The food was delicious, the staff was very helpful when we went to pick it up and everyone really enjoyed it!! Best pizza in Windsor. All the food on the menu is terrific, but the pizza is amazing. Take out pizza is fantastic, but have it in the dining room at the restaurant, and you'll really appreciate how a pizza should taste, amazing. Great staff and service. Marco's is a must try.

This place deserves more than 5 stars by far! We have enjoyed their pizza home delivery and take out. It's absolutely the best in Windsor and we've had our fair share of pizza's from different eatery's. This past weekend I reserved a party of 30 for my mother-in-law's 50th birthday. The service was absolutely amazing. The servers went over and above for our group and were fast and efficient. The food was unreal! Our plates filled with salads, bread, pasta, chicken parm and veggies came out fast and fresh. We had family style servings which were perfect for the large party and there was more than enough food. We even had plenty left over. The prices are like no other in Windsor. If this place was on Erie you'd never get a reso. Had the opportunity to meet Marco himself and this man deserves all the love. His generosity towards his customers doesn't go without notice. This man knows how to run a business! Will continue to order take out and be a loyal dining patron for years to come thanks to Marco and his amazing staff!

Waited over half hour and still the waitress hadn't taken our order. We grabbed our own menu. Also went up to the cash and asked for water. Waitress brought the water but no glasses. 5 miss later I went up to the cash again and asked for glasses. After almost 40 mins. We left without ordering. The people behind me said they waited almost an hour for their food. Needless to say there were only 2 tables and mine. We did receive the bread though. You need more help outside the kitchen. I use to love going to Marcos.

Lately I've been finding all the other reputable pizza places here in Windsor have been going downhill, either by quality, price, or customer service. This place is what true Windsor pizza should be like. So if you know anyone who has never had Windsor pizza before, bring them here first.

The pizza was excellent. Perfect amount of toppings, cooked to perfection, and the sauce was delicious! Thank you! We will definitely be ordering from Marco's Pizzeria & Valente's Pasta House again. *Original review* We use to love Marcos. The pizza was by far our favourite in Windsor. My husband loved the pasta sauce. We ordered today for the first time since Marco sold it and I could tell the difference in the Pizza and the penne with tomato sauce. We were very disappointed. The pepperoni was different, the toppings were very scarce and the tomato basil sauce was definitely not as good. I guess we'll have to find a new place.

GREAT FOOD! Now that I have that out of the way - I called this afternoon to place a take-out order to be picked up at 6pm. It's Valentine's Day, I work in the restaurant business, I know how nuts today can be. It still took a little time to get my food, but the dining room was full and it seemed like a few other folks had put in carry-out orders. I didn't mind the wait. Fellow patrons and the workers were all in good spirits and made for good conversation. Got the food home and MAN it was delicious! We had lasagna, fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, garlic bread and Caesar salad. There was no shrimp in our fettuccine alfredo, but it tasted so good that we didn't even care! Everything tasted so fresh! Today was our first time and we'll definitely be back! Keep it up, Marco's crew!

If you want authentic Italian food without the high prices of Erie St. - this is the place to eat! The food tastes just like Nonna made it - fresh and home made. You can keep it simple and order pizza for the kids and then get chicken, Italian rice balls and penne for the adults. Great portions and really fair $$.

We had a Ceasar salad and pizza ❤️ OMG, the pizza crust was so fresh, crunchy and delicious. The pizza sauce was the best I've ever tried! The Ceasar salad was loaded with bacon too!! The owner brought us some focaccia with sauce also, but was just so full by then to really enjoy it. Warmed up at home the next day was a real treat ????. Can't wait to go back and try the chicken Parm or panzerotti!

The food is good but the service is always the same... slow! The staff are always polite and apologetic but every time I come here I’m waiting ATLEAST an extra 20 minutes for my pick up order. Seems to be a common issue. Which sucks cuz the food really is good. Wish they’d just be honest and say atleast an hour on the phone instead of coming here and waiting around.

