Delicious. Lots of interesting menu items way beyond the basic powder bubble tea mixes. Tapioca is made in house and fresh. Try the cream cheese tea - you won’t regret it!

A really small, nice and cozy place, great tea (I reccomend the 2 peach slushy tea). They have a memoir wall where you can write anything. Its very small though and is not a good place to bring all 8 members of your abnormally long family. Its better for groups of 3-4 people. Good place to hang out after school.

I just spent $18 including tax and tip for 2 drinks of pulpy mango bits and water. extremely bland and even pulpier and unsatisfying than a grocery store orange juice with pulp. Unfortunately got there near the end of the evening, so they had already run out of anything brown sugar related, and didn't have any foamy cheese topping. Probably the most I've ever paid for a slush type drink. Maybe the brown sugar drinks are better, but I don't know if I want to find out for $9.

Their Cheese Foam Brown Sugar is the absolute best bubble tea I’ve had anywhere. Period. I visited them pretty much every day during my stay in Victoria — that’s how hooked I was to their bubble tea. Their milk teas are also to die for, highly recommend trying them out more than once to try out different teas on their menu!

I always get the brown sugar lava with my girlfriend it tastes just like a creme brulee bubble tea. Probably the best in town only reason I gave it four stars was the consistency of quality. Sometimes they're perfect and amazing other times they're missing the creme brulee crispy part and sometimes the drink doesn't always taste 100% great. That's not to say the drink is still not good it's still very tasty but I feel like after going there a few times the quality started getting a bit slack. but by all means if you're looking for the best bubble tea in town this is the place to get it. If you're looking for something sweet and tasty get the brown sugar lava.

A new tea shop that opened in the last year. The specialty is cheese tea, which is brewed tea with a cream cheese/whipped cream layer on top. The topping can be made sweet or salty. It sounds odd, but the combination of the topping blending in with the tea makes for a delicious combination of flavours and textures. This type of tea has become popular Asia, particularly Taiwan, where the shop's owners are from. It's right in downtown Victoria so they do get a lot of business. If you want a different type of drink give this a try.

I love love love their tea! The brown sugar lava is one of my favorite! The fruit tea! The slushes with cheese cream on top! They use lots of fruits in their tea and you have choice of sugar level. Great selection available! Service is awesome doesn’t matter you call to preorder or in the store. I highly recommend their fruit tea for summer and the brown sugar lava for winter!

It's ok. Not alot of selection and abit overpriced but worth checking out. I got the white rabbit milk tea with brown sugar pearls and the 8 strawberries fruit smoothie with pearls. The white rabbit candy drink was the standard small size that was under a flash sale for just under $7. But at least it came with pearls. Toppings are normally an extra $0.50

Friendly staff but very disappointed that they don’t use fresh milk even for milk tea lattes, that’s beyond cheap for 7-8$ drinks. Also for fruit teas and slushes there was only a few pieces of jelly. All syrup, powder, and ice. Not enough real fruits. I wish the management can change and improve the ingredients for their drinks.

yesterday i ordered 2 milk tea cups: 1 ice passion lemonade (with agar jelly) and 1 orange grapefruit (30% sugar, no ice) .. But the first one I ordered did not have agar inside and for the second drink they put ice in it even though I said not to put ice ... I called the store after coming home and realized it was not right with what I ordered, at first they said they would give me a free bbt and say sorry .. But about 15-30 minutes later, they switched back on and told me they couldn't give me a free next order because the manager said no, and they say they will give me free agar jelly next time???????? .. i don't really understand what they mean ?? since I ordered the agar without having it and the next time I get free agar (the one I paid for ???) .. I am very disappointed with the service attitude and how they fix the problem.

