My wife and I love Firehouse Subs but sadly will not being going back to this location . Everytime we go it is a long wait , no problem if the food comes out right . This is the third time the food has come out not heated through . Once it was all piled in the centre and today was actually cold . Very disappointing , took it home and steamed it myself .

I was so excited when I found out Woodstock was getting a firehouse subs and they haven’t disappointed! I’m a hook and ladder kind of girl and it’s amazing every single time, the staff always seem to be work as hard as they can to keep up with the constantly busy store which doesn’t go unnoticed! I also have to give a special shout-out to I think his name is Raffie, he’s always so nice and seems to work 24/7 as there hasn’t been a time I’ve gone in and he hasn’t been working, wonderful staff who make a mean sub!

I mean the subs are great. But even ordering 45 min in advance I still wait for 25 min in the store. Staff are working hard but it doesn't cut it. Maybe add a limit? Or a catering option. The lady in front of me had 10 subs being made. Second time this has heppened. With limited lunch break time this is pointless

Just tried Firehouse for the first time tonight.. so good! My Mom and I both loved our subs, and in my 5 year old’ swords it was the “most deliciousest grilled cheese ever”. Michele and the other staff were so friendly and personable! We’ll definitely be back.

Food is great, but the service is slow, every time. It's been at least a ten minute wait every single time I'm in there, whether it's busy or not. Have never had this problem at the Kitchener location.

This place took way to long . Ignored the covid 19 policy's...way to many people inside . Also my sub was a soggy mess once I recived it . Waited 30 mins standing in line after I was paid . Ill never go back to this location again!!

So I am IMPRESSED. Went to Firehouse Subs for the very first time. My husband is Celiac and we have to be very cautious. They went over and above to make sure it was safe. Wiped down surfaces, changed gloves, only one person worked on his sub from start to finish and even boxed and wrapped it separately by the same person. Attention to detail matters and you guys did it is 5 star fashion. We'll be back for sure!

Staff are doing a awesome job! But they are filling online orders and skip the dishes orders along with the people walking in. So sandwich’s are suffering for this. Maybe the manager should have people on just doing the online orders so the other can give a exceptional sandwich instead of a very poor one.

I wish I could post pictures. I’ve been to other firehouse locations and always been satisfied but I got the meatball and one half of every meatball was actually burnt nearly to a crisp, was not really enjoyable. Definitely not at that price. Won’t be returning any time soon

Save your time and drive to london, placed an order on line for 12:00 pick up and it was for a work event! We ordered the subs and much to our disappointment when we arrived expecting to pick up the order we placed at 10 am to be ready , but they hadn’t even started it yet! So save your time , lunch break and money! And go ANYWHERE else.

We visited the woodstock location, today first time there. Long wait Soggy sub, poorly made. What is the sense in asking if there are any extras we would like if your not going to put them on. I asked for cucumber and my boyfriend asked for pickles. And none of each. **Now the London location can a sub. 5 stars there**

My partner and I both had the Italian Sub, absolutely delicious and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Our first time there and we will definitely go again. A bit expensive but very much worth it. A nice treat.

We ordered our subs for pick up at the Woodstock location and they were ready exactly when they said they would be. Even though your place was extremely busy with quite a line up it didn’t cause us any delay at all. This was our first time trying Firehouse subs and it won’t be our last. I had your corned beef brisket and my wife had the fireside hero. They were by far the best subs that we have had anywhere else. Welcome to Woodstock. We will be back again very soon!

I'm giving it a 3 because the wait is HORRIBLE. I went in tonight to order 3 subs and a kids grilled cheese. I went in to order at 5:55, didn't leave until 6:20. I couldn't believe how the staff was working so hard, never stopping, yet the wait was that long. Then I noticed, for every Skip the Dishes guy that walked in, it's like they fulfilled their orders before the people ordering in the store. Something has to be done about this. No one should wait that long for their order. On a better note, the food is amazing and the staff work hard and are very friendly.

Very tasty sub, generous toppings, pleasant staff. I have to say that they use the most amazing bread ever, exploding in flavour and still very light. I also really like the packaging, which I referred to as the Sub Coffin. Price wise, they are about twice as much as a regular sub, say at Subway or Mr. Sub. Great as a treat once and a while.

A friend recommended Firehouse subs, also suggested I try the steak & cheese sub. I value this friends advice & did as I was told. I don't eat out much so excuse me if I'm shocked with the price, one steak & cheese sub just under $16. Ouch. That $16. steak & cheese sub was worth every penny, absolutely amazing & delicious. Remember I split that sub, we were both satisfied, it was a nice sized sub with quality tasting meats, cheese, green pepper & onions. I would definately recommend Firehouse Subs.The steak & cheese sub a must try, for us next it's the hook & ladder sub. Mmmm

I was in this location @ Woodstock, I drove there from Paris Ontario. I'm disappointed for the food wasn't good and aslo we choose build your firehouse for $ 10.99 but the charge me $13.99 I ask the cashier why the charge extras she told me the forgot to change the price. You reading $10.99 and you pay $13.99. I will call head office for complaint

Normally firehouse subs are pretty good, but lately the quality has just been slipping, bread was squished and barely holds the ingredients inside, meat had an off taste, watery sauce, it didn't sit right. Which was a shock cause majority of the other times it was great, tasting fantastic, great quality. But last few times its gone down hill a bit. I just hope it's not going to be a permanent thing. For the prices it is, shouldn't taste like a $5 sub. Also paying for a sub, drink & side all separate is a little pain instead of a combo but then again I don't know the ""rules"" for that.

NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service. I called at 4:30 to order 2 subs to be picked up at 5:15. After waiting 10 minutes on hold, I placed the order, and had to stop the employee from hanging up so I could ask if she needed my name. She replied NO, that she had my phone number "in the system." She couldn't wait to get off the phone. When my husband arrived to pick up the subs, surprise, surprise, they had no record of the order. When my husband finally arrived home after 6pm the subs were the wrong ones and for over $40.00 for 2 subs, they were simply mediocre. They should have offered some compensation for their mistake, but didn't.

Great new location! When I started working in Woodstock, I lamented the fact that there wasn't one in town. Didn't take long for them to show up, that's for sure! First week open, very busy, but online order worked like a charm and was quick to get in and out. Tastes amazing, as I expected, too. Will likely visit often!

Ordered an engineer and a smoked roast beef n cheddar. My engineer was great but the other sub was ordered without bbq sause and mayo because the person's allergies. Had recieved the sub with both on it. Checked my receipt and it did say without.

Hung up because I drove to store, walk up to counter to order and was told that my phone call was forgotten about, was very disappointed with this locations service and customer satisfaction.

Had the beef brisket “M” sub . Pretty much like any other sub , bread , little meat and very little sauce , cheese. Feel not worth the hype built into the place. Just because fireman developed the brand ,doesn’t make it much different from any other sub except the cost is higher . I won’t go out of my way to dine there again.

Tasty subs, I had the cheddar brisket sub and added grilled mushrooms. The bread was really quite nice, soft and crusty and nicely toasted. Meat was ok, wasn't really what I would consider "brisket" though, more like roast beef. Overall pretty good, the price however really doesn't feel like a good value, $17 for just the lg sandwich with the add on mushrooms, no drink or side. Probably won't be running back at that price.

When it first opened we loved it. Yesterday we went in for 2 subs. They were counting money at the cash and ignored us. Then we waited 25 minutes for our 2 subs. While we were waiting my husband noticed the employees in the back who maybe weren't aware we could see them with their masks down to their chins. Then we got them home and we didn't get our pickles. Definitely not a great experience which I'm sad about because their subs are delicious.