First experience here was awesome. Great food and they were great with the kids. Then went back and brought my parents and had a rather bad experience. My mom's veal was not good and when we mentioned it to the owner he noted that he bought different veal and that he worried it may have been an issue. If that was the case don't serve it or give us a heads up before.

Loved Marco's pizza. Ordered from them last night for the first time since they sold. Pizza is 1000% not the same. I ordered for my sons bday party, all the teenagers didnt like it and neither did we. I tossed most of a large and 3/4 of a queen out. I'm only giving 1 star because the wings are still good and it was delivered on time. I sadly will not order from them again. Hot and ready pizza is a way better option now.

Hour for delivery ( understandable, Friday night) Pizza was probably sitting for so long that the bottom was soggy and stuck to the box. Calamari costs $14 and there was only 5 calamari rings in the takeout box.

We went in for dinner last night and loved the new ambiance. Brick wall, lights and candles on the tables, checkered cloth for an Italian feel. We ate our meal and afterwards had coffee and stayed, it was very cosy. We had the 4 course meal special so got to enjoy a pizza, chicken parm, eggplant parm and dessert. I can't remember the name of the dessert but it was a fried dough with Nutella on the side. We were impressed enough to write a review. Also the hot oil on the table to pour over the pizza (which was delicious) was so GOOOOOD. We will be back.

Honestly one of the top 3 pizzas I've had in Windsor. Not too greasy, not dry either. The cheese is super stretchy and has good taste. The pepperoni has an awesome flavour that melts into the cheese. Crust isn't too thin or thick, good crispness one bottom. Canned mushrooms means no soggyness when cooked. Also, the breaded mushrooms are a must try. 10/10 will order again.

We order 3 times now when Marco's reopened last year. I was hoping every chance I took ordering it would get better, however that wasn't the case. The pizza looked like a ten year old made it.. Wasn't even a large or round for that. I ordered chicken wings and got literally chicken drum sticks from the grocery store breaded and fried and I wasn't even sure they were cooked it was so disgusting. The panzerotti was super dissapointing... raw dough. Everything I've ordered since the new owners took over has been terrible. I usually don't complain about much but spending that kind of money you would hope for good food.

Ordered pick up yesterday as well as used a promo code during the ordering process that we found on their Facebook page. The person on the other line had no idea what we were talking about in regards to the promo nor their Facebook page. When we were picking up the person who was doing pickup was complaining about reviews they received. The pizza is not as good as it was before it switched owners. Pasta is still good. This used to be my families go to, my dad, my aunt, my sister, me & we used to order it for all our parties, but thinking about nixing this place & heading elsewhere.

This place used to be amazing. Waited 2 hours to pick up 3 pizzas after they said it would only be an hour. Pizza tasted like it was made the day before and reheated very dry toppings and not worth the wait. Little ceasars hot and ready would've been better. This has got to be the worst italian restaurant i have ever tried. Pizza was soggy, went back tried chicken parm you want italian food thats amazing Nicos, Spagos, mezzos...even dominos has some pretty good pasta. The owner tries to fix things, however its just horrible tasting, and horrible service. I have debated writing a review but as i have been watching their facebook page and google the bad reviews disappear...hmmm strange eh lisa? Bring Marco back, that was the food i loved and enjoyed.

So our first experience was takeout with Marco's after they had just switched owners. It was not the greatest. Jumped the gun wrote a bad review and owner contacted me and urged to make it right. She went above and beyond to make sure our next experience was a good one, an amazing one. The food was beyond exceptional and I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service. We will certainly be frequenting this place. I think they may have had a little bit of a rough start but they are certainly on the right path and you will not regret choosing Marco's for your next date night or family meal ❤

We get this pizza all the time!! My family and I agree that it is our favorite. No wonder it can get busy in there. They have very reasonable prices, and the pizza sauce has a kick to it. The bacon might be maple bacon too. I highly recommend trying their pizza!
