions have been remarkable. I continually learn new stretches to prolong the time between visits and also more about biomechanics to help me prevent injuries/ optimize my exercise regimen. All of the other chiropractors I have been to have always focused on my spine exclusively. John is much more thorough. He has rectified issues in my extremities on a couple occasions where a physician would tell me to simply rest for weeks/ take anti-inflammatories. His schedule is regular and his availability is rarely an issue. Perhaps there could be easier ways to book an appointment rather than by phone. Once you have an appointment, he is always on time and never double booked. Come to think of it...does he ever take vacations? Nevermind, I don’t ever want him to retire.