They advertise on posters special offers & prices, but when they ring it on the computer you pay $1+ more. They need to be way more specific on their offers. I waited over 30 minutes for them to correctly charge me the advertised $6.66. They refused. In Canada this is not proper to advertise one price and refuse to honour it to the customer. Section 74.05 of the Competition Act is a civil provision. It prohibits the sale or rent of a product at a price higher than its advertised price. *the date on poster has no reference around it. Doesn't say offer from a specific date range. Why keep these posters up if they're expired? it's deceptive and wrong

Pretty cups for fruit tea are really impressive, and the decorations in the store are well-designed. However, there are still quite a few improvements to be made. First of all, food safety should be considered in the first place. Bathroom is NOT a storage, people would get sick from the improper food and utensil storage. Also, the store would look more professional with the dress code introduced. The space can be used more efficiently from a better seat setting.

We tried the Partea Milk Tea and the Rose Cheese tea. The Rose tea was pretty good, made with real tea and the cream foam on top was tasty. The Partea Milk Tea was awful (worst I have ever tried - and iv'e tried many many places). It tasted like very artificial non-dairy creamer powder, so much so that it left a slimy coating on my teeth. The tase of the black tea was almost impossible to taste and tasted nothing like the previous black milk teas iv'e ordered at other places.Was not nearly as good as black milk teas elsewhere. The staff were friendly and the fruit drinks looked great. Too bad their milk tea was not good at all. If they would use real milk in their black milk teas and perhaps lower their prices a bit as they are using quite small cups for a very high price, I would rate it higher.

One of the best bubble tea stores you can find, if you know what you are ordering. Let alone the fact that their drinks tastes amazing, they do look amazing as well. In most stores the picture they have on the posters are quite different from the actual things you get, but this store has done some pretty good job on making it identical. So if you want to post some cool drinks or enjoy a cup of bubble tea it’s the right place to go.

Terrible service! She put the stickers on the cup, when i took it out, we just read the tickers and we realized they all are wrong with the drinks. I complained to her and she said do my drink look like strawberries for me. I said it doesn't look like 8 strawberries but the ticker said 8 strawberries. Between the two of us my partner and I have tried at least half the menu, and everything we have had so far is amazing! The tea is made fresh and you get to choose how sweet it is, which is a good bonus. It would be nice if they could offer non dairy milk options in the future, but even though there aren't currently any, if you're lactose intolerant there are several fruit teas to choose from that are just as delicious! If you're curious about what the cheese foam is like, it basically tastes like a slightly less sweet cheesecake mousse and it's really delicious. Our favourite teas so far are the 8 Strawberries tea (the cheese foam on top is like a strawberry cheesecake!) and the matcha red bean tea with cheese foam. The inside of the store is always bright and clean, and every staff member I've met is really pleasant and helpful. I'm looking forward to visiting ParTea many times in the future!

I tried to order from this place and get a stamp on my card. The girl said that she has never seen this card before and refused to stamp my card. I said clearly this is your business and they have no other locations. She called the manager and they refused to honour their stamp card. I was 3 stamps away from my free drink. What kind of business refuses to honour a program that they started. I left and went to Loyaltea and recieved a delicious drink and great service. Will never go here again. This is not how you retain business during these hard times.

A small cafe good for take out! One of the best store imo in terms of flavor (this can be subjective so I'll just leave it here). Their tea flavor especially green tea has a very... special flavor in it that I don't often find in other places, for first timers though I'll suggest their fruit teas first. The only cons for this place is that things are on the slightly higher end for pricing and waiting time is longer than average.

I've been here a couple of times now. The flavours are pretty good. I've tried their regular black milk tea and their rose tea. However the pearls sweetness are inconsistent. The last time I was there the pearls were bland and were not sweet ar all. The tapioca balls are usually my favourite part so I was a big disappointed.

First joint to come into Canada I believe. Was definitely worth the hype. The drinks are very yummy and they use alot of premium ingredients. However you definitely pay a premium for the drinks, they aren't cheap at all and probably by far one of the most expensive bubble teas I have had. This location is mainly for takeout with just a couple chairs outside, so don't expect to sit here and hang out.
