This place has the best 4 cheese pasta with chicken. Creamy, cheesy and delicious. It's 15.00 nearly but let me tell you it's a pretty fair portion of food that two can share. I don't share it but it lasts me for two meals. I crave it but it's high in calories so it's my special treat once a month.. Ok twice a month for lunch because I work near there. Yum

If I could give zero this time I would I paid almost 14 or 15 for 6 iced teas and never got them I called after not getting plates and all and said they were on the way back never got them when I get an answer they are closed now not happy at all and even tipped the the guy maybe I should have pulled only the tip out what's wrong with delivery now a days

A total dump. The food is by far some of the worst in Windsor as well, and the prices will probably make you question the managements grasp on finances. I wasn't gonna bother reviewing this stain of a business but they falsely rated themselves 5/5 so, eh.

Koolinis did my wedding in 2011, and several business functions for us since. Top quality product and service, I won't use anyone else. People still talk about how amazing the food at my wedding was. Lovely attentive staff, attention to detail is second to none.

I'm not going to lie, as a regular order-out customer at Franco's, it feels almost like betrayal leaving this review, but I must profess, this pizza is incredible! I work midnight's and like to spend my days off eating pizza and playing video games, and I usually order from Franco's but lately their pizza hasn't been as consistent, and the customer service has been poor on a few occasions. For example, I called them five times this morning to order this pizza, but after getting no response I decided to call their competition in a spiteful rage fueled by lack of pizza. Let me tell you, this pizza is great! Obviously it's not going to be the best pizza you've had in your life as it's not 100+ dollars, but for party/family pizzas this is possibly the best pizza in Windsor. Look, I'm a large man who eats a lot of pizza, so I ordered their Equalizer, which seems to be the same size as the Terminator. I decided to get only pepperoni so that I could compare it to the Franco's pizza I had last Monday and honestly, there is no comparison. This pizza is way better, with no excess of crust, lack of sauce or inadequate spices. Not to mention the customer service, in which I was greeted over the phone by a very kind woman who walked me through my first order with patience, even as I called their Equalizer a Terminator ????????. The delivery man was also very kind, didn't even mention the fact that I either missed the buzzer or have a broken system again and he probably had to wait for someone to let him in.... Everything about this experience, especially the pizza that has now completely filled my belly, has been amazing. You have a new customer in me, that's for sure. Keep up the incredible work, and thank you! And sorry Franco's, but it's over for now ????????

Best lasagna in the city!! Unfortunately, they will never give you a pat of butter for the bun that's included with the dish unless you ask!...and even then, you probably won't get that .05 cents worth of butter! Cheap!!!! Begging for some lousy butter over here!!!!!

Koolinis is knows for their great catering service. I decided to order take out for the first time tonight. Everything was good until I got back home and opened the food. The lasagna was mushy, way over done and tasted like a can of ravioli instead. The pizza burger with coleslaw and fries, well let's just say the fries were the only item that was edible. Sauce on the burger was overpowering and saturated the bun making it soggy and uneditable, the slaw was saturated in oil and smelled funny. The bruchetta bread was just that, not toasted with soggy tomatoes on top. The other 2 pasta dishes TAGLIATELLE ALLA PROVENZALE, the noodles seemed as though they had been sitting for too long. Very chewy and not much flavor at all. Very disappointing! Was shy of a hundred dollars for dinner tonight and such a waste of money. My husband called to tell them how disappointed we were, and the owner just argued instead, asking us if we expected him to refund us for the order, assuming we ate it all. When actually dinner went into the garbage instead! I would have just brought the food back to show them, but such little care for customers we will never order from them again!! We have a large family to feed so ordering out for us is a luxury. Looks like we will be cooking at home from now on. Would have given a zero star but google wouldn't allow us to.

Ordered a pizza, a salad and deep fried mushrooms. The pizza was supposed to be light sauce. We ended up tossing a good portion of the pizza and the remainder of the mushrooms. It was a big disappointment. SHM

This company is absolutely amazing! We had a corporate picnic with over 200 steaks to be pulled off in one week and only having an hour to have it all served on the day. Very professional, courteous, and the food was AMAZING-we will definitely keep them in mind in the future!!

