This is great food, delivered!! I ordered lunch today from this service and app and to be honest I was shocked at the quality of the food I received. When I opened the container working at my desk I had to stop and enjoy the food. Coconut curry chicken that was full of flavour and the aroma was awesome. So pleased with ever aspect of this service too, the menu choices were great and th delivery personnel was really nice and they had the process practised. Can't wait for tomorrow's lunch. Thanks!

Great idea to have your meals delivered to your workplace,. Love the idea that on a Sunday I can pick my meals for the up coming week and just forget about it and wait for my deliveries. I play a game with myself to see if I can remember what I ordered through the week. If I can't remember I can look it up and if I want to make a change I can before 1030 the day of delivery, Brilliant!!!

Food choices and quality are usually good. The prices are higher because of delivery and tips included but I'm willing to pay for that convenience. The downside is delivery is almost always late. Can be 30 minutes to 1 hour late. No good explanation for late delivery from hungerhub's customer service and no compensation.

It gives the crew more options for their lunch and is an easy way to enforce the $15 subsidy for lunches on the show. The only issue we sometimes have is a missed order or the restaurant options not always being very well thought out. It would be better if there was always a salad place as many of our crew are moving towards a healthier lifestyle.

I like Hungerhub for a couple of good reasons. I had no idea this company was Toronto based. When you’re on the website, you feel like you’re on an Uber platform. They make it really easy to order, and they switch up there restaurants, so you always get to try something new. We work in the film industry, and drivers will sometimes show up with 20 or 30 individually and sustainable lunch containers and bags. We did business with them from they became a startup in 2017 and all was fine until 2018. They owe us over a thousand dollars for meals we provided them over a month to cater to their clients. I think Hunger Hub works well if you are a small office who sits at their desks all day but many of us who are working long days at full speed and physically are simply not getting enough food or balanced diet. Hunger Hub does not offer enough choice or explanation as to what the ingredients are and how it's prepared. For example: Receiving raw fish instead of cooked, stir fry without a side of rice, pasta without any protein ingredient, a 15.00 burrito instead of the usual price of 10.00 at most restaurants , 2 fish tacos for 15.00 instead of the usual get 3 fish tacos for 10.00, or salads that are so small and without substance that you're left feeling unsatisfied. 15.00 - 16.00 that is allotted for these meals is not enough and having to pay more for something that should have been included like a side of rice is ridiculous. It seems at least 1/2 of the price is going to Hunger Hub and the other half the actual food. Its a huge rip off with good service.

hungerhub made it super easy to order food for the office. Production Assistants used to spend their whole morning taking lunch orders for people in the office. But hungerhub takes all that out and allows us to spend more time focusing on everything else. The food options are great and the deliveries are timely. It all works out great. I fully intend to use them on all productions going forward.

My office has been using HungerHub for over 6 months. It is an interesting concept with a very usable and user friendly interface (app or website). That's where the compliments end. The choices of restaurants are awful. There is an overabundance of high priced salad bowl restaurants, inexcusable in a city brimming with amazing culinary choices. Despite getting a company allowance of $15/day plus taxes there are some restaurants that don't offer a single lunch entree below that price. In a city like Vancouver so blessed with Asian cuisine HungerHub offers but one sushi restaurant and no Chinese, no Thai, No Bahn Mi, No Pho, I can keep going. Several of the choices are burger restaurants. By the time the food arrives the burgers are lukewarm, the buns soggy and the fries stone cold. Many of the restaurants have little or no description beside the menu items making it challenging to make an informed choice. "Pizza $8.00" was one offering. Is that a slice? 6", 8", 10"? What toppings? Who knows. It is certainly possible to order what one would think is a full lunch and end up with a snack. A fifteen dollar snack. I'm giving HungerHub 3 stars today but to be honest most days they leave me feeling hungry or disappointed or both.
