This was our fourth visit at this lovely place. I live in London and when ever we are coming back from Toronto, this is our permanent pit stop now. These guys have excellent service and really very very delicious flavors. Store is very neat and clean and very friendly staff. Highly recomedable. God bless.

Stop scooping the ice cream on to a scale and weighing it!!! No other Marble Slab that I've ever been to or any other ice cream parlor that I have ever visited does this. I'll be bringing my own scale on my next visit. If you're trying to save 10 cents worth of ice cream you're going to drive away 10s of THOUSANDS of dollars of business away doing this. People wonder why the service is slow. This is the biggest problem! you're spending 2 minutes per customer weighing out the ice cream.

came here when it opened and was deeply disappointed. found hair in my cone AND the ice cream. employees were confused and had no training whatsoever. ice cream was handed to me melted WITHOUT gloves. the ice cream cost me double that it would at dairy queen or any other shop i have been to. lots of health concerns for this place…

Great experience at the store. I bought a birthday cake and a young fellow greeted me immediately and took the time to walk through the various options. The cake was delicious and beautiful, my guests really enjoyed the cake. The location has fewer ready-to-go items than other locations, but I am hoping it will increase as the market demands it. I will likely return more frequently in the warmer months or whenever I need a cake.

Was super unhappy with the service. Ice cream was okay. But all the workers were just absolutely miserable. The service was extremely slow which is expected with it being newly opened but by the time I had gotten my second ice cream the first one had melted in my hand. I waited about 25 minutes from start to finish with only one person in front of me. Very unpleasant first experience.

i placed an order through skip the dishes on a friday evening. i waited over 40 minutes which is no big deal i’m patient and understand. However when i received my $42 which had my skip order number listed on the bag. Nothing i ordered was in the bag. I receive some sort of pink ice cream and a white ice cream and was give 4 toppings…(which you pay for 4 toppings for each ice cream) My order should have consisted of 2 tubs of peanut butter ice cream ( with 4 peanut type toppings each i choose reecses, butter finger, pb cups and snickers) i also had a bag of popcorn on my order. Thankfully i placed my order through skip the dishes and was refunded immediately when i contacted them with the photos. No contact info is listed for the woodstock Marble Slab location not even on the main Marble Slab website. So needless to say i never did get my correct order.

Had a petty bad experience here. Had hairs (probably from clothes/aprons/towels) dried into my dipped waffle cone. The ice-cream was also very soft and was melting before I even had it in my hands. Was not a great experience. You would think that as a new store, they'd have a few people in there from other locations to keep everything running smooth the first little while, but it seemed pretty hectic. It was packed, watched someone get overcharged for their item, and was pretty concerned about the overall health and safety. Hope it gets better soon.

New best ice cream in the woodstock city. Lots of flavors of ice cream to choose from and customize add ins to create your own flavor combinations. Reasonable prices for quality and quantity. Very friendly staff. We love this place.

Seriously, seriously not impressed. Got there and ordered our ice cream, the coldstone was obviously unplugged because it was warm, half of the icecreams in the freezer were melted, and to make matters worse, the person who was helping us didn't even wear gloves to scoop or mix! I'll find another place to get ice cream for the future and I suggest you do too.

I know it’s new, but I’m pretty disappointed… tons of tiny fuzzy hairs throughout the dipped cones, and stale… how they are stale, I have no idea as they literally opened yesterday. The hair was disgusting, and in 3 separate cones… ice cream was so soft that it was soup before they even scraped it into the cone, we had to ask for bowls to go along with it. Our ice creams were crossed with other ice creams and was $32 for 3 ice creams… that didn’t taste very good. Save your money and just stick with Dairy Queen- tried and true. Please.

Disappointed. Expected since newly opened there would be delays even longer wait time, no problem. But the quality of the ice cream was just not there at all. Agree with other comments, would stick with Bartley’s or DQ over visiting here again. Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: Ice cream, Value

Ice cream is very good but service is very slow! People came in after us but left before us, guess it depends on who waits on you. My daughter's ice cream wasn't even missed very well, servicer just kind of folded in her toppings. Hopefully things get better.
