Hannah was such a sweetheart when she expedited my baked sushi order on the day of, in a minimum of 2 hours and she was extra caring towards her customers as she gave me more than two portions for the price of 1 with extra seaweed packets, to match the extra food! I cannot wait to be back in Toronto to try out her seafood paella for that was very rare in Toronto restaurants for a good price! Good luck on your food ventures! And every time, she does not disappoint but continues to deliver dishes that are bursting with a variety of flavours, aromatic and unique textures. We ordered for Halloween Feast and enjoyed the food very much! The seafood paella was very sumptuous with a lot of seafood toppings and the taste was spot on! Different flavours in every bite of each toppings! The porchetta is a delight in every bite! Crunchy on the outside but moist, juicy and tender on the inside! We ordered the Singapore Chile Crabs (dungeness) for a weekend meal .. and it was sooo delicious. The thick savoury sauce was well-balance with the tangy spiciness of the chili amidst a hint of a sweet flavour.... perfect with the Calrose rice. Hannah’s take on the iconic Singaporean dish could easily be Michelin-starred... Next order for me will be the full entree of Seafood Paella, another round of Singaporean Chili Crabs .. and Hannah’s Tiramisu... I highly recommend these dishes for the foodies with discerning taste buds????

We ordered the Seafood Paella and the Paella Ala Valenciana and we were beyond satisfied! Both were so delicious - amazing flavours. The portion sizes were large (plenty of meat and toppings too), we thought we wouldn’t be able to finish it. But it tasted too good to have leftovers. Delivery and ordering was a breeze as well which just made the experience so much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to try more from the menu. I would highly recommend to anyone!

We ordered the Singaporean chili crab and we loved it! The ordering, communication and delivery was smooth and perfect! I had a few questions that Hannah answered right away. We got the crab today for lunch and it was fantastic! First of all the dish was just beautiful to see and smelt wonderful! Hannah warned me it was a bit spicy in case we were very sensitive but it was delightful! The sweetness was balancing the spiciness in a perfect way! The crab meat was flavourful with a great texture! We devoured it! We haven't had crab in over a year and that was a treat worth waiting a year for! We also tried her paella Negra! The calamari was nicely cooked and the rice was seasoned perfectly! Thank you for the great experience! Also I keep reading fantastic things about your Tiramisu we will definitely have to try one day! ☺️

I must say when I first look at this website and photos, I was so impressed with the presentation, the ingredients and how easy to maneuver around the links. The pictures look so stunning. I've decided to order one of my favorite dish from Philippines called Pancit Malabon to have for my birthday. Let me tell you, first thing I said is "Wow this is huge. It's only two of us eating." She even generously upgraded my order to a bigger size. It was such a great portion. The sauce was perfect. The tentacles was such a great portion and it was cooked so well that it wasn't chewy at all nor fishy taste to it. The whole dish was definitely worth getting. Hannah the chef is highly recommended. No one will definitely be disappointed. It was such a great service and great communication. Thank you Hannah.

The first dish I have tried from Hannah was Salmon cooked in Coconut Milk (Paksiw with Gata) and Sushi Bake. A bite of her delcious food goes to show how much this Chef enjoys putting together these dishes. From all the wonderful flavours exploding in your mouth, the careful mixture of ingredients defines her true love for this art. Second time, i ordered her Sushi Bake again and also tried her Tiramisu. Oh it was a slice of heaven. Lastly the Chicken Paella, incredible. Considering we are unable to travel this year, the authenticity of her paella brought me to another continent. Well done Hannah. Love experiencing your dishes ❤❤❤

I've already ordered twice with Hannah and will continue to order and recommend her to friends and family. I had the international delicacies: Valentines Osso Bucco with rice and dips set, the seafood paella, chili crabs but also Filipino lutong bahay sinigang sa sampaloc (sour soup). Soooo good! Aside from taste, portions are very generous, quality of packaging was meticulous and customer service was superb. I went for the home delivery option and delivery time was properly communicated and prompt. This is restaurant quality food so please be sure to order at least a week ahead. Hannah does the produce shopping, cooking, packing and delivery by herself and still remains super sweet and accomodating. Highly recommend Medalla Catering. :)

Hannah offers great tasting food and excellent customer service. We ordered seafood paella, baked sushi and tiramisu. Lobsters and shrimps are so juicy, the blend of herbs and spices on the rice is enticing that you’d want for more. I ordered ahead of our occasion, thus Hannah had to put our order in the fridge, she gave a detailed instructions on re heating and the food tastes as if freshly cooked. Baked sushi makes you want for more, combination of mayonnaise, mango salsa and rice vinegar is perfectly done. Tiramisu is not yet on her menu but when planning for my order, she offered this one to be added and I am glad she did as it capped our dinner perfectly. Not so sweet and you can really taste the blend of coffee and cake. Highly recommended for the taste, service and a good value for your money. We’ll definitely try her other offerings again.

It was love at first bite for me with Hannah"s food. My whole family loved the Singapore chili crab and lechon that we ordered. The lechon kept its crunchiness even when it was reheated in the oven the following day. Don’t normally leave reviews but can’t help to praise the Paella’s I just ordered. It's so good, very tasty and taste like Authentic Paella from Spain! The calamari/squid are cooked perfectly. It says the food is good for 2 people but the serving is good for 3 and maybe upto 4 people! Really recommend it and will definitely order it next time. I met Hannah Grace at Leslieville flea outdoor market. I was thoroughly impressed with their set up and marketing, but the food was better than I could have expected. When I told her I am vegan, the next market they showed up with an incredible vegan option for me. Most vegan options from non-vegan caterers are subpar at best, but Hannah's option was out of this world, kept me coming back for me. Highly recommend!!!
