Called to place take out order the waitress that answered was so rude I was speechless hung up and called Koolinis. I have always preferred frankos food and service over Koolinis. The food at Koolinis wasn’t anything fantastic last night as usual but the service was and staff were polite and friendly!

It's been years since I've eaten there and when I did eat from Franco's, it was really really good. I've had food delivered to me across the country in British Columbia and 4 dyas later, it was still good. I don't know why so many pizza places in my own city can't m,ake as something as tasty as Frano's can - but unfortunately, they can't. I wish there was a Franco's in my city...they would get my business.

My wife and I just ordered Fettucinni Alfredo with Chiicken strips and Spaghetti and meat balls. The chicken on my wife's dinner was processed lunch meat (Yuk!) and the Alfredo sauce taked like it came out of a can, which made her sick to her stomach for an extra $8 or so. My Spaghetti was good, but there was only 2 meatballs for an extra $8 again. A little chincy on the meat for the price. We have been a loyal takeout / delivery customer for years. From the looks of it from other commenters, it's not even worth the fight trying to call them. WE'RE DONE, NO MORE FRANCO'S FOR US!

I ordered from Franco's for fifteen years. Left the city for five. Came back and really wanted Franco's. Order. 50 buck total. One hour and thirty minutes....nothing delivered. Call. "Was it placed...been a long time?". Lady. "Yep. Driver on way". 45 mins later. Nothing doing. Now total 2.5 hours. Nothing doing. Call back. Me. "Please cancel my order as it's been 2.5 hours." Lady. "Ok. I'll call the driver". No sorry. No apology. Nothing. Never. Again. Franco's.

This was awful from start to finish. Booked a private room get there no private room. They were gonna give me as private as possible in main dining room. That's not private. Booked for a Sunday brunch. Brunch was salad pizza pasta. Food was awful. Service was terrible. I have a better brunch going through Costco eating there samples.

Ordered pizza and spaghetti. When we took it out to the car the spaghetti slid off the pizza box and opened up all on the ground. A bag would have been nice. When we called to let them know about the mess the girl on the phone sounded amused and actually chuckled. Offered no compensation. Worst customer service ever. Worst staff. Yes it our accident but ghe laughing was un warrented. The pizza was dry and tasted like you were licking a salt cube. Just aweful.

Wow, this place has really gone down hill. I remember when this place was top notch. The past three times I have ordered the food has been sub par. Ribs were tough. Portions are dwindling. The heart is gone... did an old man/woman that used to run the place pass away? Because it's way different now.... nothing says a place is about to go out of business in the next 2-5 years like being a nazi over napkins and cutlery...think about it; you're telling a story you don't want the world to know

Francos should invest in bags for delivery. Each item is in separate lil package. The main dish isn't even in a bag most times. The driver usually hands everything to you as it sometimes drops at door because there's so many separate items. Driver handles your non bagged items then dirty cash or machine. Serious Germs spread so may possibly find another place for take out. Get Bags Please!!!

Idk why but when I thought of Franco's I always remembered they were the cheapest biggest pizza you could get. If you had a large gathering, you'd order from Franco's because it was cheap and easy. I just ate a pizza I thought was from one of these fancy-dancy artisan pizza places only to find out that it was from Franco's. I'm really impressed with what we ordered and I've completely changed my impressions on Franco's. Franco's, I'm sorry for my ignorance, y'all make a good pizza.

Their lunch buffet is great but lacks variety. The key here is their ranch sauce. It's so addictive you end up slopping it on everything from the buffet. Salad? Make it a ranch salad. Olives and crackers? You're putting that ranch on it. Before you leave, buy a container. Thank me later.

Ordered the chicken northern with side of fettuccine Alfredo and another fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken northern was delicious, perfectly seasoned. The Alfredo's... Were really bland (I'm the type of person to complain things are too salty usually). The butter separated from the sauce… a lot. There was at least 3 tablespoons of butter/oil left when all the fettuccine was done.

Horrible customer service. I Was a loyal customer for more then 15 years until one day I ordered a pizza. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they gave it to a different customer and I could wait for another to be made. I did not have time to wait and did not live close by either. I called later to speak with a manager to explain what had happened , and was told it was my fault. I will not be back ever.

Franco's Pizza is a fair middleground for what you can get in Windsor. Paid 40$ for a King, which is a decent price. That same pizza at 2 other Pizza spots was 20$ more. If you are looking to feed a few people and not break the bank, Franco's is a good choice.

