If there was an option to give 10 stars, it would not do justice to the efforts and ease of service provided by Melonie and the Team of exceptionally professional individuals at Blank Canvas Catering. The food is INCREDIBLE and expertly prepared with options for any diet. Hosting a wedding, is no small feat. Hosting a Pandemic wedding, could have been disastrous, if not for the constant communication, flexibility and ingenuity of the Team at Blank Canvas and Glass House Estates Winery. Blank Canvas is truly amazing! Mel and her team were so wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating and professional with any requests we had leading up to and on the wedding day. They went above and beyond for us in all ways possible and we cannot thank them enough. The food was exceptionally delicious, all our guests were raving about how amazing the taco bar was! Good food is really important for any event and you are in amazing hands with this catering team. We cannot express how happy we were with everything, thank you so much again!

What can I say, Melonie and the entire team at Blank Canvas Catering are a dream! They helped provide experiential boxes for our fundraiser, with charcuterie boards, dessert jars and drink kits people could make from home! Our attendees were over the moon to receive their boxes, which not only were delicious but offered gluten free and vegetarian options. From the coordination leading up to our event, to the overall look and feel of the charcuterie boards and drink kits, I couldn't be more impressed!
