We met twice with the caterer, once with the wife and once with the husband. I had big concerns about the special meals, as my sister has serious health issues and could not eat the meal being served. I had the feeling the husband did not take my concerns seriously, and he even suggested my sister eat the children's meal! Long story short, my sister was served the wrong meal. When my friend, who was vegetarian, was served beef and let the waiter know, she was never brought another meal. Wife tried to push the food stations, which I felt was a money grabber. Food was good, but service could certainly be improved.

was at a wedding recently and the "Gourmet Burger", although pink inside was EXTREMELY DRY...suggest you drop it from your menu.

Recently held a dessert reception for our son's Bar Mitzvah at Chabad Flamingo. We did initially have trouble connecting with Menchens, but once we did everything went smoothly. Naomi worked with us to create a menu which was suitable to the function and within our budget. She provided tips on how things should be done in terms of set -up and scheduling (we were not working with a party planner). On the night of the function the on-site staff were easy to work with and helpful, the tables and dessert stations were set up very nicely and the food was excellent.
