I love Firehouse Subs. However, the amount of toppings that they put on at this location is pretty sad. The other locations I have been to have subs that are loaded up and when you are paying slightly more for the sub, it makes perfect sense. When you are paying more for the sub, you'd expect a loaded sub, but this location is slacking big time. The subs still taste great but they are seriously lacking amount food you get for the money. Make the subs with more meat and other toppings and make it worth the dough. Stop being cheap. Nothing is more irritating than paying over $15 for a sub that gives you as little as Subway does.

Went in they all welcome customers which is nice. Must be a pain for them. Idk about the 1 star reviews I usually check those before trying a new place. They made me 2 subs and a chilli at 5pm on a Sunday it took not even 15-20 mins for them to get it together. Very polite staff, my italian sub was a bit... "juicy" to say the least. Maybe if they toned down the sauce a bit their subs wouldn't be as soggy but the other half was fine haha it happens sometimes if you don't get light sauce. Mine were also to go so who knows what happened on the drive home. Good stuff will try again. Oh yeah pickle isn't my fav. I like a sweet garlicky dill. This is like a mildy salty/briney almost tasteless pickle.

First time eating firehouse subs, service was great, the feeling of hearing "10-12" then the welcome is awesome. The service and food were amazing would definitely recommend it and will be eating it again!

The wait time was much longer than any other Firehouse Subs I've been to and there were plenty of staff present. Aside from that, the food is always good.

Worst sub place ever...over priced and not tasty at all, i didnt know so much grease could come from a sub..it was a disgusting mess ( brisket and cheddar) $27 for two medium subs and a med drink, 21 min wait to actually get it and one second to be turned off from ever eating there again. Take your hard earned money down the street, this franchise doesn't deserve it

Fantastic subs. Time to start playing music or something for your employees so it's not so much of a feeling of being in jail. Lol but no joke. Turn some music on also for your customers and create a comfortable environment. Cheers

Be prepared to wait if not ordering online, and even if you order online you’re likely waiting. With 4 people working behind their counter, I ordered 2 subs on a Monday night and it took them around 15 minutes to make. Lol. I honestly expected faster and better for the prices.

I’ve been really looking forward to trying your subs. I was out on Sunday past and decided to go in and treat myself. I ordered a hot meatball sub, and said no pickle. When I got home low and behold there was a pickle sitting on top of the sandwich. I do not like dill pickles. It was really disappointing. All I could taste and smell was dill. I cannot give you a true rating because the sub did not taste good. My advice is to tell the staff to pay attention to what people ask for and listen carefully when an order is put in. Thank you

Just made trip to Firehouse. Absolutely great! Had marvelous turkey bacon medium sub! Did not care for pickle on side-must have been deli style-prefer more aged pickle. Anyhow fantastic experience!

Ordered 4 subs. 1 steak sub no onions, with one pickle. 2 turkey no sauce 1 meatball no cheese. What we got. 1 steak sub, extra onions, no pickle. 2 turkey swimming in sauce 1 meatball no cheese and no marinara. WHY?? They didn't get ANY of them right. Doesn't seem like the staff here can get any order right. The St Catharines location ROCKS. Welland location not so much. Do better.