The quality has really deteriorated, used to be so much better and consistent. We ordered 2 eggplant parmesans and had to throw them out. Eggplant should not be oily, hard and crunchy, they were completely uncooked. Sixty dollars later and we ended up having to cook dinner after all. There are many options for good Italian food in Windsor, there's really no reason to go back to this place.

Honesty Is the best policy

Best pizza I've had in such a long time! I had a king, the toppings were fresh, it was tasty, not greasy...and unlike Rosa's and Naples, the crust was reasonably thick, (unlike rosa's and Naples , who's pizza looks like someone sat on it and that they use the same amount of dough for a small pizza as they use for a king)...I've found myidea place! The company I work for catered Thanksgiving dinner with Koolini and the food was good. It was hot and served in individual dishes to go. The turkey was moist, usually catered Turkey is dried out. It came with mash, veg, stuffing and it was an large portion.

Called to ask them a simple question of whether they charge the same amount of money for alfredo sauce as they do for regular tomato sauce and the women did not know, put me on hold to ask another employee and they both came to the conclusion that it was the same price. Go to make the order 45 min later and they charge double the price. When I called to clarify she gave me attitude and practised the worst customer service. Did not honour their original statement. Also we are loyal customers. We order from them almost once a month, even though their spaghetti and penne is always way too over cooked. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere for pasta or better yet make it yourself.

Just ordered delivery and have never had such a TERRIBLE experience! Chicken fingers not cooked, ribs so dry that we couldn't bite them & frozen mushrooms. I called to complain & the manager had the nerve to argue with me that it was "impossible" for everything we ordered to have a problem. I told him he could come & pick up his food, give me a refund & we would never order from them again & he chose to again argue that any issue with my order was impossible. The only positive from our experience was the friendly delivery driver. It was have been easier to throw my $40 right in the garbage than to deal with this & still have to turn around at 630pm & cook dinner.

Doing a fantastic job of protecting customers AND staff. Having customers call when they get there and only allowing one person at a time is great. Wiping down the debit machine and both inside and outside door handles after every customer is outstanding. You guys get it. Bravo !! And the food is delicious.

Unfortunate that I have to write this review. We have been longtime client we order from them every event and birthday party the second time now I have ordered and it's been 2 hours no one calls me back the girls answering the phone don't understand the address even though we order every week and so no one shows up when I speak to the manager he does nothing and tonight he told me he would call me back and he never did this is very unfortunate. In a day and age when I can order pizza online from Domino's and it's always right and cheaper it's disappointing to see this, Mom and Pop shop

Tried to organize a catering for an 80 person event and the manager was a nightmare to work with. He was very condescending and unwilling to work with our group and insisted that we pay double what our target was because he did not think our event would be unsuccessful without a full dinner when we were only seeking appetizers and a bar. He argued with us and was extremely rude. Would not try again or recommend to any of my colleagues and it is unfortunate that beautiful venues have contracts with such terrible catering companies.

I was a recent member of a wedding party catered by Koolini's at the Water's Edge and was very impressed by the food and service. Every single server was polite and professional: always smiling and helpful. We had a lot of food restrictions in our party and the staff really understood them. The food was tasty, it was served fast and hot, and it was plentiful. What more can you ask!

We just had our wedding catered August 29th 2020 they did an amazing job the food was great they gave more than what you need which was awesome so I didn't have to worry about cooking the next day and our driver who came Earl was amazing. Koolini’s catered my wedding, and they blew it out of the park. Not a single person had a complaint about the food. The perch was TO DIE for and the goat cheese and sweet potato stuffed chicken was amazing. Also, the vegetarian ravioli was unreal.... everyone was talking about it. Leo and Rob were a pleasure to deal with, always returned calls and answered all my crazy bride questions. Koolini’s will not disappoint.

Just ordered from here. The same thing I have ordered 20 times in the past year and was charged $20 more than what we're normally charged. The wonderful excuse is all the prices went up because minimum wage went up. I will no longer buy food from this place

We ordered from Koolini for our early Thanksgiving dinner. Leo was very helpful and answered multiple calls. The Lasagna was one of the best we've had at any restaurant anywhere. Portions were very generous. Turkey was moist and delicious. The gravy was out of this world. I could have had it by the cup. Now we're trying to justify another family gathering just so we can order from Koolini's again.