NEVER AGAIN..!!!!!! Ordered a large pizza on Feb 04/ 2022, took an hour and a half for the order to get to my place ( mind you I live 10 minutes away from Francos ).. Pizza was cold as if it was sitting in a fridge. The cheese was as thick as dry candle wax....Disgusting..!! NEVER AGAIN..!! The driver showed up with pizza not in the usual pizza delivery bag that keeps it hot, no covid safety precautions... asked the driver why was the pizza cold, he said ( it literally just came out of the oven 2 minutes ago... you can call the store.... )... when i called the store, exact same answer... just came out of the oven 2 minutes ago... completely rehearsed in order to try to fool customers... I dumped the whole pizza in the garbage... I have never left a review about any restaurant before even if I wasnt very happy with the food... When I decided that I have to leave a review about Francos restaurant, you must really understand how disgusting the Pizza/ service was... NEVER AGAIN...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a PizzaExpert and did a video review on this pizza place on YT. Full disclosure as I used to work here but I don’t like the people who own it. So trust me when I say it’s pretty decent pizza. Very good consistency, quality and cook job. The excess flour on bottom was even wiped off without asking. They’re using Galati Cheese and sauce is flavourful. See more on YT.

*we were only one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant* Went for my 20th birthday and waited 10 minutes to be sat down because no one noticed we were there. Finally sit down and got drinks and waited 20 minutes for the lady to come over and take our appetizer order, apps took 35 minutes to come out. Finally after another 20ish minutes the waitress wanders back over and takes our order, food comes out very slowly to the point where I wasnt even hungry anymore by the time it got to me.. and the pizza came out with just cheese.. ordered pepperoni and cheese. Takes it back to the kitchen and drops it on the floor by accident to make things worse. Offered a new pizza that should "only take about 5 minutes"... came out 25 mins later as we were trying to leave and I finally decided that I didnt even want to have the cake we had brought in for me because I knew it would be another 40 minutes to get from the fridge in the back to our table. Worst service Ive ever had in my life. Ceasar salad didnt even have ceasar dressing on it (or if it did, it did NOT taste like ceasar and was awful..). my friend never got his soup.. the dry bread was hacked into broken up slices on the plate... do I need to go on?

Always forgetting something, ALWAYS. This is the 3rd time I've ordered club houses and they were missing mayo when I specified I want mayo on both. Place is garbage and doesn't listen and the people who answer the phones are extremely rude. Don't eat here, waste of time and money.

Anything other than a 5....then try it again!. The absolute Best pizza in Windsor. And the franco-sticks are amazing!. Yes we have tried the big name pizza restaurants and the little name. For us it is Franco's. They have been consistent with their quality since I first had their pizza in the 70s. Great job!.

I ordered the family tray of lasagna. The tray cost me $42.00, There did not seem to be any mozzarella cheese. Just layers and layers of noodles and a tomato sauce which was suppose to be a meat sauce. There might have been a layer of bechamel. I can make a much better lasagna and I'm not even Italian. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed, ordered pizza from the satellite location for years and considered it best in Windsor, went to the main location, was part of a large party and their was another large party, both maybe 20 people in each. Despite being the only people in the restaurant still managed to take an hour to get a salad, food was cold or without flavour. A very rare meal I didn't finish.

The Banwell location near me closed so I decided to order take out from the Tecumseh location. I order penne with TOMATO sauce bc I'm a vegetarian. Brought it home only to find meat sauce after specifically saying tomato. Waited a long time for it to be ready, very disappointed and will never order/eat here again. Ate a few bites before realizing since the ground beef was very small so it made me very sick. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered delivery, a lasagna and veal parm sandwich. Took an hour and a half to get here (2km away). The lasagna was meat sauce and noodles....nothing else. The veal parm was waaayyyy over cooked and the bun was beyond stale with less than a hand full of fries. I have oredered here a few times hoping it was just a fluke but same results every time (different menu items). I will never order from here again.

Pizza was cold,cheese burnt, barely any pizza sauce and the sausage on it tasted old. Very cheap with their ingredients. Called and complaint even gave them the slices thar were very dry and burnt , they took them and never got back to me ,cz they never believed me when i called and told them the pizza its terrible. Seems too look like this family restaurant just doesn't care. I order food last night took forever for the delivery guy to get here then started banging on my door unstop like he was the police. Then I get the pizza in my house to find the pizza was cut in super small pieces to make the order fit I guess then the pizza wasn't cooked. Aside from the portions getting smaller and the longer delivery times, I am very disappointed and annoyed with the lady whom answered the phone. The attitude is uncalled for. If you do not want to work in customer service then don't! I wanted to call back and cancel my order but I've been ordering from here for years. I've never called a business and felt so disrespected before, like I was an inconvenience and was interrupting her... think this will be the last time I order from here... hey koolinis is across the street they're just the same and the girl who takes your order is very nice!

