Trying to choose a date with this company was difficult, and in the end nothing worked out. An employee of Candlelight Cuisine called me a few days ago to discuss our needs, but I don't know if my message got through to Patty. The employee did not seem to understand what to do with the information I left with her, so I asked her to please inform Patty that we didn't need their services because the one date that would have worked for us was out of the question for them. Today I got a phone message asking me to call them back. When I called back, I spoke to Patty. She seemed not to have got my message from a few days ago, and didn't understand whether we were going to proceed with a date we had already determined didn't work for us. Patti was yelling at me by this time (my husband could hear her from upstairs in his office). Very few customers appreciate being attacked by a service provider, and I am one. I advised Patti that we wouldn't require their services. Patti replied, "That's fine, it's too late, you have been taken out of the book, you won't get any services in the future, don't worry !" Very immaturely handled by Candlelight, doesn't inspire me to want to work with them, though my husband says they used to be friendlier, and apparently their food used to be good.

Candlelight, a well established business, is more about the coffee shop lunch stop in all seasons, but especially curling season. The sausage rolls and the meat pies are some of the best around. The meat pies go home with me to be heated for supper. Thanks .....

Used to go here daily when I worked at cobs bread, still enjoy making the trip up for some yummy food. It’s a real gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I contracted with Candlelight cuisine to cater and serve at a cocktail party for 35 people in my home. Patti, the owner was a pleasure to work with. She was able to make suggestions and alter the menu to suit our needs. Jaylene delivered the food in their well equipped van and she stayed to oversee, serve the food and did the clean up. She too was a pleasure to work with. The food was excellent and we had many favourable comments from our guests .
