We've been visiting this location for about 9-10 months, I've tried a few different subs and have never been disappointed. Even my dad was thrilled with his meatball sub on his first visit, and he is not easily impressed. They also have a bread free option for any sub, which I highly recommend if you are following a keto or gluten free diet.

Wow what a clean place to get a good sub from. It was organized . You know how sometimes you walk in and don't know where to start Cool menu boards that are easy to read. The sandwiches were packed well and easy to eat cut into quarters on our large subs. Now best of they subs were fresh and soooooo good. We are going back . Fed 5 for $40.00

Its double the price for half the amount of food you get at subway. You dont get to choose any part of your sandwich. The meat tastes like some half-cooked animal lips cut and packaged by a 6 year old from a third world sweatshop. The cost to add a 20oz soda is double what it costs for a 2litre from a gas station. Theyve lost my business for all time.

This is probably my favorite sub shop in town. The employees at this location are by far the nicest and friendliest and manage to keep the place clean. There’s a variety of options on the menu but I’m sure you can’t go wrong. Everything is so tasty, the steak was juicy, veggies are always fresh and omg their cookies!! Great value for the price. This review is from a few months ago, just had the time to write it. Bought two giant subs, philly cheese steak (#43) and chicken steak subs (#16) and I made sure they dont have any bacon in them due to religious reasons. Got home and the chicken sub had bacon, called them and they said oh, sorry, we mixed you with another order. come back and we'll make you a new one. The problem is I bought it when I was visiting the area and live about 20 mins away. Straight into the trash it went.

After what I seen today. I will never go here again. I should have never gone back here after 1st incident Today the manager was harrassing a customer telling him he couldn't use his points. The guy said i earned theses points why can't i use them. The manager came running around the counter to attact a customer. I could not believe it. But the young man threw the manager and the manager ran away. This is the second time this guys has shown anger towards a customer. The first time he refused to service a young white girl. My brother-in-law has stage 4 cancer and didnt really have an appetite. He ended up eating 2 small quarters, one of the prime rib (his favorite) and the pastrami. It put a smile on the whole family's face so he can keep his energy up. The whole family enjoyed Jersey Mike's subs. When they say fresh, they mean it. Oh my goodness! That bread. Those veggies, I could eat from Jersey Dearborn specifically everyday. Phenomenal staff, service, and to top it off the FOOD! This was My worst Jersey Mike's experience ever!! I ordered 5 subs and paid $77 dollars and all 3 of My giant Kahuna subs seriously lacked on the meat and peppers, they bagged my cold club sub in the same bag as the rest and it was warm and gross by the time I got home and the little short blonde haired manager was having a hissy fit and cussing and fussing in the back and could be heard at the door

I’ve been a hardcore subway fan for years. This is my first time ever trying Jersey Mike’s. The one specifically here in Dearborn. I promise you I have never tasted a better tuna sub. This place is so clean and put together. The atmosphere is so welcoming and beautiful. This is the spot!

I've never had an issue prior to today. I usually order once or twice a week. I called in an order and picked up a sub and paid $20+tip. The person taking down my order wrote down the wrong item and never read back the order to confirm. After getting dropped off at home I called in to let them know they gave me the wrong order. The manager I spoke with told me to bring the sub back and they will replace it. Not everyone can drop everything they're doing just to bring back a mistake to be fixed. After explaining this I was told bring it back tomorrow. What a joke of customer service. You should be reading back orders to confirm. This is common practice. I'm not asking you to go above and beyond, just asking to make sure you're doing your job as it's intended.

Had their famous philly, it was a delight! Meat was perfectly cooked, just the right amount of peppers and onions and cheese. The winner of it all is their bread for the subs, delicious! It was nice and warm, just thick enough, and light with a perfect toast on it. First time at a Jersey Mike's and sure to return! Recommend if you're into subs.

All around pretty consistently decent. Never had a terrible experience but have had some random issues with my order, for example I ordered and told them I wanted a drink and when I came in I noticed they had the warm sub laying on top of the cold bottle of pop I ordered, basically killing that sub. But one in a million isn’t bad and like I said they’re arguably the safest bet to order from as long as they aren’t too busy

This place surprised me. The subs were good. The bread was fresh. And they are much better than Subway. I had a meat combo, which in spite of my dietary restrictions, I actually could enjoy. Most of the other menu items are off limits to me. Still the quality of the meat, cheeses and bread will bring me back.

I always want to go to Jersey Mike's Subs finally got a chance to go all the sub was wonderful I had a steak and cheese cook very well steak was tender all the onions and bell peppers which is tasty the chiefs with this wonderful the service was lovely it was quick fast delicious tasty connects with no better now they have indoor dining you know it's only like 50% which that still good and everybody was wearing masks everything was clean always check to see if the tables is clean to see if they have dust or any little Trash around the tables and everything everything was clean beautiful I believe the manager was smiling loved him he served me up with a smile even though it was behind the mask thank you Jersey Mike's sun will come back again