So this is second time that my order took almost 2 hours, My husband got his lasagna which was ice cold. My marsala didn't show up only the vegetables. Ordered at 7:19 on a Tuesday and its 9:30 my marsala just got here. It's tough as he'll. So getting packed for my lunch cause $40 later I can't waste it. Was a customer for a long time but it's time to stop!

Most freshly made restaurant pizzas are pretty good, and pretty good pizza is what you get at Franco's. It's not the best pizza you've ever had, it's not the worst. It's key selling point is value: it is inexpensive and available in large sizes, making it perfect for birthday parties, pizza Fridays at work or school, family get togethers, etc. I also like that the online menu tells you the size in inches and number of pieces (pet peeve: restaurants that just list "large pizza 22.95" and you don't know if it's 12, 14, 16 inches, round or square, or just "pepperoni pizza 18.95" and you are left to guess if it may just be an 8 or 10 inch personal pizza. Sometimes you just want to order pizza online and have it arrive at the door. You don't want to go to the restaurant and ask the waitstaff a bunch of questions, you don't want to phone, you just want to order online and know what the sizes are so you can order what you need.) I would probably rate the pizza at 3.5 out of 5, BUT I also tried the Perch Dinner for I think it was $16.95 and that was terrible. I first thought it was an amazing price for a tonne of food. But the perch filets were very thin and any taste masked by the breading. The tartar sauce was watered down and runny. The fries were soggy. There was a roll, with whipped butter that tasted like it had been watered down, and had some green flakes added that were probably dried parsley. The small side of coleslaw was not good. And there were 2 super super thin floppy pickle slices with no flavour. (thin cut circa 2mm slices will of course have less flavour, they were floppy so probably not fresh, and the vinegar tasted watered down: vinegar and salt, hopefully some garlic and spices, these are inexpensive ingredients -- no need to cut costs / cheap out on salt and vinegar -- and it is not hard to meet the minimum expectations re pickles). This was the first time I've ever thought: this meal was made without love. Like, how could you have so little pride in your work that you served such watered down flavourless food??? The only excuses I could think of were: it was Saturday afternoon, maybe they were using up old ingredients prepped earlier in the week (and were prepping fresh stuff for the big Saturday night crowd), maybe the kitchen staff was still hungover from Friday night, maybe some had called in sick, maybe Franco's was having a hard time finding enough kitchen staff since the pandemic hit? My conclusion: Franco's is an Italian joint so best stick to pizza and pasta (avoid seafood, etc.). And I think the food was better when eating in the restaurant on a busy night, not so good when delivered. The food won't be the best you've ever had, it won't be the worst you've ever had.

It had been a while since I bought a Franco's pizza. Tried it for a Thanksgiving football party and it was quite good. Not cheap, but much better than the paper thin Koolini pizza I had last time. Medium thick crust which was done correctly, lots of cheese and toppings. I will order again.

Management is terrible. The delivery people are idiots!!! They keep getting simple orders WRONG!!! I ordered ravioli with Alfredo sauce the last time, they give me meat sauce! I have ordered oreo pies from there several times and they keep mistaking it for chocolate cake!!! It is not even cooked desserts. Not to mention, it takes over an hour to get your food and nothing gets fixed. I get an oreo pie in exchange a half hour afterwards. One time it wasn't until the following day!!! Food is good but terrible service!

I use to order from here all the time. The last few times I ordered from here they messed up my order. The last time I ordered I ordered a strip meal. And the strips were so small they were like the size of McDonald's nuggets and I only got 3 pieces and I got half my order. Then I called and they said they will ship out 2 more pieces and the rest of my order. I did not get a apology or anything. And I figured by the time they get here it would be like a hour and there was no point so because how I was treated I refuse to ever deal with them again. Very poor customer service. And their food ain't that good to be going through all of that.

Where to begin.... HORRIBLE. The last few times I've ordered there for PICK UP, they've sent out my food for delivery and the lady whom im assuming is the manager yelled at my husband saying she was the one who took the order and he wanted delivery...not once but 2 times this has happened. RUDE ASS ATTITUDE. Never said sorry never made it right. Never offered anything . Only talked down to my husband. Brushed him off like it was nothing. And we had ordered food for 12 people.when it was brought back to their restaurant we didn't have time to order some place else so we took the food and at no surprise not even an offer to remake our food. So we got home and had to re warm up the food. Then the last time eating inside, we were the only people inside and took forever to get our service and food. I would never ever eat there or order food again. Highly offended by the way my family has been treated. Go else where to eat!

Horrbible customet service. Food came raw. The one taken the order was not plesent to deal with. When i called back about my raw crusty burger waited another 45 mins for them to replace it. Will never ever order from them again.
