No service no food. At lunchtime with over 3 wait staff it took 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Waited 45 minutes and no food. Not even willing to tell us when it's coming, and it wasn't even busy. For the quality of the food, it's not worth coming back here.

The service is perfect) I advise to all that by some reason couldn't or didn't want to eat in the Comfort Inn Hotel, just go across the street and have a breakfast in this place. Prices are low and the quality of food is good.

They advertise they open at 8am, so we went there to get breakfast and got told they didn't open until 9am. I think they need to change there advertising!!

We had breakfast there. First time for their breakfast. Forgot to take a picture but was really good. Waitress Vickie was great. The only thing we were disappointed in was no offer for more coffee when she brought the bill. We would have sat for another as it was exceptional coffee!

Rude customer service skills, totally disgusted with my food and the service that we received . We came to the yarmouth location for supper we paid for our 60 dollar meals .I had a chicken crunch sandwich it was raw . We didnt get an apology or anything they never returned to our table, yet were frequenting tables adjacent to us . The kids had to ask for refils and their desserts. We will never be returning .

Had the Slapshot Chili and Bacon Grilled cheese with Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Meal was great, server was Vicki. She greeted us right away, sat us down & took drink order. Came back in timely manner the whole time. Friendly service would recommend

Through no fault of our server, our Sunday morning breakfast was less than expected...totally overcooked eggs, Bologna and silver dollar potatoes...the poor server had to contend with 10 tables at a time, so management needs to look at their scheduling criteria...a big Sunday morning breakfast disappointment!!

It was not packed at all one party there with maybe 12 people and a few table , we order simple stuff 1 hr later we got it , never going back there for anything but breakfast , portions size very small and prices went up , servers were nice but horrible time

We were a party of 3. 2 Steak dinners and one hot turkey dinner, all with baked potatoes. Neither of the potatoes were cooked. When the waitress came back to check on us, I told her that neither of the potatoes were cooked; they were still hard. I asked of they were microwaved, or baked. She informs me that they were microwaved. I said, SO they are NOT baked. She proceeds to tell me that all restaurants microwave the potato instead of baking it. I beg to differ! But, hey, if you say so, then why not call it a microwaved potato instead of baked on you menu?

Couldn't get out of here fast enough..... actually still waiting, aparently the 5 tables and 3 staff is too much to handle. Waitress didnt know what which wine was white or red, not one person asked how my appetizer was, dropped off my smallest portion of dinner I have seen in a long time and didn't even get to eat my "splurge" loaded baked potato because the butter was hard as a rock. I will never visit here again. Had the same meal at Jungle Jims in Gander, NL just 4 days ago and it was amazing ..... was so excited to have it again. And now again will never happen again. Even after letting the waitress know my butter was hard and then taking my plate away with complete baked potato, bill still had it on. Never ever again. Boston Pizza is less then a minute away for when I travel to Yarmouth 5 times a year. This should not be Server: Jessica's occupation .... and on a side note, I could have done without all the face piercings as well.

Oh and come early for wing night because this place is so amazing there is always a linexpensive up for some tasty wings. Great place to watch football on Sunday afternoon too!

What do I say but another terrible meal at jungle Jim's.dried out unseasoned steak,raw unchard vegetables on a stick,the ribs were gross ,the table was set with the bare minimum,no water offered or coffee or desert,at least I got one small paper napkin for the meal.there was no skill or effort by the cook,or staff to give a nice experience,very poorly offered food all the way around,yuk

Went there last night and Jess served us. She had no problem waiting from my wife to finish her drink. Such an awesome person we returned tonight and she was there to serve us again AND she will be back to work breakfast at 11am. Now for us, good food is awesome but if your service sucks we won't be back. Jess...you won us over hands down. The restaurant serves at Rudders could take a few lessons from you AND bonus....fan freaking tactic food. !!!!! Thanks From Deneen and Steven from Timmins Ontario....you my lady... Rock!!!!!
